Friends, if I do not write the name at the top, it means the content of the story using a third-person perspective, yes. 😉
🌵Males have their own way of paying attention and protecting, even if what appears to be indifference.🌵
A green jeep is parked between a row of motorcycles. Hara can guess who is visiting, in addition to visitors to the art gallery managed by Mas Faiz. Naufal looked confused, when he saw the crowd of Aneesha's house. Not like the time he came the other day.
“Kae do ngopo, Om?” (That's what, Om?) Naufal stared at the children who were practicing karawitan and dance.
“Come!” Hara took Naufal's hand, leading him to walk past the pendopo and the people waiting for the children to finish training.
“Wait here! Om take fish feed first,” Hara hands off, ask Naufal to wait in the gazebo in the pool.
“Melu (follow), Om!” However, the boy did not want to leave.
When taking fish feed near the kitchen, until back again to the pond, he kept tailing while holding the tip of Hara's shirt. Apparently Naufal could be guts also in a place with many people he did not know.
“Om! Jenar ora ketok?” Naufal asked for the whereabouts of the invisible Jenar from his nose.
Hara thought for a moment, then looked towards the small mushola near the gallery. There were two mothers sitting on the porch, apparently talking with a man he knew very well. Who else if not the owner of a green jeep car.
“Mbak Jenar is teaching naji there!” hara answered, pointing to the mushola.
“Naufal by melu njai ro Mbak Jenar, Om?” Naufal asked if he could join Jenar.
Hara rubbed the child's head, “Naufal should not be disturbed, later just saw at home the same mother.”
“Ah! Harsh mum, Om! Penak naji karo mbak-mbak cottage,” Naufal grumbling. Mbak Nabila must be angry, if he hears the words of his own son.
“Mbak jenar ferocious ora nek mulang njai?” (Bak Genar fierce not if teaching njai?)
Hara ruffled the niece's hair. If his curiosity has not been satisfied, Naufal will ask a lot of questions. It will not run out until it is completely answered.
“Om kok ora know njai?” Hara shook her head at Naufal's question. Why the boy never saw his teaching.
He did not know how to explain to four-year-olds that their religion was different. Hara chose to ignore the question by feeding the fish. The sound of water thinning because the fish jump when the feed is spread, in fact able to distract Naufal.
“Opal!” the typical cheerful voice of a girl made Hara and Naufal reflect.
Naufal caught a glimpse of Hara before running towards Jenar and the Lion who was walking over. In Hara's heart was amazed by the upbringing of Mas Akmal and Mbak Nabila, children as small as Naufal were used to shaking hands by kissing hands when meeting with anyone.
“Hai, boy! Who, here? Mr Hara's son, yes?” Lion rattled Naufal's hair after the boy finished kissing his hand.
“No way, anyway, Mr. Hara has this sesopan.” continued Lion, even Hara has not answered the first question. This Lion does have a mouth that can not be controlled when talking.
“Mbak! Makani iwak,” Naufal's carefree voice dampens Hara's intention to respond to Lion's remarks. The boy pulled out Jenar's hand while pointing at the fish pond.
“oya? Opal's going fishing, isn't he? Brother Lion wants to jump Opal fishing, tuh!” Jenar glanced at Lion. The man pointed at his own nose, perhaps surprised by Jenar's words without her consent.
Hara saw Lion whispering to Jenar, I don't know what he said. Jenar pulled her head, slightly away from Lion's face. He smiled at Naufal.
“We take the fishing line, yuk! Later Opal fishing with Om Lion.” said Jenar while passing invite Naufal into the house.
Lion grumbled, it was unclear what he was talking about. Hara was more interested in watching the people who were disbanding. Pendopo that was originally crowded, now quiet, there were only three men who were cleaning gamelan tools. It seems that the routine activities every week in this place are over.
Hara then approached Mas Faiz who was sitting on the edge of the pendopo. Naufal and Jenar came out of the house with fishing gear, apparently they were ready to fish in the pond. Let them do whatever they want, Hara chooses not to join them.
“Kids are not coming, Mas?” ask Hara to Mas Akmal, while holding out a cigarette, “Cigarettes, Mas?”
“Thank you, I also brought.” Mas Faiz took out cigarettes and matches from his pocket, “Yang little again fussy, tired may often be invited to leave. So today they stay at home just as um.”
“Naufal nanyain Arkaan earlier,” said Hara while exhaling cigarette smoke.
