Chapter 14 - Home

After having enough fun at the night market, they all came home soon. Because they are too tired, they choose to go to sleep.

As Nevan was about to go to sleep, he heard the sound of his cell phone receiving a message. He opened it and saw that the sender of the message was his father, "Come home tomorrow."

"Why? What's up?" muttered Nevan. He immediately typed out what was troubling his mind.

"You'll find out tomorrow. Get home soon."

That was the only reward his father gave him. It doesn't even answer any of his questions. In the end Nevan chose to go to bed and pack his things tomorrow morning.

The next day, Nevan prepared to leave. Even when Leon and Rafa had not woken up, he was already preparing. He didn't want to make his father wait long.

"In the end I couldn't get an answer about who he was" Nevan murmured as she looked at the sleeping Leon.

"Whoever he is, it doesn't matter. Importantly, he didn't hurt Rafa. Maybe I'll miss her annoying nature a little bit" Nevan walked out of the room carrying her suitcase.

After knocking on the door three times, Nevan immediately entered Rafa's room. The young man was still asleep. He also turned on the bright lights to make Rafa uncomfortable. His eyes shriveled a few times and his hands covered his face.

"Rapans.. Rafa's.. Rafa's.."

Nevan called her name several times, but Rafa did not wake up. Nevan covered his brother's face with a pillow until he had trouble breathing.

"Hmph..hmph..hmph..!!"

Rafa squirms and tries to release the pillow held by Nevan. After succeeding, he immediately changed his position to sit down. "Huh. huh.. huh.."

"Huh, you're hard to wake up. You usually wake up the fastest. But now you're late. Thankfully, today is a holiday. What if it doesn't?" nagging Nevan with annoyance.

Rafa looked directly at Nevan. Only his brother was in this room, so he must have been the one who caused him to have trouble breathing, "You..! Whatdoyouwant?! I had trouble breathing earlier! What if I'm out of breath?!"

"Calm down.it's impossible to get there. I just held that pillow for a second."

"Stay still..!" Rafa grumbled in his heart. Fortunately, he can breathe now.

"Raf, I'm going home. Dad told me to go home" Nevan said.

Rafa was a little surprised. He looked behind Nevan and saw a large suitcase that his brother had brought, "You're leaving now? Arrive once. Why won't it be noon?"

"Well, the journey from here to my house takes all day. If it gets stuck it will take longer. So I chose to leave sooner."

"You told Leon that already, if you're going home now?"

Rafa's question made Nevan shake her head, "He's sleeping. So I'll tell him later on your phone. After all, he also might not care if I'm going to leave."

"Hm. okay, I'm sending a message to uncle and Alice. Sorry I haven't been able to see him. Then, what are you going up there?"

"I've booked a car online. So it'll be here soon. I'll come back for a visit if it's a holiday."

Rafa nodded, "I'll drive you to the front."

The two young men went downstairs and stood on the outside terrace. Before long, a car was parked in front of the house with the same license plate as written in the application description.

"Be careful, take care of yourself. Don't forget to give them my message" Rafa waved at the moving car.

"Yes, you take care of yourself too. Then, take good care of Leon," after saying that, Nevan closed the windshield and the car immediately drove faster.

At a meal together in the dining room, Leon looks at where Nevan used to sit. He didn't see it today. Even when he wakes up, Nevan is gone.

Seeing Leon's movements, Rafa seemed to understand. "He came home this morning. Uncle told him to come home soon."

Hearing that answer, Leon nodded. He didn't want to ask why Nevan didn't tell him that first. Because he felt he wasn't that important until Nevan had to say goodbye to him.

"Isn't the house very quiet when she's not around?"

Leon did not answer. He continued eating.

"I'm upset when I'm not answered. But maybe he's sad. I'd better just shut up and not talk about it" Rafa said.

"Just me" Leon got off the chair and went to open the door.

Leon looked up to see the face of the person behind the door. The tall youth with some injuries on his body.

"Oh, it turns out you're still here huh?"

That boy was Kevin. He immediately went inside before being invited. Leon shut the door and let it go.

"Where's Rafa?" ask Kevin.

Leon looked at the young man's body. Kevin came to this house with a wound. Looks like something happened, "Eating room."

"In that case, I'll just wait here. You guys just finish eating" Kevin said as he sat on the sofa.

Leon went straight to the dining room without saying anything. Without following Kevin's words, he immediately told Rafa with the whereabouts and circumstances of the young man.

"Gosh, what happened to you? You come in this way again. For a few days you even truant without news. What's going on?" rafa said while shaking her head.

Kevin leaned his back against the sofa. He glanced at Rafa with a smile as if seeing something funny, "They're acting again. Though I intend to walk this morning, but instead met with a gang of robbers. Well, what else do you think I do after that? At home there's been a war since yesterday, so I'm evacuating here."

Rafa sighed. Every time Kevin visits, his friend will surely come with a wounded body. Because it's he always provides medicine, "You wait here for a while. I'll get you a medicine box."

Leon still stood in his place. He watched for a moment, then opened his voice, "Is that sick?"

Kevin raised next to his eyebrows, "Well, I'm used to this. So it doesn't seem to hurt too much. There are always people who challenge me when I want to relax. That's very disturbing. But I like it. Because in the end, they're the ones who will lose to me," he grinned with a delighted expression.

Leon just stared flatly. Though wounded, but the young man looked so satisfied. He seems a little crazy.

Rafa came with a medicine box in his hand. He put it on the table and opened it, "Leon, sit down. Don't keep standing there."

"Em.," Leon nodded and immediately sat down on the usual small sofa for one person.

"Aren't you tired of being like this?"

"I told you this was because of robbers, not because of fighting with other school students. Then.., may I stay here for a while?" asked Kevin with a hopeful look.

Rafa who was still treating his friend glanced at Kevin for a moment, "As far as you go."
