Chapter 19 - Arrival

Leon and Rafa arrive home safely. Leon who was too tired immediately fell asleep in his bed.

Only Rafa is still standing by the bed. He was relieved to find Leon. But it felt like he had forgotten something important, "Ah, never mind.. Maybe it's not that important."

Rafa forgot to tell Kevin that he found Leon. Because of that, Kevin continued to search for Leon all night until he did not sleep. He even returns when Rafa is ready to go to school.

"Leon I haven't found yet. Though I've been looking to and fro, even to the vicinity of our school, but I didn't find it. What are you gonna do Rafa?" Kevin said with a tired face.

Rafa was silent for a moment. The one thing he forgot was Kevin. He forgot to preach it and made the young man search all night. It's so bad, "Ehm... actually... um. how should I say yes?"

Kevin looked at Rafa when he heard the vague word from his friend, "What's wrong? Just say it."

"Ekhem, I actually found Leon near a park last night. But I forgot to tell you. I remember forgetting something. But it's unthinkable to me that what I'm forgetting is you. I'm sorry." said Rafa, lowering his head.

Kevin patted her on the face, "Why didn't you say it before?" his tone sounded flat, yet filled with emotion.

"I forgot."

Kevin took a deep breath, and he threw it away violently. "Oh, I'm tired!"

Kevin passed Rafa just like that and went to the second floor.

Rafa becomes unpleasant with his friend. He asked for his help, but he forgot, "B-when you are hungry, eat. There's plenty of food in the kitchen."

"It looks like today he won't go to school anymore" he murmured. He also left immediately.

Need, who had followed Leon from the beginning, now began to follow Rafa. He was curious about what the young man was doing until he made Leon let him touch him.

Rafa enters his own class as usual. Lots of greetings from friends. They even ask Rafa why he did not go to school without news. Though usually the young man is the most diligent person in the class and there is never a note of truancy in his rapot. It seemed like his achievements had been tarnished for just one day of truancy.

"Ah, yesterday there was a sudden family affair. Then I forgot to preach it" Rafa replied.

"You mean, that family thing with your uncle?" ask his female friend.

Rafa replied with a nod. His current family are his uncles, Nevan and Alice, Nevan's younger siblings. He doesn't have anyone anymore. All of his friends knew that.

"Eh, then what about Kevin? He didn't come in yesterday, but he didn't come in. What exactly was he thinking? Does he want to not go to class again like before?" said another friend.

"Maybe he didn't want to go to class. No need to think about it. We're not close to him. After all, why think of that delinquent? Don't you?" said the friend next to Rafa. His gaze unintentionally stared at Rafa. He forgot that Rafa was close to Kevin. "I-I don't mean that.."

Rafa sighed. He doesn't know how he got close to Kevin. When he first saw it, he had tasted it to be someone he did not want to approach or be made a friend.

Kevin who is like a delinquent and likes to fight recklessly with people, he does not like people like that. Being close to him, it would definitely get him into trouble.

But he now understands the nature of Kevin after being close to him. Actually it's not Kevin who always starts fights. Except for someone else who always wanted to challenge him. People don't know how things really are and always label Kevin as a bad student.

Even if he explained Kevin's situation, they wouldn't change their view. They have to see it for themselves to believe

"It's okay" said Rafa.

While chatting with his friends, he suddenly immediately looked at the outside window. It felt like it was being watched from that direction. But he saw no one. After all, this class was on the 2nd floor. How could anyone peek through the window? Maybe it was just a mistake.

"I think he's normal. Nothing special about him. He doesn't even look strong at all. He's human too. There's nothing special. But why would a human like that get close to Leon?!" furious Need.

Not a single demon knew of the true nature of Need like this. Most demons know that Need is a very diligent, reliable and rigid person. However, no one knows if he's Leon's maniac.

Even Stev doesn't know about it. Whereas when he is compared to Leon, then Need is more inclined to choose Leon. It could trigger a rebellion from this right-hand demon.

However, Need never showed any sign of rebellion at all. He does not even go against Stev's orders to capture Leon and bring him to the demon world. It was only a matter of time that he defied Stev's orders in the end.

"It's not fun to watch it like this. I'd better go back to where he is" murmured Need. He disappears from the bush and appears in the living room of Rafa's house.

Prefangled

When he appeared, he accidentally nudged a used glass of drinking on the table until it broke. He was a little surprised by his own actions. But because of that noise, making Kevin who was preparing to eat directly approach the source of the sound before touching his food at all.

When he got there, he saw a young stranger inside the house. His movements looked so suspicious, "Who are you?!"

"Ck, troublesome," murmured Need.

"My jaw! Whoareyou?! Why are you here?!" Said Kevin.

Need looked at Kevin coldly. He did not like the tone of the human's speech. But he can't kill him here. That will cause a stir later. But he was also unable to teleport to any other place in front of him.

"I just want to see this house" Need said.

"Did he think this place was a museum that could be seen freely?!" inner Kevin.

"I've answered it. So see you," Need turned around and intended to go to the exit. But Kevin did not let it and touched his shoulder.

Without further ado, Need immediately pulled Kevin's arm and kicked his stomach with the knee many times.

After that, Need immediately pushed Kevin's body to make the young man step back a few steps, "Ck, waste time."

Kevin who did not receive immediately hit his face, but Need dodged very well and immediately kicked Kevin's body to fall.

Need turned his body back and walked towards the exit. He's wasting his time with Kevin.

Kevin woke up. He couldn't let that guy go. He approaches Need and tries to hit her. However, Need clutched his wrist again. The young man immediately turned his hand and slammed his body against the table very hard.

The table with the glass base immediately broke and the wood on the table split in two.

Such a loud noise inside the quiet house. It invites curiosity Leon until the child immediately out of the room and see what happens. He stood on the stairs and looked down.

Kevin was lying on the floor with his body covered in blood. The white floor became red due to the pool of blood. And there, stood a murderer whom he saw.