“They're the same age, huh? Naufal pinter, brave, if Arkaan is shy once.” Mas Faiz picked up a cigarette, then lit it.
“Oya, tomorrow I can not go to the land office. Insyaalloh I just get the queue number, yes. Let's not wait too long,” said Mas Faiz.
Hara nodded. Instantly he remembered the main purpose of coming here. Reflek he turned to look at the fish pond, it looks like three people are very engrossed around the pond. Lion held a fishing line whose hook had dived into the water, Jenar waited on the side of a different pool, while Naufal squatted on the edge of the pool while continuing to stare at the hook.
Hara thought, if the three of them together continue like that, when can I talk to Jenar? Talk through chat wattshap free, because the girl rarely open it if it is busy. Chat today, it could be read tomorrow, reply could be two more days.
“The terms are complete, right?” Hara turned her head when Mas Faiz asked.
“Already, Mas.” Hara hisses, smokes a cigarette, holds it in the esophagus then exhales it again.
The two of them chatted lightly for a moment. Mas Faiz came home, along with special needs child teachers who had completed their affairs.
“Pity wife at home takes care of two children alone,” said Mas Faiz. He is not much different from Mas Akmal apparently, the thin difference between the type of husband dear and afraid of the wife.
The roar of the engine of several motors had just swallowed, then disappeared. The atmosphere around the pendopo was quiet again, until there was a sound of wind blowing slowly. Hara almost took out a second cigarette, when the sound of people shouting made her surprised. Sontan he moved, turned his head carefully towards the source of the sound, then rushed to three people near the fish pond.
“Take off! Hhii!” Lion was hysterical while hiding behind Jenar's back. The girl instead chuckled to the point of holding her stomach, while Naufal casually held out a small shovel to Lion.
“What's up, anyway, screaming? Just look at the devil.” grumbled Hara saw Lion continues hysterically behind the back of Jenar.
“See, tuh, Mr Hara!” Lion raised a slight head, pointing at the item Naufal was carrying with his chin while both hands held onto Jenar's shoulder.
“There is a big thousand feet!”
Naufal brought closer the shovel containing a large legged slithering animal towards Lion, making the man more hysterical and clinging to Jenar's back. This once Lion mode, utilizing the opportunity to reason with fear. Surprised also by Jenar, she laughed until her shoulders were shaken, as if she had not noticed a man behind her. Monologue Hara in the heart, a sense of annoyance no doubt approached, like a war drum that was deliberately shot to a loud voice.
“Fuck, funny, Om. By didemek ora?” Naufal fearlessly held the beast as big as the thumb of the adult. He was visibly excited as the slithering beast fused its legs together, encircling its own body. An act of self-protection because you feel threatened.
“Don't hold her foot! Toxic!” Jenar, brushed off Naufal's finger that was about to touch the animal that was shaped like a burning mosquito repellent.
“Funny, Ma'am!” Naufal is getting excited, “Om! Funny, youho.” He showed the beast to Hara. Basic Naufal, have no fear even for a venomous beast.
“Hii! Throw away why, anyway? Even made toys, it's dangerous animals, you know! Can break your finger if wrapped,” Lion grunt, without wanting to get away from the back of Jenar.
“If it's been circular it's not dangerous times, brother. The same little animals are afraid, in the past time often climbed the same Sister Neesha never met a more dangerous animal, huh?” The genar grumbled while moving his shoulders. It turns out that the girl is getting uncomfortable with Lion.
“Hayo, Om Lion sucks! Ming ro luing semene we wedi, ning saweh kakung okeh sing lueh gedi, I ora wedi.” said Naufal by lifting his chin, exactly an adult who was bragging. (Just as the little millipedes are afraid, in the rice fields of many of the larger kakung, I am not afraid.)
“What small? Big as this, he said small. You don't see the way he walks, it's like a monster ready to attack. Look at the antenna, huh! Can it bite anyway?” grumbled Lion while pointing from afar the thousand feet that Naufal was still carrying.
“Already, already! Discard!” Hara interrupts the heated debate between Lion and Naufal. One was scared half to death, the one casually did not care.
“Ojo dumped, Om! Funny iki, you know.” reject Naufal while pulling shovel.
Lion continued to grumble, occasionally hysterically if Naufal brought the shovel closer. Jenar was still laughing at the frightened Lion's behavior, either really scared or made-up just to attract attention. Meanwhile, Hara, almost annoyed at the drama in plain sight, but tried to hold back all her heart.
