Chapter 75 - Please

Flynn was shocked and instantly coughed out blood. He gripped a tentacle that pierced through his chest and pulled it out. However, another tentacle came out of the butterfly and directly tied the arm that he used to pull the tentacles on its body.

It was hard to move his arm. But a faint faint created solids in the air that instantly shot towards the butterfly on the back of his hand.

The butterfly butterfly split into two and disappeared like a paper burning fire.

Other butterflies do not seem to stay still. They fly close to Flynn to attack him.

The man immediately pulled the tentacles that had previously wrapped around his hand. He also pulled out the tentacles stuck in the body. It creates a solid of wind energy in the air and attaches it to the four remaining butterflies.

Two butterflies split and disappeared in the same way. The other two managed to escape. They took out their tentacles and wrapped them around Flynn's hands.

However, the man did not let her. He created another wind knife and cut the two tentacles that wrapped around him, simultaneously cutting the two butterflies.

All the butterflies eventually disappeared. Flynn immediately sat on the ground. He held the hole in his chest. If he were very careless, it would have been ascertained that the prick would have hit the heart and he would have died.

Even so, he still felt pain. He breathed slowly so that the pain in his chest was slightly reduced, "..My power was drawn after that long thing stabbed me. Actually was... What happened while I wasn't here?"

"W-what do you mean Rafa?" Melvin was stunned when he saw Rafa who had just returned home and immediately said something astonishing.

"Uncle lied. Uncle actually knew how to go to the demon world, didn't he?" rafa said with a little emphasis.

"How can you accuse uncle like that? Didn't uncle say it? I don't know how to go to world–"

Rafa memptong, "Don't lie anymore, uncle. I already know. Uncle hid that fact because he didn't want me to go there. I know uncle's talk with Nev at night."

Melvin frowned, "How can you say that? You know where it's coming from?"

"No need to know where I know it from, but obviously, I want to know uncle. Please tell me how I can get there. I want to meet with Dad.."

Melvin shook his head, "No. If you already know why I hid it so you wouldn't go there, then you shouldn't go there. You already know the reason, so you don't have to ask anymore."

"But I want to go there. I want to know how Dad is. He said he'd come back to see me, but he never came back. I'm worried about him," Rafa's face looked clear.

"Rafa.., can't. I'm not gonna let you go. You know for yourself that it's very dangerous there. It's the devil's abode and you've fought the creature yourself. Do you even know, you still want to go there?" melvin's expression turned serious. He would no longer deny it if he knew how to go to the demon world.

Rafa gulped for a moment, before saying, "Yes, I'm sure. I'll go there and see dad–"

"Do you want to see your father that way? Are you uncomfortable with having to be with uncle?"

Rafa flinched, especially when he saw the sad expression Melvin showed him. He had never seen such an expression on his uncle. Even now he looked so sad and disappointed. His heart became uneasy when he saw that.

If it wasn't for uncle, then he would have been hanging out in the streets, he wouldn't have been able to return to this house, he wouldn't be able to go to school, he would have had a hard time getting food, he would have a hard time getting food, he will have no place to stay. All that.. Because uncle.

According to his ego to make his uncle like this, making Rafa feel so guilty. But..

"I don't like being with my uncle... But I just miss dad. I'm worried. Besides, there's someone I'm also worried about. I want to know their condition" said Rafa slowly. His tone became calmer now.

Rafa smiled wryly. He looked at Melvin, "Wouldn't I go there or not.. Still won't change the facts, if I'm gonna die at 18? Even if I die sooner, isn't it still meaningless? In the end I will not be more than 18 years old, and in a few days I will be 17. It makes no difference if I die sooner."

Melvin can see the deep sadness in Rafa's eyes even though it looks faint. Looks like Nevan told the young man a lot. He put his arms on Rafa's shoulders and shook his head, "No, Rafa.. No. gabe.. Don't say that."

He was very sad when Rafa said it. He was also very sad if this young man died so young. He didn't want his nephew to die like that. He wants Rafa to live a long life.

But what is the power if destiny is like this. If the possessor of absolute influence can change one's destiny, then the one who possesses it cannot change his own destiny.

Melvin takes both of his hands off Rafa. His forehead immediately frowned, "What do you mean by that, Nevan?"

Nevan unhesitatingly answered her father, "I mean, I will go together with Rafa to the demon world, father. I won't let him go alone. Then, I'll make sure she doesn't die before she reaches her designated age. I'll bring him back alive."

"No, I banned him. I still won't let you go. It's dangerous there. You can't go there" Melvin remained harsh and forbade entry into the demon world. However it seemed that the two young men in front of him were similarly stubborn.

"Uncle, I'll be fine. I will only avoid the devil when I see him. I will not fight with them. Uncle knows, I'm the owner of absolute influence. The devil and the blizt will bow to me. So any demon would not dare attack me," Rafa smiled confidently.

Nevin's presence makes Rafa so confident. Especially when debating his uncle. He became more courageous to express what he wanted.

"For just this once, dad. Once.... Just these. Please let Rafa go there. I'll accompany him. I also know how the devil is, I've fought against him. But from what I know.. Not all demons will attack humans, father," Nevan painted a smile on his face. It is like believing in a good demon.

Meeting Leon, made him have such thoughts. Not all demons are evil, not all demons want power, not all demons are strong, they are still living beings. They have shortcomings. So what's the fear for? If they were afraid, then it would only add to the impression that the demons could not be defeated so easily.

"After all, I've grown stronger. Dad, please trust me. Just this once."

Rafa glanced at Nevan for a moment before turning his eyes to Melvin. He nodded his head in a nod and gave a pleading gaze, "True uncle. Trust me for once. When I get back, uncle can do anything for me. You can catch me, tell me to clean up the house, lock me up or whatever. So then.. Just this once, please.."

Melvin shook his head. He could not say a word when he saw the gaze of the two. They were so determined and ambitious to go to the demon world. Did he give you a chance? But, if he did, would they never return? Can they get home safely?
