Warm Hugs

Keanu was still standing with a face that looked very serious. He seemed to be holding a tremendous amount of anger towards his sister.

Arumi was astonished again. He had never seen Keanu behave like that to himself. Arumi frowned, trying to smile. "I'm sorry. I went to the club and had a little drink there .. Just a little, Brother! I'm not ...." Arumi did not have time to continue his words, because Keanu immediately interrupted his words.

"You don't remember what you did last night at Moedya's engagement party?" Asked Keanu firmly. The look on his face looked very serious and made Arumi sure that it must be something fatal.

Arumi looked excited. Both of his eyes moved irregularly. He looked uncomfortable at that moment with Keanu's sharp gaze that seemed to be harboring an enormous anger.

"I ... I ...." Arumi looked confused. He doesn't know what to say. "Sister, I ..." again Arumi fell silent.

"You've been so outrageous all night, Arum! You got drunk and messed up Moedya's engagement party! You've humiliated us all in front of all the invited guests!" Touch Keanu with a face that is red. He was really angry at his only sister.

"Yes, huh? I don't remember it at all, Brother," replied Arumi and made Keanu more emotional.

"Obviously you won't remember because you were drunk, Arum!" Hit Keanu again. "You're humiliating Moedya, Diana, and you know what's worse?" Keanu glared sharply at the girl who was still sitting on her bed. "You .. You've made a very shameful accusation to Edgar! You humiliated him in front of everyone! You ... If I hadn't remembered my mother's message, then I would have slapped you so hard!"

There were no soft and loving words that slid from Keanu's lips. The man had been holding back his anger since last night. He was so ashamed of what Arumi had done.

"Hopefully Edgar is professional enough and didn't cancel his cooperation with me!" Keanu said again still with his tone filled with anger.

Arumi remained silent. He doesn't really remember what he did or said last night. He was confused and did not know what to regret.

"Consider all your mistakes, Arum!" Hit Keanu again. Then he went to the door. However, before he actually came out he turned to Arumi. "I think you're old enough to know what you have to do to fix all this mess!" After that, Keanu then went out and left Arumi alone in his room.

Arumi sat pensively. He started thinking hard. A moment later, he chose to clean himself up first.

Towards lunch, Arumi met Puspa who was playing with his two children. The girl sat not far from her sister-in-law. His face was still filled with a million question marks. There was no other way for Arumi, other than to ask Puspa.

Puspa seemed to have guessed what Arumi would ask him. Before Arumi asked, he had already spoken first.

"I hope Keanu doesn't scold you too much, Arum," said Puspa softly as he continued to play little Jenna. While Dinan, was busy watching his favorite video.

"Tell me, brother! I can't remember everything" Pinta Arumi softly. He looked worried at the time. I don't know what silliness he had done that night so that his brother could be so angry with him.

Puspa smiled warmly. He held Arumi's arm gently. "If I had the courage, then I would have done the same as you, Arum. I can understand how much you're disappointed in Moedya. I also feel wrong for having advised you to go back to reaching for it in your life" said Puspa.

"What nonsense was I last night?" Ask Arumi very curiously.

Arumi just gawked and felt in disbelief because she could do that. He also felt remorse for all his harsh words. It was only fair if Keanu was furious with him.

"Sister, what should I do now?" Arumi looks worried.

Puspa smiled gently. "You can ignore Moedya and Diana if you feel that it will further lower your self-esteem, but don't ignore Ranum's mother. She's already you consider as Ryanthi's mother's replacement. She must have been hurt to see you like that, Arum," suggested Puspa with her gentle motherly demeanor.

"After that .. Maybe you should also see Edgar. I gotta tell you, Arum. Edgar looked very angry. You've made it soaking wet" explained Puspa.

"Oh God! That's so embarrassing. I didn't remember at all," Arumi looked very sorry. He cupped his face with both palms. Complaint after complaint continued to slide from her innocent lips.

Puspa smiled back. He then grabbed his phone from the table. Puspa also showed Arumi a videotape. "That's what makes Keanu even more angry. The wife of a Keanu colleague who sent me the tape. I hope you are strong in this face, Arum! You look very messed up and out of control" explained Puspa.

Puspa was so filled to see the state of his sister-in-law. He knows and can feel what Arumi is feeling right now. His indignation and all the burdens that squeezed his life.

It was soothing when Arumi heard all the advice from Puspa. There was nothing else Arumi wanted to do at that time, other than hug her sister-in-law tightly.
