Chapter 83 - Nevan

In the end Radolf, Need, Rafa and Nevan go out of the forest until the big tree previously mentioned Need can now be seen without being blocked by trees. They could see more clearly than before after leaving the forest.

Nevan who did not want to leave Rafa alone in danger in the end joined despite 'somewhat' forced. He did not want if his brother was in trouble and something unwanted happened.

Nevan opened his voice with eyes staring far away at the huge tree, "Indeed very big. Too big for a tree. I'm not sure if a tree as solid as that can be destroyed."

Rafa who had seen the tree himself looked stunned. He did not think if the size was that big. Even from the looks of it, the tree was as close to the black clouds above the sky, "But there was no harm in trying. Compared to being silent."

Rafa and Nevan walk in the back, while Need and Radolf walk in the front to guard.

Radolf was silent to Need's words. For all he knew, King Ralt was the most lazy Demon King. He was not interested in strength, but liked to fight over other territories. You may not be able to see people from the outside.

Radolf glanced back when no one spoke at all, "You.. Eums.. I haven't asked you your name."

Radolf nodded and smiled wryly, "But is it okay if you come here too? This place is very dangerous. Your father must be worried now."

Nevan shook his head. He knew his father would worry about him. But he knew, his father believed him, therefore, his father let him and Rafa into the demon world. So it shouldn't matter, "Dad gave us enough time to be here. So no need to worry. I can take care of myself too."

Rafa nudged Nevan's arm and smiled obliquely, "You can't trouble me huh?"

Nevan glanced at Rafa and snorted, "I should have said that. You mustn't trouble me and act rashly anymore."

Rafa replied with a smile without saying anything. Radolf, however, smiled faintly.

Need suddenly stopped when he felt that no one was following him. He turned around and looked at the three people and snorted, then slightly shouted, "Hey..!! You will be left behind if you keep whispering there! You want to destroy that tree or you want a reunion, huh?!"

"If you want to get there fast, we'd better run. Don't just walk like this" said Need.

"I feel like you're becoming more chatty than usual. Have you eaten wrong?" Radolf smiled cynically when he was in front of Need.

Need did not answer and turned around. He immediately continued his path at a faster pace, "You better not stop or we'll take up to 1 month to get there by running."

Nevan flinched, and so did Rafa. They feel they have heard wrong.

"W-what's that right?" nevan's tone of voice trembled slightly when he said it. Obviously he did not expect the words Need just now. 1 month is not a short time.

"Don't believe it. We only need about 3 days of walking" Radolf replied.

Need snorted, "We don't know that. It may not take 3 days. Although as I recall here is the border between Stev and Ralt's kingdom, but it takes quite a long time to get there. I think the place where the big tree grew was the arid place of Ralt's kingdom."

Something different happened to Rafa. He patted Nevan's cheek lying on the ground. Even Radolf and Need were around him.

They try to wake Nevan who inexplicably arrives unconscious and lies on the ground.

Rafa expressed dismay, "Nev..! Naev..! Wake up..! Naev..! You why? Nev..!"

Radolf also shakes Nevan's wrist and tries to resuscitate her, "Son.. Arise, Nevan.. Son.."

There was no reaction Nevan gave. The young man lay unconscious. Need only noticed, but immediately gasped when he realized something, "Don't lose focus. If you let your guard down a little and daydream, you'll end up like him."

Rafa glanced at Need in astonishment, "What do you mean?"

Rafa also seems to be clutching Nevan's wrist to the ground because he saw what his father did. He frowned, "S-actually.. What the hell's going on? Nev.. Nev..," he tried to call the young man to his senses, but Nevan continued to rebel and try to escape the clutches.

"This is what I'm talking about. Hold him tight, don't let go. If he is released, then–" has not had time for Need to finish his speech, great energy out of Nevan's body to create a shock wind for Rafa, even Radolf. Both are equally bounced a few steps back. Same with Need.
