The Mist In Arumi's Heart

The Mist In Arumi's Heart
Towards the New Moedya

Moedya steps in with Ranum into the two-story building, which has been renovated to look much more modern. The shop is now run by Rania's youngest daughter, Tya. The cute girl who looked very happy when she saw Ranum coming there. He welcomed the woman, with a very friendly attitude. While Moedya, chose to sit back on the sofa that was there while playing her phone.

Every now and then, Moedya looked around the room. Nothing of interest to him. The place only contained rows of clothes with strange models and could not understand Moedya. He didn't even understand, how could a woman be comfortable with such clothes?

Moedya's gaze returned to the screen of her phone, before finally diverted to the beautiful face that had just come out, from inside the dressing room with a bone white dress in her hand. Immediately, Moedya put her phone into the jacket. He then moved from his seat and approached the owner of the beautiful face.

“Di!” call Moedya not too loud. The girl who was none other than Diana, immediately turned to her. He was surprised to see Moedya there. Diana only gave a small smile to the man.

“To where have you been? Why not return my message? You didn't answer my phone calls either,” cecar Moedya. He charged Diana with many questions at once.

Diana looked uncomfortable. The girl seemed to want to avoid Muedya, but soon Moedya grabbed her arm and held her back. Diana looked at him for a moment. After that, he turned his face away.

“What's up, Di? What's your problem?” moedya asked curiously.

“Nothing. I just want to be alone,” Diana replied without showing her pretty face to Moedya.

Moedya continued to stare at the girl. He was more and more astonished, because Diana did not usually behave like that to him. Diana never refused or ignored him, but this time the girl was acting strange and expensive.

“Let's talk for a minute!” bring Moedya.

“What should we talk about? I don't think anything is too important to you in our relationship!” reject Diana firmly but slowly. He did not want anyone to hear the conversation between him and Moedya.

Moedya approached the girl without removing her hand from Diana's arm. He looked at the girl's face tightly. “What happened to you? Why are you acting so strange?” search Moedya.

Diana did not answer. The girl kept turning her face away. Many times he tried to pull his arm which was still held quite tight by Moedya.

“I've said if I'm willing to accompany you to Arumi's wedding, but why are you still acting like this?”

“I don't care even if you're not willing to accompany me. I can go alone!” firmly Diana.

Moedya smiled knot. It seemed like he was beginning to be able to grasp the intent of Diana's strange demeanor. “What if we talk for a while?” whispered Moedya.

However, before Diana could answer, Ranum had already approached them. He greeted Diana warmly. It looks strange, even though Diana is the daughter of a close friend, but her familiarity is very much different from what Ranum showed to Arumi. There was still a sense of awkwardness in the smile of greeting the two.

“What's Mom still long here?” moedya asked Ranum.

“What's the reason?” Ranum asked back.

Moedya glanced at Diana for a moment. “I have a little business with Diana,” replied the man with the black leather jacket while seizing the dress that Diana was holding. The dress was then given to Ranum. “Wrap this one, Mom! Later we come again,” said Moedya without waiting for an answer from Ranum. He grabbed Diana's wrist, and led her out of the boutique.

“Let go of me!” Diana refuses to go with Moyya. But Moedya did not care. The man continued to hold Diana's wrist and carried her into the car. He even fitted a seatbelt for the girl, as Diana only pouted.

“As far as you are,” replied Moedya who is now busy with her drive.

Diana complained quietly. He did not answer. The girl looks increasingly lazy to respond to Moedya's annoying attitude. Since there was no answer from Diana, then Moedya took the initiative to take Diana to the lake where she used to meet Arumi. They both sat in the car.

The afternoon weather was hot, but the wind was blowing quite strongly on the lake's edge. Diana was still silent and looked around the place from inside the car. “Where is this?” he turned to Moedya.

Moedya did not answer. The man smiled wryly. “Do you want to get off?” bargain Moedya.

“Here hot. I don't carry anti-sun cream. Do not let my skin burn,” reject Diana with an uncomfortable expression.

Moedya smiled back. He removed his seat belt and got out of the car. Afterwards, he steers Diana out, though the girl looks reluctant to follow him.

Seeing Diana's attitude, Moedya smiled as she took off her leather jacket. He wrapped the jacket around Diana's shoulders, covering her white skin. “You do not need anti-sun cream anymore,” said Moedya who was standing right in front of Diana. While Diana was only speechless and was astonished by Moedya's attitude, which suddenly changed drastically. Especially when Moedya grabbed his fingers and invited him to shelter under a tree that was quite shady.

The two of them stood under the tree and felt a gust of wind that was quite strong. Over time, Diana began to enjoy the atmosphere. This was the first time he had enjoyed such a calming natural atmosphere. All this time, he was only struggling with the sparkling world. Mall, salon, boutique, or just sunbathing on the beach. It was also when he decided to take a summer vacation.

“Do you come here often?” diana asked, glancing at Moedya.

Moedya turned to look towards the girl. He then nodded. “Almost every afternoon,” Moedya replied. “I've been here a lot. To be honest I used to come here with Arumi. We used to spend dusk here,” bright Moedya made Diana's face instantly turn sour. The girl did not answer. He turned his eyes towards the lake. While Moedya kept looking at him. He wanted to see the girl's reaction, and it turned out that Diana was still showing jealousy towards him.

Moedya again grabbed the clothesline with the sky blue Iks. He held it tightly. “I still want to stay here every dusk. I hope you are willing to accompany me to see the sky change here, with me," Moedya hoped.

Diana turned her head and frowned.

"Are you okay, Moe?" ask the girl in astonishment.

"Give me time to fix myself. I promise you, I'll change everything even if gradually. Please, help me and let me be the new Moedya,”, Moedya said. While Diana was still staring at the man with a hue of disbelief.

"really? Are you really sure of all that you said?" ask Diana again. He still does not believe in the change in attitude shown by Moedya. Moedya nodded confidently.

"I'll change, but gradually. I hope you are beside me, to help me on my way to the new Moedya" said the man again with a meaningful smile.
