QUARRELS PART 1

That weekend came. Max's birthday and the day Jeni would cry in front of me. We attended a party at Max's Night Club. 

“ You are so beautiful today dear”, I praise her in the car. 

“ Seriously? Though I feel very unwell today”, he admitted. 

“ Why? You are very beautiful, I like ”, I play my finger on her chin. 

Doni watched me from the rearview mirror, then smiled. It seems he was astonished by my behavior that was like a teenager in love. I don't care about Doni and instead plan to make Doni uncomfortable. I kissed Jeni's hair, then kissed her soft ears. Jeni looked at me embarrassedly, then saw Doni as if afraid of being caught.

“ Honey, shy of Doni”, Jeni pushes my chest softly. 

“ Doni, cover your ears. If need your eyes”, my orders. 

“ Well tuan”, Doni replied and directly put a headset on his ear and tilted the middle rearview mirror in the other direction. 

I looked at Jeni and smiled “Beres”, I said. 

“Wow But.. keep sa...”, Jeni will still protest when I kiss her lips straight away. I kissed her lips gently, Jeni did not refuse her to hug my neck and return my kiss. The longer our kiss gets fiercer, the more our breath is the same hunt. I let go of my kiss on her lips and turned to her free neck for wearing a dress with a low neck. 

Jeni panted a little as my hands began to walk behind her back and my mouth dropped slightly to the front of her chest. I looked up at him and found him looking at me with a breath of breath. I smiled at him while my hands were still on his thighs. 

I fixed my sitting position and helped him sit down. I tidied his clothes and hair and whispered. “Training up here first. Prepare yourself tomorrow maybe we'll go through a hot night”.

Jeni gave a small smile, she touched her lips then her neck. It seems like my kiss left a deep mark on her. I smiled, I really fell for him.

I held her hand when I entered the nightclub. I whispered in her ear “ Focus only on me, don't care about people's gazes. They'll see us”. 

And sure enough as we entered all eyes looked towards us. I who had been the center of attention did not care about their gazes, but Jeni seemed like she had become misbehaved. I pulled him closer to me. 

“ Max, happy birthday”, I greet Max.

“ Thank you bro. Hello my Queen..It's nice to finally meet you “, Max greeted Jeni. 

“ Happy birthday Max”, Jeni smiles. 

“ Thank you Queen. Juan hid you safely all this time?”, Max laughed softly.

I smiled at that cheap joke.

I'm sighing “ Let go of anna”.

Anna snatched away and looked at Jeni with narrowed eyes. “ Hi introduce me Anna, former Juan”, she said.

“ since when did you become my ex? Don't listen to her dear ”, I pulled Jeni closer to me. 

Jeni just smiled, seemingly shocked by this dark world. 

“ Jeni I was just kidding. Introduce me Anna, I am the best partner of both of them in the company and I am confused why you like this bastard?”, he asked Jeni. 

Mood Jeni came back good because she smiled kindly “ Why do I like you?’, Jeni asked me while looking at me.

“ Because I'm handsome?”, I asked back while looking at him. Jeni smiled, I kissed the top of her head.

Me and Jeni laughed at them. Adam and Elsa show up, because their business partners are invited. I was a little stiff as Elsa looked at me with a flat gaze then looked at Jeni who was in my arms. 

" Juan", Adam rebuked me and nodded politely at Jeni. 

Elsa didn't say anything to me just hugging Jeni warmly. 

" Hey Elsa", I rebuked her carefully. 

She looked at me "Hi Juan, how are you?", Elsa asked meaningfully. 

" Thank God", Elsa smiled meaningfully. 

The birthday event was quite lively. We are in a privacy room. Until Jeni finally went to the toilet with Anna and I had time to talk to Elsa. 

I waited for him at the door. I pulled his hand as he was going to pass me.

" Elsa wants to see when you hate me?", I asked sadly. 

" Until you rot in Juan's hell" Elsa replied without hesitation.

“ Jeni.. “, I called her. He didn't listen to me at all. I looked at Elsa.

At that moment I realized, Elsa didn't really hate me. I am the one who does not want to get out of my past. I'm the one who got myself stuck in that mud of regret. I smiled at Elsa. “ Thanks Elsa”, then I ran down the stairs chasing Jeni.

“ Jeni..”, I called her. “ Listen to me first. Hey..”, I chased him who walked out of the parking lot. I gave the code to Doni to hurry up and get the car. 

“ Taxi !”, Jeni calls Taxi. 

I pulled her hand “ Listen to me Jeni. It's all the past. I'm just staring at you now”, I'm not entirely lying.

“ Not so. I.. i .. “, I can't get the words out anymore. Just then a Taxi appeared and stopped in front of Jeni. 

Jeni opened the car door and I quickly pulled her. He pushed me away.

I pulled it back and closed the door quickly. I took out my wallet and gave the red sheet money to the taxi driver.

Some people looked at us in the parking lot but I didn't care. I held Jeni on my shoulder and placed her in the front seat, installed a seatbelt and locked the door from the outside. 

“ Doni I'll drive. Go home”, I said then enter the driver's seat.

“ Juan I hate you. I'm going down”, Jeni yells at me. 

I stepped on the gas with a tightness in my chest. I look at him “ If you're mad at me just hit me. Don't hold your cry, cry”, I yell at him. 

Jeni was silent and at that moment she was sobbing in front of me.
