Chapter 128 - Rafael= Oliver?

"Leon..!" ray's countenance turned frantic as no air came out of Leon's nose. His head turned to the right and saw that the humans were swarming there to see Rafa's state, including Radolf's. His head turned in the other direction.

"Ken?!" the sighting that was not far from his place now made Ray surprised. He saw a head separated from his body. Not an ordinary person, yet it was a demon and most importantly, it was his friend.

He immediately went closer to the corpse. His panic grew when his friend did not move, "He should have come back to life. But why doesn't he hook himself up again?"

His jaw immediately hardened, "Did Ken go back to his place again? Is this because Leon is no longer breathing?"

His feelings turned into a mix. At a time like this, why did both of his friends die? Why at a time like this did he lose two of his friends?

This was something he had never imagined in his life. Since living a new life, he never thought he would lose someone again. Because in his heart he believed, the people around him now would not die. They will survive well.

Therefore, today's incident so shook his feelings.

As he sat quietly with a blank look, a scream made him come to his senses.

"Raphy?! Rafa are you okay?!" the screams came from Nevan.

At first Ray just stayed in place without caring about what happened to Rafa and the people around him. But the screams from Nevan who kept going made him disturbed.

With a body that felt heavy, Ray stood up and with shakeless steps walked closer to where the crowd was. She is sad to lose two friends. But his eyes seemed to have run out of tears even just to drip a single drop.

On the other hand, Nevan, Melvin and Radolf are surprised by the word that has just been released from Rafa's mouth.

The young man who had originally been pierced right in the heart came back to life. Regular heart breath and beat and skin discoloration that is more colorful than the previous pale. That's proof that Rafa's back alive. But what surprised them was the response from Rafa.

"Whatchu mean? I'm Nevan, your brother. There's no way you've forgotten" Nevan said with a worried expression.

"I'm your Uncle, Rafa."

"I.. Your dad."

Rafa is confused. It was as if he lost all his memory of all things, "Nevan? Uncle? A rafa? Daddy's? Wh who? I don't know."

"Don't joke at a time like this Rafa" Melvin said. His voice turned anxious after being previously happy.

Rafa shook his head, "I really don't know. Who are you guys?"

Nevan looked at his Uncle and Father in turn. The worried look he couldn't hide, "How is this?"

Rafa looked at the three in confusion. But his head kept on recalling what happened last time, "Eergh.."

He held his head firmly. Suddenly what he did made the three surprised and grew worried, "You why? Is your head hurting? Dizziness?" ask Nevan.

Rafa did not reply and still continued to hold his head. At the same time, Ray reached where they were. His face was lethargic and sad. But seeing Rafa sitting down, made him shocked. No one helped the young man to sit down, but he believed Rafa should have died. Then how can it be like this?

"I... I recall... Last time, I was supposed to be in hiding. But he came and took over my body" Rafa murmured.

Rafa's slow mutterings could be heard clearly by everyone, as this place was now very quiet. The smallest sound can be heard.

"What do you mean, Rafa?" nevan said in confusion.

Rafa stared one by one at the faces around him. Seeing Nevan, made her feel alien. His gaze turned to Melvin. He is also a stranger to that face. Then Radolf, he never saw her. His head slightly raised up, as another person was in a standing position.

When he saw Ray, he was no stranger. The face she knew and always saw, "Rinky? You're... Why is it here?"

Ray is stunned when Rafa calls out the name 'Rinky'. His name was Ray, and Rafa should have known that. But is this a coincidence? According to Kite–Osmond's previous remark, Rinky was a demon who was skilled in controlling black flames. Then it was his reincarnation.

"My name is Ray."

Rafa looked at Ray confusedly, "Em... Excuse me.. I thought you were Rinky, 'cause your face looks like him."

Nevan looked at Rafa full of probing, "You... Not Rafa?"

"I don't know who Rafa is. I don't know why I'm here either. But i'm... It's not Rafa. My name is Oliver."

No one is surprised to hear that name. Why would Rafa claim to be Oliver now? Is his brain in trouble?

"Don't joke, Rafa!" Radolf spoke with a slight snarl. He could not believe that his son was not his son now.

"Yes, don't joke. You're Oliver? No way," Nevan shook his head in disbelief.

"Why do they keep calling me Rafa?" inner Rafa.

"You're Rafa, not Oliver" Melvin added.

"I am Oliver. And Rafa? I don't know him" Rafa shook his head.

Ray frowned, "Alright, consider your name Oliver. What do you remember the last time?"

Now Rafa looked at Ray, "I should have been in the cave where I was hiding. But suddenly Osmond's soul appeared before me. He entered my body, then controlled it. After that, I don't remember. But our souls have fought. That's the last time I remember."

Ray paused for a moment, "When did that happen?"

"I don't know exactly when. It happened about a week after the war ended. At that time I was also severely injured, so Osmond was able to take over my body easily."

"I can conclude," Ray was silent for a moment as everyone stared at him. "Rafa is not Rafa. His soul is now Oliver. The story of Osmond's soul being inside Rafa's body is not entirely false. It's just, the one in his body is not him, but Oliver. Then Osmond who claims to be Oliver is the real Osmond."

Nevan surprised. He shakes in disbelief. He didn't want to believe the conclusion, but what Ray said made sense, "L-then Rafa... She where? She where? What Rafa.. It's..." Nevan does not want to continue, he said. He was silent and his eyes went down.

Radolf stiffened his jaw. The sorry look could not be hidden at all. Melvin is too. They were just as sorry for not being able to protect one person. Moreover, that person was someone important to them.

Rafa who heard Ray's conclusion instead gasped. He felt his body and face. It felt very different than he remembered.

"Your eyes..," Ray was silent and noticed Rafa's unusual eyes. It was the eye that Osmond had previously shown. But now Rafa has it.

Rafa touches his eyes, but he can't see them. He just looked at Ray in surprise, "Why?"

"Color Oliver's eyes. You're really her."

Rafa blinked, "Because I'm Oliver."

Nevan, Melvin and Radolf cannot accept Rafa, who is Oliver. They want Rafa back. But the rice is already porridge. Even if they scream until they lose their voice, Rafa will not come back. Because Rafa is dead.

"Leon.. What about Leon?" radolf looked at Ray.

"He's... It's dead."

Radolf felt like he had a hard blow to his chest. Rafa, his son is gone. And now? Leon.., come with me. In one moment he lost two precious men. He doesn't have anything anymore. There is no reason to live for him. Because his encouragement is now gone. How could he live the next day?

Radolf looked down blankly, "He won't be able to come back to life. Because right now, Rafa doesn't exist. Leon and Rafa die at the same time, meaning they won't come back."