“Udah, just throw it away, Fal! Later someone fainted, Om also bothered.” Kneel Hara.
“What? Mr Hara thought I was that weak, could I faint out of fear?” Lion solicited, but Hara was lazy to respond.
“Down, Fal.” Hara command without seeing Lion.
“Originally Mr. Hara knows, yes! I'm not afraid, just amused!” Too much talk and reason is indeed this Lion.
“Pakake iwak by, Om?” Naufal was about to give a thousand feet to the fish in the pond.
“Ho oh, Ma'am. Nek mateni luwing mako Jenar Mbak dikon sikil cacahe sewu.” (Yes. If you kill a thousand feet later Madak Jenar was told to change the number of legs a thousand.)
“Well! Jenar's sister only has two legs, which 998 asks who to try?” jenar Seloroh.
Naufal did not reply, perhaps the boy was confused counting a thousand minus two. In just a few moments, they had already returned again carrying an empty shovel. Hara glanced at the small bucket near the pond, there were two small sized tilapia fish there. Apparently they had managed to fish.
“Next fishing?” jenar asked, when Naufal took the fishing line.
Naufal nodded, “Cacing e entek, Ma'am. Umpane go opo?”
Apparently their fishing activity was stopped because the bait ran out. The genar went towards the vacant land behind the small gazebo, which was commonly used to hoard dry leaves. Then he crouched there, not even caring about the dirty end of his robe hit the ground.
“Mas Lion! Goleke (find) worms!” Naufal.
Lion who is now sitting sweetly in the gazebo shook his head, “Emoh! Golek nemune luwing worm, kok.” (No way! Find a worm, meet a thousand feet, really.)
Lion is strange, his style is adventurous, likes to climb mountains and live in plantations, but just as small animals are afraid. Haven't he been living on the farm all this time?
“Om, goleke worm!” Finally Hara also had to intervene, he was the laziest to hear Naufal whine if his wishes were not immediately fulfilled.
The ground where Jenar looks for worms is different in texture to those near fish ponds. There's more loose and a little watery, maybe some rain last night. Hara had to roll up the tip of her trousers and give up the branded sandals she bought while visiting Japan, dirty for the sake of looking for worms.
“Can you not yet?” ask Hara to Jenar.
“New get one, small again, Mr.” replied Jenar without turning his head, still busy digging the ground to look for worms.
“This is all I'm looking for,” Hara asks for a shovel held by Jenar.
The girl looked up, staring doubtfully at the towering man beside her, “Unfortunately Mr Hara can?”
Without answering, Hara snatched the shovel from Jenar's hand. Ask the girl to step aside, because she will prove to have multi-talented capabilities, except to turn day into night.
“Sing okeh yo, Om! Ben isoh fishing iwak okeh, deep fried.” (A lot of yes, Om. Let it catch a lot of fish, fried later.)
If not for the sake of the beloved, where maybe Hara willingly dirty looking for worms. Lucky this morning he had learned with Pak Wawan, how the characteristics of the soil that is likely to be the home of worms. Soil soft and hollow, certainly many worms. The plants will be fertile if planted in such soil. However, never plant the plant in loose but dry soil, usually where the root-eating animal lives. Not growing, but can make plants die quickly.
It only takes about five minutes, Hara can get several worms of various sizes. Naufal approached with a small container. Uncomfortably he took the writhing worms, moving them from the ground to the container. Then immediately bring him near the pool.
“Mas Lion! Fishing meneh, come!” bring Naufal.
“Great, kapok! Mending luh kene, tannah.” Lion replied. He said it was better to sit in the gazebo than go fishing again. He was met with a thousand feet.
“Udah can how many fish?” Hara approached Naufal who was setting a bait on the fishing line.
“Gek by kids, Om. Jare Mbak Jenar nek kids ora by fried.” Naufal grumbled because he only got small fish and should not be fried as Jenar.
“Let's buy them cooked, if Opal wants to eat fish. If you succeed in fishing big, can be taken home, deh.” said Jenar.
“Assyik!” Naufal exclaimed in pleasure.
Naufal threw the fishing line, waiting quietly as he continued to stare at the pond. Jenar chose to sit on the edge of the pool, along to look at the end of the Naufal fishing line that had sunk the end. The three of them were not close together, but not too far away either. Because, the size of the fish pond that surrounds the gazebo is not too big.
