Chapter 109 - Flashback

Before the undead came, Leon and the others immediately moved. Some of the humans among them were carrying people who were still fainting. While 2 human corpses were left in that place.

Initially Melvin wanted to bury him, but Leon prevented it because the undead would arrive if they were here too long. Surely the man who already had 2 children was balking. Only, Nevan persuades and eventually all leave without exception.

On the way there are no obstacles. With Leon and Felix as the guide, everything feels so easy.

The sky became darker as the day began to fall. The difference between day and night is now difficult to distinguish because the sky is no longer bright. Freed, Nix, and all those who had never witnessed this were amazed. They were ceaselessly staring at the transparent dome that began to form until finally the dome hit the ground.

Nevan lay on the ground with a pleased look after Leon gave time to rest, "Haha, finally rest too. It's been a long time since I've relaxed like this."

Rafa also sat down next to Nevan, "And last night we just took a break. What's that tired?"

"Hey, aren't you tired? For days we were always like this. Walk, fight, walk, fight, keep going like that. Aren't you exhausted?"

Rafa nodded, "Mn, slightly. But I'm glad we can all get together like this. Dad, you, me, Leon and Uncle" his lips painted a smile.

Nevan just laughed crisply. Well.. That's a point. He was happy to see Rafa reunited with his father. They also met Leon. It's a bit of a surprise for Leon's embodiment now. He's not like the 10-year-old who lost his memory like before, "Eh.. Speaking of Leon... How old is he now?"

After all the chaos was over, Leon along with Nevan, Rafa, Need and Radolf went to a place a little away from where the previous fight had taken place.

They leave Freed, Nix and Kite at the battleground. The two humans were burying the corpse of their comrade. As for Kite, he served as his second supervisor.

Looks Rafa with Radolf take off his longing with the red-eyed young man. Obviously they had absolutely no idea that Leon would come up with this kind of situation. Nevan and Need are too. No one would have thought that Leon would live and be in front of them right now.

"What actually happened? Sweeper–I mean Need said you're dead. You've been fighting the Demon King and he said he saw for himself that your corpse was eaten by monsters" Nevan said, pointing at Need.

Leon nodded, "That's true. Because of fighting with all the Demon Lords, I ended up dying. I don't know what happened next so I don't know if my body was eaten by monsters. I'm dead anyway."

Need looked at Leon. He blinked and did not expect it to turn out Leon did not carry his name as the killer.

"....But considering that your corpse was eaten by monsters, the chances of you living I think are less than 20%."

"In the human world? What do you mean, Nev?" sergeant Rafa.

Nevan stunned. He glanced at Rafa in silence. He forgets that Rafa doesn't know about Leon's death when his heart is eaten by a demon.

Rafa is surprised to hear Leon's last words, "But I was born of half demon and blizt. Nev says if the book says if the age of such a person is at most 18 years."

"Then can I live as long as you live?"
