With gontai steps, Arumi walked one by one stairs to the second floor of his house. He wanted to immediately go into the room and go back to hiding from the bitter reality he had just experienced.
Arumi is too confident. He thought Moedya would return to his arms. Arumi never thought, if the opposite happened.
Limply, his body instantly collapsed on the floor near his bed. He sat down and leaned his body on the end of the bed.
His wait ended with a decision that was far less painful than a breakup. His hope to be able to return with the man he loved so much, extinct has been along with the words that Moedy said to him.
Hot and churny. Like a fire doused with gasoline, it feels like Arumi is eager to scream and release all the obstacles in his chest. The same with the pain he felt. Arumi thought that her encounter with Moedya would be the cure of her turmoil for the past three years, instead of adding to the pain in her heart.
"Why are you punishing me like this, Moedya?" Rintih Arumi's. He still did not know the truth about Moedy until then. In his mind, Moedya did such a thing due to Arumi's own fault factor. He had no idea what Moedya had been doing with Diana.
The tears did not seem to hesitate to drip, again and again. Arumi, too tired to cry and wail alone. This time, he really needed a shoulder to lean on.
"Mother ..." groaned Arumi softly, "i need you so much ..." The girl bowed lethargicly on the floor of her room. His heart was broken into pieces. Expectations were futile. He wasted a lot of time for free.
A picture of Ryanthi and Adrian, which he placed on a small table next to his bed. Arumi slowly got up and grabbed the photo. The girl then sat down and leaned against the headboard of her bed, clutching a photo of her parents. He also began to slow down. I do not know how long Arumi like that, because a moment later he seemed to close his eyes and began to fall asleep.
......................
The morning came and offered a warm sunshine. However, Arumi did not get out of bed. He's still pensive there. He even felt an uneasy feeling in his body, as he fell asleep overnight in an improper position.
Time has shown at half-eight. Arumi doesn't know yet what she's going to do today. Whether going to the store or at home alone, he is definitely so lazy to move anywhere.
Moments later, the sound of his phone rang. A message came in from Vera, his aunt. He tells Arumi to stop by his house, and brings some of Ryanthi's belongings that may still be left in his old room.
Lazily, Arumi stepped foot into the bathroom. Then he started cleaning himself.
A while passed, Arumi had prepared with her flagship appearance. A short-sleeved plain midi dress with a knee length and green color, was ready to accompany her today. As usual, he also let his hair unravel just like that.
Arumi looked at herself for a moment in the mirror reflection. A lot of things he's been through. Sadness and laughter all come and go. However, he must return to thinking rationally, that his life is not for yesterday or today only. There is a tomorrow that he must join with passion, because life must go on.
Moedya is not the end of her life, though Arumi wishes it were. His words yesterday, it seems, are not wrong. The universe does not seem to approve of their relationship. Then, is it a stroke of fate for Arumi and Moedya?
Like a writer who has designed and determined the destiny of each character in his writing, God is far more powerful than that. Arumi believes that God has prepared another story for her, with details that she cannot fully understand.
Stepping quietly as he climbed down the steps one by one, Arumi saw Dinan running here and there. As usual, the child always looks cheerful, even though he has made the mother so overwhelmed.
Arumi felt her stomach was very hungry. Then he headed to the dining room. He took a piece of wheat bread and he went straight for it. That day, Arumi was once again absent from the dining table. After eating two pieces of bread, Arumi then passed from the dining room.
In the family room, he saw Keanu and Puspa who were busy playing with little Jenna. While Dinan, the boy always had his own busyness.
"Hi, Brother," said Arumi who was still standing at the door. Keanu and Puspa simultaneously turned their heads.
"Hi, Arum," replied Puspa warmly. A friendly and cheerful smile always emanated from her sweet face. "You going to the store?" Ask later.
Arumi walked into the room and sat down on one of the chairs there. "Let's go there. I have to go to Grandpa's house first" replied Arumi.
"What time did you come home last night? Brother did not hear the sound of your car," Keanu who was holding Jenna, now turned his eyes to Arumi for a moment.
"Eitherway. Last night I went straight to sleep," replied Arumi again with the necessary.
"What's going on at Grandpa's? Don't you usually suddenly want to go there?" Keanu frowned.
Arumi smiled a little. "Tante Ve called me. He said there might still be mom's stuff in his old room. So, I have to check and take her," said Arumi as she moved.
"I have to go first. It's too late" Arumi said again, saying goodbye to Keanu and Puspa. Not to forget he also took the time to greet his little nephew.
"It's too busy, Arumi. You even rarely join at the dining table," said Puspa. "You've had breakfast, haven't you?" She cares about Arumi.
Arumi nodded slowly. "I'm busy, very busy. Busy managing my life and broken heart .. ah! I'm going first. Hye!" Arumi immediately passed from before Keanu and Puspa. Once out, he passed Dinan who looked very carefree with a toy, which was a plane-shaped die cast.
"Look, Auntie! My new toy ... good, right?" Dinan showed off his new toy cheerfully. Arumi then lowered her body. "Wah .. very good. Where to buy, honey?" Ask the girl with anxiety.
"No buying, Auntie. Om that's what gave it to me, "pointing Dinan to the beautiful man who had just appeared in the room. The man who always shows his charming smile.
