NANDES: THE DRAMA OF PREGNANCY

This pregnancy drama continues. One day Dew wanted food that made me a little surprised. Crab and prawns sauce paddocks. He said his wish in the morning blind.

“ Dear I really want to eat crab and prawns sauce paddocks. I used to eat that a lot. Please”, Dew whines at me.

“ Okay darling. We'll eat that, but it's still 4 in the morning. I'll ask Rian to find your crab. I promise”, I calm him down.

“ Okay, But I can't sleep anymore. I'm hungry”, Dew wakes up from his sleep and walks out of the room.

I got out of bed and followed her out of the room. The dew runs towards the refrigerator and begins to remove apples, citrus fruits, yogurt, jelly.

“ Are you sure you will spend it all?”, I asked curiously.

“ Yes, of course. Who ate both, baby. Me and baby”, Dew opens yogurt cover. 

I took the Apples and oranges and washed them in the sink, after which I peeled the apples and oranges while watching the cool Dew chew. “ Is our baby happy with many requests lately?”, I asked curious.

“ Alright, I'll catch all the crabs and shrimps in the sea for you my dear baby”, I stroke the belly of the Dew that is starting to look distended.

I stroked Dew's head slowly, picked up the phone and called Rian. 

“ Hello, good morning bos”, Rian's voice sounds heavy as he just woke up.

“ Yes good morning my dearest assistant. There's work for you in this blind morning”, I'm smiling glad to be able to torment him all this time.

The sound of a woman next to Rian makes me even happier to hear it. “ Apparently my assistant is having fun. Now leave the worldly pleasures and do the noble work “, I said firmly.

The dew pulling my hand felt bad because I was bothering Rian in the morning blind. I smiled at the calming Dew.

“ Yes boss, what job should I do?”, Rian asked politely.

“ Find shrimp and crab sauce padang now”, I give the order firmly.

“ Sorry boss. shrimp what? “, Rian less connect.

“ My son's in the stomach wants to eat prawns and crab pasture sauce. Bring it here in half an hour. I wait at home”, I hang up.

“ Darling you are so cruel. I know that I am damning my desire earlier.why did you torture Mr Rian like that? kan pahi”, Dew scolded me.

“ The assistant's job. For that I paid him expensive kan”, I answered casually without telling the cotton candy incident. 

“ You yes. Next time can't be so”, the Dew pinches me slowly.

“ Yes dear. Okay. I won't torture him anymore”, I hug Dew. “ Now you want to sleep again? while waiting for the food to come?”, I stroked her face fondly.

“ Yes, I slept again yes. Later you wake me”, Dew comes down from the chair and I take his hand back to the room.

In less than half an hour Rian had already arrived at my house with a chef and various groceries. 

Her face was like a lack of sleep and of course the smell of alcohol she was trying to cover could still be smelled by me.

“ Smart is also kamu”, I pat Rian's shoulder proud of his ingenuity. Compared to going around looking for food, it is better to bring the chef directly to the house. It was easier and more practical, roughly so Rian answered me.

“ Sir, the cuisine is ready”, the chef gave word.

“ Okay well, I woke up my wife first”, I replied then walked to the room to wake Dew.

I came back with Dew with me. Dew bengong saw there was a chef in our kitchen with complete cookware and groceries.

“ Wow”, that's the only word that came out of his mouth.

“ Good morning madam”, Rian greets me.

“ Good morning Mr. Rian. Forgive my husband who troubled you in the middle of this blind morning”, Dew spoke to Rian guiltily.

“ No problem mistress. It is my duty”, Rian replied politely. 

 Dew sat on the dining table chair with me next to him. Dew suddenly called out to Rian quietly.

“ Mr. Rian here”, Dew calling.

“ Yes madam, can I help?”, Rin is approaching.

“ Let's sit down to eat with us”, Dew asks politely.

“ No mistress, thank you. I will wait in the living room”, Rian refused politely.

Dew kicked my feet under the table. It seemed like she felt guilty for inconveniencing Rian in the morning so she asked Rian to eat with us. Breakfast was too fast and heavy. I who was shocked because my leg was kicked immediately called Rian spontaneously.

“ Rian sat”, I gave the order and was directly obeyed by Rian. 

Rian looked at me a little annoyed and I smiled complacently for not suffering alone. The chef serves the food that the Dewun wants.  Dew looks like a pleasure and of course the one who suffers the most is Rian. How could someone who consumed alcoholic beverages 3 hours ago be told to eat spicy shrimp and crab with very large portions. And after the incident this morning Rian never consumed both seafood again.

After going through a period of strange cravings, the situation finally became calmer. Only an attack of leg cramps at night is inevitable. I often wake up at night to massage Dew's legs. We were so happy when we found out that our son was a boy. Especially our two parents, they were really looking forward to the birth of this granddaughter of theirs. 

Until we arrive that day. The day I meet my son. I was in the middle of a meeting when Rian came in haste and whispered in my ear that Dew was on his way to the hospital because his obstetrics broke. I didn't pick up the phone because I was too focused on this meeting.

“ Meetings we stop. Let's continue at another time. I had an urgent matter that could not be delayed”, I stood up and rushed out of the room hurriedly followed Rian behind me.

When we got to the hospital, our parents arrived first, even Elsa was there.

“ How did it happen?”, I asked Ms Nini.

“ Look Sir, this morning madam has started to feel pain. Mbok had taken her to the hospital but the lady refused. He said wait for Mister, a little bit more home. Mbok called Ms. Elsa, as Elsa was taken to the hospital. In the car, the water of the establishment began to seep.it seems the pain is already from the night tuan”, Mbok Nini told me.
