Roy

Raina and Adry ended up staying at one of the hotels closest to the hospital. They both want to keep Roy together.

Much has Roy done for Adry, the man is aware of that. However, there was something he did not understand about his mother and Roy's dialogue before he was unconscious.

Adry leaned against the window of the hotel that she accidentally opened. Exhaling white smoke from both of her sexy and thick lips. An empty eye forward. His body was indeed here but his mind floated somewhere.

Raina, who had put Regina to sleep, walked over to her husband. Looping his hands from behind to the man's chest, put cheeks on the man's back. Inhaling the fragrance that emanated, which could always calm his tense heart and nerves.

Adry then looked back one hand gently rubbed Raina's hair. "You okay?"

"I'm more worried about you than I am." Raina then stepped in front of her husband.

"I'm fine" Adry said, hiding the pain in his heart. No child can hurt his or her own parents except psychopaths and lunatics. He got into it for doing that.

No head of the family would willingly try to be destroyed by someone. They will try to keep their family intact and happy. If not, he is a fool.

No brother would want his sister hurt. Unless he has no heart. Roy is not his brother, but he loves Roy. He is furious that his mother always makes Roy hurt and suffer on his own.

Adry had no idea that Nita and Roy had a close relationship. However, Nita has sent her a letter about her feelings during her marriage to Adry. He did that so that his heart would feel calm before exhaling a last breath. Moreover, she apologized for everything she had done to him and Raina.

The thing that makes Adry surprised is that Roy and Nita are both still in love even though they have been separated for a dozen years. Nita also swears that she never cheated on Roy when she married him. He hoped that after all these confessions he would die peacefully.

Nita's statement made Adry's heart tight. He was not angry at the two of them for loving each other. He was angry at himself who was so hearty to snatch his sister's lover even though he accidentally did it because he did not know. If only he had known, he would not have done so and willingly handed Nita over to Roy.

In that moment, he imagined how devastated and tormented Roy had felt over the years seeing his friendship with Nita.

After knowing this, Adry promised to pay for all Roy's sacrifices. He would do anything to make the man happy. However, the simple Roy wanted nothing. He just wants to live quietly close to Adry. Wanting to have a warm family and accepting it wholeheartedly.

Now after what Roy did, his mother wanted to kill the poor boy. Anger and disbelief made Adry open fire on his mother. He deliberately chose the stomach because it was not too dangerous. But God said something else. Her mother who suffers from hypertension has complications and they wait for what will happen to her mother's body. Whether the complication will affect other organs of the body. Adry cares but her pain makes her get rid of the shadow about her mother.

"Father will come tomorrow along with Leon," Adry said.

"Leon?" Raina's eyes were glazed. The child he had longed for finally saw her again.

"Yes, we can see him tomorrow."

"Really?" asked Raina who felt that this news was just a dream.

"Have I ever lied to you?" ask Adry. Raina shook her head.

"But what about your father? Will he see me?" raina asked doubtfully.

"What if it doesn't?" raina asked doubtfully.

"Think of the positive first."

"I'm just not face enough to meet him."

"Where is your face?" adry asked smilingly trying to shift this conversation.

"Ish ..you are, you are" said Raina annoyed.

"Then put your face on my chest because I will look after it at all times." Adry then pulls Raina's small body in her arms.

"This time I believe you will" Raina said. She was afraid to trust her husband.

"Thank you then. I'll try not to let you down again." They were silent in the darkness of the night only the moonlight came through the window of the room. The wind hit the bodies of the two of them but was not cared for by the two who were dissolving in his mind.

"Darling, what are we gonna do if Mom wakes up?" ask Raina timidly.

"I'm not thinking about Mom. My thoughts are now focused on Roy and Leon's arrival, tomorrow." Adry turned his face the other way.

"Can we not talk about him!"

"I'm sorry, I thought you were sad because the person who meant the most to your life lay weak in the hospital."

"If Roy is but if Mom, no. I am ashamed to admit it as my mother. How could he do such a heinous thing to Roy. What's wrong with having to get a test this heavy?"

"I'm only afraid if God thinks Roy would be better off living with Him because when living with us that child only gets sad from childhood."

"Little Roy was given by his family to be cared for by Father. His family was then helped by Dad to settle a debt that made them bankrupt. After that, Roy tried hard to be able to repay what you have given. He did whatever Father and Mother told him to do without ever refusing or complaining. I also often acted pretentiously as his superior. I don't think Roy is a brother. For me, Roy was just a kid that Dad picked up to help with my work. Evil indeed but over time goes when we already know each other well. I'm starting to love him."

"Roy is better than me at understanding what Mom and Dad want. Meanwhile, I was never close to them just always finish my business and be the best in all areas that I hold. I can say I'm their proud son and Roy is the kid they need all the time."

"You know, I shot Roy for what?" Raina shook her head. He did not want to corner Adry with all the questions that filled his forebrain.

"Because Mom hated her so much, she even said if Roy was the son of ******."

Raina menutup mulutnya, berharap apa yang dia pikirkan tidak benar. Jika itu benar, maka ada skandal besar dalam keluarga Quandt yang disimpan rapat selama ini.
