Blizt 'N Demon
Chapter 74 - Return to the Devil World

Ash put the sheet of paper on the table. He could not believe he had found something so shocking. One of the things that made him very surprised was himself who had died when he was very small.

He thought that Noran was the owner of the power of 'absolute influence'. He initially thought that such a thing was just a fairy tale. But the story about his power is real? It is evident from the existence of Ash who is still alive. That's enough.

But if his father believes Rafa is the reincarnation of Noran, then it does not rule out the possibility if the young man has the same power. Only, he doubted if reincarnation really existed.

Ash exhaled and looked at the photo that was on the table. Rafa may have something in common with Noran, but he's not Noran. But what if Rafa is indeed a reborn Noran?

If he has absolute influence, doesn't that mean Rafa can live only until he's 17?

Wait-wait

"Rafa once asked about how to go to the demon world and he also spoke of wanting to see his father. Is actually... His father did not attack the demon world and did not return, but because..", Ash gasped, but he immediately shook his head and dismissed the thought that Rafa's father was a demon.

As long as he trained Rafa, there was never anything strange about him. There was no strength Rafa showed during training. He also dismissed the thought of Rafa who is the owner of absolute influence, because he thought it was impossible.

Ash shook his head and exhaled, "It's better I don't think too much about it. Knowing about the reason I wanted to make Rafa a hunter just seems to be enough for me."

He immediately breezed out of the room and intended to rest in his room only.

Elsewhere, Flynn, a commander of King Flor has now returned to the demon world. At first, a crack suddenly appeared right before him and immediately sucked him in until he was stranded somewhere in the demon world.

The pull from the crack was so strong that it made it difficult to endure. Then he decided to follow the pull. Although he had time in the human world there were still a few months left, but if he could return to the demon world sooner, then it was better. After all, he felt he would not be able to find Leon there. He could hand the young man's search over to the others.

Yeah, Flynn doesn't know the state of the dead Diva and Belle. He doesn't even know about Need helping Leon.

Flynn looked around. A vast wasteland with no trees or grass growing. There is only one place known to have land like this. Dead Land. That's the name of this place. It was under the rule of King Ralt.

There is no way that any living creature can survive for long in this place. Because there is no water, food, or place to shelter from the hot sun. The day will be so hot and the night will be so cold. Even always happens******pick up at night.

If too far into the Dead Land, then living things can die of hunger or die due to very drastic weather changes. Due to lack of food, they can also hallucinate high. The desert is so vast, it takes a few weeks to get through it by running. It was impossible to get out of this place alive if it was already far away.

When busy paying attention, Flynn only realized that there was a strange tree growing in that place. He frowned and looked at her better. He felt that this was no illusion due to the hot weather. That's a real tree!

"But how can a tree grow in this barren place? Even the size is very high. I'm sure it's far from here. However, the tree still looks so big" Flynn murmured softly.

"...If it's this big, why haven't I heard anything about it? It should be that news like this could be spread widely."

A tree that was so large in size could grow in the middle of a barren desert like this? No one will be able to believe it. Flynn felt that way. This tree is no ordinary tree.

He was shocked when he realized something else. The sky in the demon world should still be daytime, because the sky here was the same as in the human world. If in the human world it is night, then here it is night. If in the world of man it is day, the sky is day. But not so with his current situation.

Obviously Flynn knew if something was wrong with the demon world. The atmosphere here is a little gripping, not as usual. However, that does not mean he is afraid of this atmosphere. Only, the sky was so dark that not a single speck of light was visible. The circumstances were clearly very different compared to the demon world in general.

Flynn began to walk towards the direction he believed to be the outermost place of the desert of the Dead Land. If there is no residential housing in here, then in the outer area of the Dead Land there must be other residents. He did not want to be trapped inside this place.

Flynn continued walking until the afternoon. The sky hasn't changed and it's still creepy. He also did not find a settlement. But that didn't make him stop and give up. He must get out of this place immediately.

His steps were faster when he saw a row of buildings that stood firmly in front of him. He feels a little calm now.

But when he got there, an unexpected sight he saw. Dozens, even demonic rules were scattered in the street with bloody and hollow chests or heads. The ground around was splashed with blood from these unknowable demons of his death.

Even the condition of the corpse was quite appalling. Their bodies were as if they were only skin-covered bones, without flesh or blood in their bodies.

At first glance, this looks terrible. Not for Flynn, though. He was surprised, but he was not afraid. He has many times been plunged into the war and has been accustomed to seeing many deaths.

Merely, the state of the corpse was a little unusual. Flynn is convinced they haven't been dead for so long. Even after checking the state of the corpse up close, he was still confident in his thoughts.

Why did they lose their flesh and blood? Their energy was taken away by something. Flynn was sure of that.

As he was pondering and watching these corpses, something flew nearby. He sensed the presence of something and instantly flashed a sword in his hand. He turned around and saw something that made him alert.

At that moment, his forehead shriveled deeply. A butterfly the size of a fist with white wings flew nearby. When seen, its wings appear to glow when in this place. Not just one, but 5.

Flynn was actually a little surprised. The size of the butterfly is not as usual. Although he looks weak and like he will not be able to do something that hurts him, but Flynn believes there is something in the butterfly that makes him so vigilant.

One of the butterflies perched on the back of Flynn's hand which was slightly outstretched for holding a sword. Viewed up close, this butterfly increasingly looks beautiful and alluring. Even its beauty made Flynn relax a little bit of vigilance.

"Couple butterfly, do you know what happened to the people here? Well, instead of me caring, it's just that I'm curious" said Flynn who seemed to be able to talk to the creature in his hand. He also nodded and laughed softly. It was stupid to ask an animal something.

"Well.. Never mind.. Maybe now I'm too tired to think" he murmured.

The butterfly that was still in Flynn's hands now pulled out a slippery tentacle reddish like the color of his tongue as Flynn muttered indistinctly alone. Without further ado, the tentacles immediately stuck beautifully in the man's chest, leaving Flynn unable to react.
