Osmond sat under a large tree. Now the round object on the top of the tree has disappeared and only a few remain. His eyes began to blur as blood on his forehead partially covered his eyes.
He looked ahead, looking at the opponent who gave a longing look. He knows that even though the face is Rafa, he is actually Oliver, his younger brother.
He had previously made a request that Oliver be reincarnated when he took over Oliver's body. Oliver's soul was very weak at the time, making him unable to fight back when taken over.
But he himself previously did not know if Oliver would reincarnate with Rafa who is part of the soul of Niel, his sister's friend. He found out after Michael said it.
With difficulty, Osmond looked to another place not so far away from him. He looked to the right to see where Michael was.
The little boy's body just stood still without moving his hands or feet. He was probably thinking about something until he just stood silently on his back to Osmond. In other people's view it might just be like that.
But in Osmond's view, there was something else. Michael's soul wasn't entirely in that body. Something that could be said to be a soul signal from him also felt a little strange, not as usual. He continued to observe her to notice what kind of movements Michael was doing. Even though the opponent was still standing in front of him, Osmond seemed to not care.
Oliver looked at Osmond with a look of disappointment, sadness, worry and annoyance. All of those feelings being one made him confused as to what he should do next.
"I'm sorry I hurt your body, Rafa," Oliver said.
"Most importantly you managed to make him unable to move anymore" Rafa said from within Oliver's mind. "I can also heal myself later."
"Uhuk..," Osmond coughed in blood, but his gaze was still not separated from Michael. He seemed to believe that Oliver would not attack him again until he could let his guard down like this.
Oliver clenched his hands with his eyes staring straight at Osmond, "Why are you doing all this?"
Osmond was silent. But before long, he finally replied, "I told you, I want to rule the world."
"In that case, why are you just quiet now? If you really want to rule the world, you should fight to the end. But now you're sitting like this" Oliver said.
"You don't see? I've been hurt bad. Do I still have to fight and continue?"
"Then you should kill me. Wouldn't it be that if I were alive, you wouldn't be able to rule this world?"
"In comparison, you're better off than I am. I won't be able to balance against you" Osmond replied without taking his gaze away from Michael.
Oliver blurted out, "Since when do you care about the balance or lack of enemy power? In the previous war you even fought me and a few others at once. That's not balanced. But you're still fighting."
"That's because I still have a lot of power I haven't shown yet" Osmond said.
"Your attack this time is not as strong as before when the Os war happened. Even now I'm easier to attack you than I was back then. Are you weakened? Or did you do it on purpose?"
Osmond's face turned pale. He grimaced in pain as Oliver stomped on his injured leg. His gaze was immediately distracted staring at the young man. He was shocked, angry and upset.
"You're worried about your waiter? I also saw that he seemed to be silent" Oliver said with his brother's feet growing stronger.
"Errh.." Osmond stared at Oliver intently. He seemed to be troubled by what the young man had done to him. "The app you want?!"
"Your honesty" Oliver put his foot away and no longer stepped on Osmond.
Osmond slowly stood back up despite the pain as he stood up, "Honesty? You just want to hear what you want to hear. Not honesty."
Oliver was silent to Osmond's words.
"Then now, you've heard the answer...... Kill me, like the war before you wanted to kill me. Now I won't run away like before" Osmond continued.
Osmond spread his arms wide as if ready to accept any attack.
Oliver was silent when he saw his enemy do just that. The weapon is not even in the hands of the opponent. Is this just a trap? A stratagem? Or did he give up? But why is it so easy?
"Are you really going to end this?" said Rafa.
Oliver did not answer Rafa's words. He raised his sword with a straight forward look. Feelings of doubt, fear, and confusion are experienced by him.
On one side of his mind told him to kill Osmond so that this war never happened again. But on the other hand, his feelings told him not to kill Osmond, the reason he said before was a lie.
Oliver slowly lowered his sword with a sigh, "I'm a complete betrayal of the people who fought with me against you."
Osmond frowned, "Why did you lower your sword again?"
"It shouldn't be like this. There shouldn't be this much bloodshed. It should be between you and me... It didn't end like this. I am helpless because I cannot kill you. But if I do, I feel more helpless. Then now what am I supposed to do?
What by ending you, events like the Os war and the present war will never happen again? What in the absence of you, will all be calm and peaceful? Are the people who have died because you will calm down?
On the other hand, if I let you, will this happen again? Is the man who died because you wouldn't calm down? Is the world going to be fucked again?"
Osmond lowered both his hands slowly. His facial expression is difficult to describe. He could see the worry, confusion and fear from Oliver's face on Rafa's body.
"There's nothing more I have to do. What was my goal has been achieved. Therefore, there is no longer any reason for me to remain here. It's just, sorry... I can't get your body back. Even if I come out of your body, your body will instantly die and you can't have any more.
Because since the Os war, your body is no good. You'll die if you keep using this body."
Oliver frowned at Osmond's remark, "In the end I died because you took over my body and forced my soul out. I'm still dead."
Osmond suddenly published a smile on his lips. A smile that looks a little different than usual. His gaze also changed.
Somehow Oliver even felt tightness in his chest when he saw that. He also did not understand the meaning of the smile. But his gaze was so sincere, just like when Osmond was with him as a good brother.
Oliver unconsciously said, "Sister..."
Osmond was stunned, while Oliver only realized what he said.
"Ekhem," Osmond cleared his throat for the awkwardness to subside.
"I–" had not yet had time for Osmond to say something, a sword arrived piercing through his left chest.
His eyes instantly opened. But he had expected this attack before. Immediately Osmond's body fell limp and knelt on the ground.
Oliver's surprised. He looked back and realized Kay's arrival. The demon who had previously fought in the back line with his army had arrived near here and threw the right sword at Osmond.
