Deepest Wound

Deepest Wound
NEW TEACHER

In addition to the complete room, this house also has three rooms. Two rooms occupied by me and Kak Laras, then the other room occupied by Father and Mother if later visit me. Not without reason Mother asked that Kak Laras stay with me, besides I can not take care of myself, I also suffer from allergies to the respiratory tract that may recur at any time.

Sometimes my uncle also visited us if there was free time. I used to call him Om Wandy.

Sure enough, I felt much better during my time here. I have new friends and they come from different regions.

After dinner, I and Laras chatted in the living room while occasionally we joked and laughed. I heard someone knocking on the door, because Laras was back so I opened the door and saw who came. It was Om Wandy who visited.

"Now" Om Wandy gave me a bag that he brought to me.

"What is this Om?" I asked while peeking at the contents of the canteen containing the box inside.

"Just open it."

I asked Om Wandy to enter the middle room where we used to gather. I opened the box from inside the plastic bag and smelled a delicious aroma from there. I am still confused to conclude the food in the box. Like a cake that has been cut into pieces but in it there are vegetables. This was the first time I had seen such food because there was nothing in my place before.

"That's martabak, just try it" said Om Wandy as he lit his cigarette.

"Om Wandy...! Do not smoke here dong.., Anita it should not be exposed to cigarette smoke," said Kak Laras who just came from behind.

"I'm sorry, I forgot" said Om Wandy as he moved into the living room.

After making Om Wandy coffee, I and Kak Laras ate the martabak brought by Om Wandy earlier. I was already very full but I was curious to eat it because it was my first time.

Om Wandy himself is not old like Om-om, only his rank requires him to be called Om. Sometimes Om Wandy is uncomfortable when I and Kak Laras call Om if in a public place. But I like to prank Om Wandy when I meet him call Om Wandy in a loud voice. Hehe....

"Om Wandy didn't eat either?" I asked while looking into the living room where Om Wandy sat while enjoying his coffee and cigarettes.

"You eat, I'm full" said Om Wandy while looking for broadcasts via remote tv in his hand.

"Hehe.., great. After all, An is not serious koq, because his hammer is also spit at eating Kak Laras!" I said while putting the last piece of martabak in my mouth.

"Huhh.., you slanderer!" Said Brother Laras while throwing a lump of tissue at me.

I felt so full and finally I was sleepy. Before I fell asleep I hurriedly went to the bathroom to brush my teeth. After that I went straight into my room. I don't know what time Om Wandy came home because I was asleep, when I woke up the morning prayer was already reverberating sounding very loud because our rented house was very close to the mosque. Maybe that's why Dad deliberately chose the contract so we don't forget to pray.

After ablution, I immediately prayed. After the prayer I went back to bed but Kak Laras already entered my room.

"An.., don't go to sleep again when you're late."

Laras pulled out my blanket and folded it and made my bed without caring for me who was still there.

"Sister...."

"Tomorrow Brother does not care, you want to be late or what. Tomorrow after breakfast you will leave without waking you, because from tomorrow you have exams."

After saying that Laras went into his room to get ready to go to school as well.

I was silent for a moment. "That means Brother Laras will graduate soon and probably won't stay with me anymore" I thought. And after that I will also face the test of class. That means a year later I'm going to graduate first grade school.

From then on I began to obey what Kak Laras ordered without delay. For approximately 2 years I really depended on Brother Laras. What later if Kak Laras graduated from school and had to go to continue his education.

I walked towards the school on foot because the distance from the school from home was not so far away. I walked while daydreaming about how I would be without Laras' brother. Suddenly I heard a horn coming from behind me. I was surprised and looked back. It turned out to be a man riding a motorcycle and honking his horn earlier. From his appearance he seems to be a teacher. But for the size of a Master he's too handsome in my opinion. Hiz...

I went into class and sat my body in my chair.

"Morning is a frown" said Maghda, who greeted me that morning.

"Again in no mood," I replied, putting my bag on the table, and I propped up my chin with both arms there.

"Do you know your new Biology Teacher?" Susanti said, approaching us both.

"No, why?" Ask Maghda. I kept quiet and just listened to the two of them talk. Whoever the Biology Teacher is, the discussion must be the same as my mind.

"Good morning, kids."

Sound from the classroom door. Maghda and Susanti hurriedly returned to their respective positions.

"Good morning, sir." said my other friends. While I was yawning because I still feel sleepy what else if I think too much then I sleep faster. I hurriedly shut my mouth with my hands when I saw who was standing in front of the classroom at that time. And that guy was looking at me, too. "He, the man who had this morning honked," I thought. I pretended to take my stationery out of my bag and seemed to not care when my heart almost exploded like a balloon with excess wind. Haha...

"My name is Muhammad Adji Nugraha. Here I am replacing your previous Biology Teacher. You can just call me Mr. Adji" said the man who turned out to be our new Biology Teacher.

"Oh, so his name is Mr. Adji," I murmured inwardly.

"Because I do not know your names here you can ask you to introduce yourself. Starting with you, "pointing Mr. Adji to one of my friends. Then my friend introduced his name and continued to my other friend.

When it was about to arrive on my turn I accidentally dropped my pen under the table so that my turn could be missed. But when I returned to my original position, I was surprised by the presence of Mr. Adji who was standing near my desk. I hurriedly justified my sitting position to look like a sweet child.
