The Mist In Arumi's Heart

The Mist In Arumi's Heart
The Story of Grey Night

Arumi fell silent and kept thinking. He was reassuring himself about what happened that night. To be honest, he can only remember a little.

"That night we were both at the party that Diana was holding. You're very drunk, Arum," said Edgar. "You know for yourself, don't you, if you don't drink much?" Edgar looked at the girl. While Arumi was still silent and kept thinking.

"You remember how much you drank back then?" Ask Edgar again. Arumi did not answer. He felt unsure at all.

Arumi then shook her head slowly. He enjoyed the party so much that he did not realize he had been drinking too much.

"You're out of control, Arum. But I like it very much" Edgar said with a smile full of satisfaction. His pair of gray-colored eyes looked wildly at Arumi.

"You remember? That night we kissed with full gai°rah. You are so warm and open to me. You want it, and I give it to you with pleasure" Edgar said in a slightly odd-sounding tone. His voice was deep and heavy.

Arumi looked at her ex-lover sharply. He was eager to tease all of Edgar's words just now, but he didn't have enough faith.

"We even did it there Arum, in the kitchen of Diana's apartment ... on the table ...."

"Beauty!" Sergey Arumi. "Don't continue!" Pinta Arumi with a soft look. While Edgar instead smiled with satisfaction when he saw Arumi looked agitated like that.

"I don't know how your delinquent boyfriend caught us. I think he should have known that, Arum. He should know that Arumi is not as naive as he thinks he is" Edgar said. He really felt like he was winning.

"I know you better than your beloved, though you prefer to give your sanctity to him" Edgar's words widened.

"Leave me alone, Ed! Please go!" Banish Arumi. He was so angry, especially at himself.

Edgar moved from his seat. He then tidied up the blazer he was wearing. He looked at the beautiful girl.

"Look, Arum! I still care about you. I still faithfully waited for you for these three years even though you always treated me badly, because I I I know .. I still have hope."

Arumi did not answer. At that time his memory was only focused on the anger of Moedya. The man was so angry with him.

Arumi stood up and approached Edgar. He then led the man out of the shop. "Don't see me again!" Arumi firmly closed the entrance of the store and locked it.

Walking nonchalantly towards her bed, Arumi kept thinking. He was still curious, who had contacted Moedya to come there, to his best friend's apartment.

That night Arumi spent it pensively alone. He could not sleep and suddenly remembered the mysterious number that often sent messages to him.

Arumi then typed in a message and sent it to the owner of the number.

Who are you?

The message was read immediately, but did not reply. Curious, Arumi then contacted the number directly.

The first call, just left unanswered and not answered at all. Up to three calls, then he picked it up but did not speak at all.

"Hallo .. Who is this?" Ask Arumi.

There was no response from the recipient of the phone.

Arumi remained silent. Both of his eyes moved irregularly. "Moedya .. Is this you?" Only that name was in Arumi's mind. Again, the receiver of the phone did not answer.

"OK .. I know if it's you ..." said Arumi again confidently. "Why don't you talk to me?" Ask Arumi again. No answer at all.

Arumi took a long breath. A short complaint slid from his lips. He knew and was very sure that the one across there was Moedya.

"Alright .. if you still don't want to talk .. then I'll just hang up the phone" Arumi said.

"I'm closed, yeah!" Arumi said again, but still no answer.

In the end, Arumi also fell silent. He felt awkward and didn't know what to say. Arumi wanted to hang up her phone immediately, but it felt like something was preventing her.

"I closed ..." said Arumi again. He kept repeating the word but he did not do it. Arumi took a long breath. A moment later, he finally completely hung up the phone. Disappointed, Arumi put her phone on the bed. The girl returned pensive.

At that moment, Arumi wanted to scream. He wanted to free all the burdens that were pressing on him and so stifled his chest. Arumi wanted to put an end to the feelings that had been tormenting her all along.

......................

That afternoon, a friend of Arumi came to the store to pick up his order. A beautiful girl with short shoulder-length hair. The appearance is very sweet with a mini dress that shows the smooth white legs.

Diana, she's the girl. His posture is no higher than Arumi, but he has a sweet face that is quite interesting. Especially because he looks like he comes from a family.

"Hi, Arum!" Sapa the short-haired girl while hugging Arumi for a moment. "I'm sorry that I've been troubling you" Diana said with a sweet smile.

"Just calm down, you're not the first person to bother me" Arumi joked. He then took his old friend to the kitchen.

"I packed everything. One box contains ten jars," explained Arumi while showing five orange boxes with a size large enough.

"Yes, I believe" said the girl named Diana still with her sweet smile.

"Wait a minute! I'll call Lena and Ayu first" Arumi said. After that he then contacted the two girls who were at the front of the store to immediately come to the kitchen.

Not long after, the two girls that Arumi meant came there. They seem to know their job. Without a clear order, they immediately transported the boxes and carried them outside. In accordance with the instructions from Diana, they put the boxes into the back of the girl's car.

After all the boxes were stuck, Diana returned to the kitchen and approached Arumi who was packing another cake.

"Thank you, Arum. My mom always subscribed to the cake from here a long time ago. Although it has now changed hands, but the taste of the cake from this store has never changed," flattering Diana made Arumi smile as she responded.

"Don't be too much! I was just trying to maintain the taste that has become the hallmark of my mother," said Arumi humbled. A moment later the girl with dimples was stunned and turned towards Diana. I don't know why because the girl kept watching him.

"Why?" Ask Arumi as she scrunched her forehead.

Diana smiled sweetly again. "It's okay" he answered briefly. The girl seemed to want to say something that made her look a little uneasy.

"Arum .. I .. I want to tell you something ...." Diana paused her words. He seemed to think for a moment.

"What's wrong? Why do you look so nervous?" Arumi asked in amazement at the attitude of his old friend.

Diana again hid her discomfort through her sweet smile. In the end, he continued his words, "Arum .. I just want to tell you something."

"About what?" Ask Arumi without stopping her activities.

"Arum ... I ... I am currently undergoing an approach with Moedya ...."

Arumi stopped her work. He looked at Diana sharply. "You mean?" Ask Arumi.

"Yes, I'm having an approach with Moedya. I hope you gave permission to ...."

"You don't need my permission. You are free to do whatever you want" said Arumi.