Hara shifted two steps, taking the opportunity to talk to Jenar. The time is right, because Lion is busy playing his phone. He and Naufal would not care about what Hara and Jenar were talking about.
“True?” Hara manages to distract Jenar from waiting for Naufal's hook to be struck by a fish.
“I can talk to you for a minute?” Hara shouldn't have needed me to ask Jenar for approval. Straight to the point can also be.
Seeing Jenar nod her head in agreement, Hara immediately continued the sentence, “Tomorrow Monday, your second counseling schedule with dr. Halimah.”
Jenar frowned, then looked back at the pool. Hara could not see her face, but it seemed like the girl was thinking of something.
“I have lunch tomorrow, Mr.” he replied softly, but it could still be heard clearly.
“You change days, or how? Let me register,” Hara waiting for Jenar to finish thinking.
The girl took a slow breath, then explained, “Can be postponed next week no? This week my college schedule is tight. Tomorrow from ten to evening I have classes, tuesday from morning to afternoon, wednesday to jum’at as well. Saturday I have an appointment with Aina, week there are activities here.”
“Yesterday when I signed up, dr. Halimah said as an analysis material the first four meetings must be routine. If the schedule is once a week, yes, it must be met. Where can you arbitrarily make your own schedule,” Hara replied to Genar's long explanation with half a grumble. It's nice that he's willing to postpone the schedule at will.
“That, yes, Sir?” Genar seemed to think again, “If tomorrow changed the schedule the morning before I went to college, could not? Let me not have to skip.”
“Can, later I make an appointment with the administrative part of the clinic.” replied Hara. He pulled out a cell phone from his pants pocket, about to contact the clinic where Jenar was counseling. Just then he remembered something.
“Tomorrow I cannot accompany,” Hara said.
Jenar nodded, “Pak Hara no other business?”
“I have to go to the land office, take care of the name of the land letter over there,” explained Hara while pointing to where the semi-finished foundation was planted.
“Yes, it's okay, really. I can be alone, but I ask the counselor Mbak Tiara only, yes, sir?”
Hara stopped the fingers who were about to type a message, “Why not dr. Halima? Wouldn't it be nice if the clinic owner handled you?”
Jenar shook her head hard, “Yesterday I feel more comfortable chatting with Mbak Tiara.”
Hara nodded, knowing that counseling sessions with experts should be as comfortable as patients. For, what Jenar did was not to treat ordinary wounds, but subtle inner wounds.
“No pa-pa going alone to the clinic? How's home?” Hara feels she has to make sure Jenar is okay tomorrow.
“Iya, I can take the bus. From there you can directly take the bus to Jogja as well, Pak Hara does not need to worry. I dare to go alone, kok.” replied Jenar.
Hara just wanted to continue typing on the phone screen. Suddenly a voice came from behind his back interrupting.
“Where are you, anyway? Brother Lion is ready to take Dedek Jenar wherever he goes. Went where? Campus, bookstore, mall?” I don't know since when Lion stood behind Hara. Did the man hear all his talk with Jenar?
However, Jenar looked relaxed as she answered the man's question, “Not bother, Brother. Brother Lion went home calmly to Wonosobo, here Jenar has many who accompany.”
“Oya?” Lion circulating views, “Mana? Sayumi's brother isn't there, Irkham didn't come and Mas Faiz has gone home. You're alone in Jenar's house, baby.”
Lion's words made Hara reflex to look around. True what Lion said, Ma'am Sayumi is indeed off every Sunday, but usually there is Mbak Nanda or Irkham. Today was very quiet, if he and Naufal did not come, it means that Jenar was only alone with the Lion. A man who is good at reading opportunities.
Hara felt her heart burn, but did not know where the fire came from. To be sure, he felt unwilling, if he let Jenar only be alone with Lion. Worried the same thing happened when they found a millipede.

Seriate....
Friends, someone must ask, Ma'am why Naufal dialogue always use Javanese, anyway? IYes, because four-year-olds who are used to speaking regional languages cannot necessarily speak Indonesian. But later Naufal will be able to speak many languages, you know. Wanna know? Wait for the announcement, yes.when? Somewhen. 😉
Stay tune, tomorrow what happens at the therapy site? The real thing comes alone or delivered Lion? Or take me, it's impossible. 😂
