The Man of Four Seasons

The day has finally arrived. The day Arumi had to go to follow her husband to France. The novelty felt by the woman who had borne the name of Mrs Hilaire, when she said goodbye to Keanu, Puspa, and her two little nieces. 

“We will visit there sometime. I still have to fulfill my promise to Puspa, to take him on a cruise ship,” Keanu said before Arumi and Edgar actually left. Puspa nodded slowly. The mother-of-two looks to calm Arumi, so that the sister-in-law does not feel sad for their separation.

Arumi smiled a little. He hugged his sister-in-law again. However, it wasn't long before Edgar immediately invited him to leave from there. Their departure time has arrived. Arumi waved her hand until she disappeared from Keanu and Puspa's sight.

Keanu grabbed the shoulder of the wife who was holding onto Dinan's shoulder, so that the child did not run around everywhere. While Jenna was in the arms of her father. Keanu's feelings were mixed at that moment. He has fulfilled his promise to Adrian and Ryanthi to look after Arumi. Now he transferred that responsibility to Edgar. Keanu was sure that the man would take care of Arumi much better.

“I did not expect because Arumi finally got married too. I was thinking if he would go back to Moedya. Who would have thought if it turned out he ended up with Edgar,” said Puspa with a gentle smile.

“That's a soul mate, darling. I also never thought I would meet and marry you,” Keanu said with his calm.

“I was much less expecting to be able to live my days with you. You're the most amazing man, darling,” flatter Puspa while gently patting the husband's cheek.

“Of course,” replied Keanu proudly. “What if today we eat out?” bargain Keanu. His gaze then turned to his eldest son. “Dinan want to eat what today?” tanyakanya.

Dinan looked at his father. The boy, who was five years old, did not answer. His eyes look teary. Immediately, Puspa lowered his body and wiped away the child's tears. “Why, Dinan?” tanyanya.

Dinan immediately hugged his mother. The boy cried as he said, “I want aunt Arum, Mommy,” his sobs.

Puspa and Keanu looked at each other. Soon, Puspa took Jenna from her husband's arms. Keanu then grabbed his eldest son and carried him. He brought the boy out of the airport while continuing to persuade Dinan to stop his crying immediately.

 

Meanwhile, Arumi sat next to Edgar. The man was sound asleep. However, his hand still continues to hold Arumi's hand. The woman smiled as she looked at the handsome face of the man who had now become her husband.

Edgar looked so sweet when he was in such a deep sleep. The age of thirty was not visible at all to him, probably because Edgar always kept his appearance.

Arumi then leaned her head. His mind began to wander everywhere.

There are many things that have happened in his life. Everything she had never imagined before, including this marriage.

That man was the man he always rejected out loud. But now the man has become a very beautiful love for himself. Arumi then smiled as she remembered Moedya. Although it ended in disappointment, but he should not regret his friendship with Ranum and Arya's son. Now, Arumi just wanted to hold tightly to Edgar's hand and accompany him, even sitting spoiled on his lap.

After nearly seventeen hours of being on the way, Arumi, Edgar, and Carmen finally arrive in France. It feels like just yesterday Arumi returned from the country, and now he has returned there.

The feeling of haru again enveloped Arumi's heart, because he currently came to the city of Paris as Mrs Hilaire. Arumi also no longer occupies a guest room in Edgar's luxurious residence. This time, of course, he would sleep inside Edgar's master room. Beautiful and very comfortable room, with a modern European feel.

The room was so spacious. There is even a sofa and table in color in line with all the ornaments in the room.

Arumi looked over and smiled. She then rests her head on her husband's shoulder. Edgar also gently stroked Arumi's hair while tucking her forehead. “I've spoken to Aunt Carmen. What if we have a party this week?” ask Edgar. Every now and then, he kisses Arumi's fingers affectionately. “Say how many guests will we invite? To be honest, I feel confused about this. My father's colleagues are so numerous, their congratulations have even flooded my social media accounts. I feel like an impromptu celebrity,” Edgar said with an amused laugh.

Arumi immediately straightened his body and looked at Edgar. “As far as you are, dear. You are the boss!” he laughed softly. “I don't know anyone here either. So, please arrange everything!” continue the young woman.

Edgar re-embraced his wife's shoulders. “Can't be so, Honey! I don't want you to just sit still and enjoy the party,” the protest.

“Then, what should I do?” ask Arumi. The young woman then stood before Edgar. “Do you want to see me dancing salsa?” arumi asked while shaking his body and immediately made Edgar rub his forehead while complaining slowly. The man then stood up and immediately embraced Arumi's waist. He hugged his wife while holding back his laughter.

“I think you need a break, honey. Should I call a waiter to help you with your stuff?” bargain Edgar while smacking his smile.

Arumi did not answer. The young woman just laughed while continuing to tease the husband, until Edgar really felt amused by it. The man could not hold back his laughter anymore. I don't know why he looks so happy.

Edgar seemed to have forgotten the calm attitude that has always been a characteristic of him.

Edgar chuckles. The man even laughed out loud and made Arumi frown. The woman was again astonished. Never before had he seen Edgar laughing so loosely like that. Arumi looked at it very strangely. The woman was stunned and noticed Edgar's unusual-looking attitude.

“What makes you so happy, dear?” ask Arumi. In the end, he dared to ask and made Edgar start to stop his laughter.

“You, my dear,” replied Edgar while tightening his arms.

“What's wrong with me?” asked Arumi again while playing his black eyeball.

“You still don't understand, Mrs Hillaire?” Edgar stared fixedly at Arumi while linking his eyebrows. That question has also made Arumi do the same.

“Explain to me!” arumi Pinta.

Edgar releases his arms from Arumi. The man then sat on the edge of his large bed. He then grabbed Arumi's body until the woman stood right in front of him.

Edgar then buried his face in the wife's body. While Arumi immediately stroked the husband's hair gently. He smiled seeing Edgar's spoiled attitude towards her.

“Did you always behave like this to aunt Carmen?” ask Arumi slowly.

Edgar raised his face and looked at Arumi's face, which was looking down on him. The man smiled gently. "Of course not! I'm just doing this to you. I don't want everyone to know if I'm actually a spoiled man" Edgar said, burying his face in Arumi's body.

While Arumi continued to caress Edgar's hair gently and lovingly. From now on, Edgar will be Arumi's husband, best friend, and everything. The man was winter, summer, spring, and of course autumn full of wonderful stories for both of them.
