Moedya stepped out from inside the kitchen gallantly. The black leather jacket, still attached and make it look so masculine in its somewhat blurred look. Out of the shop, Moedya immediately headed to where he parked his motorbike.
Before wearing a helmet, Moedya was silent for a moment. Not long after, he smiled and started to turn on the motor. After a while, the motorbike drove gallantly, leaving the cake shop parking lot.
After Moedya, Arumi was just pensive. He even forgot, if at that time he was baking cake. As a result, Arumi had to complain annoyed when she saw the blackish cake. "Oh ... God!" The girl patted her forehead. That is the result if doing a job while daydreaming.
"It's all because of it, Moedya! Why would he bother me so early? That guy is really unsettling! It sucks! Base him ...."
"Why, Arum? It's only ten in the morning and you've been grumbling like that?" A voice suddenly shocked Arumi. The girl even dropped the pan she was holding. The scorched croisant also scattered on the floor.
"Geez, Arum!" The owner of the voice that is none other than Edgar, immediately approached Arumi. Without hesitation, the man helped Arumi pick up the croisant that was splattered on the floor.
"Why, Arum? You seem to be out of focus?" Ask Edgar.
Arumi did not answer. He just looked at Edgar strangely and made a beautiful man become astonished.
"Why? Is there anything strange?" Ask Edgar again. There was a dazzling smile on that handsome face.
Again, Arumi was silent. He stood up and took all the croisants to a table, where there was a fairly large dumpster at the bottom. Arumi threw all the croisants in there.
"What's up here?" Ask the girl with the short-sleeved mini foral dress. He did not greet Edgar with a friendly face, what more a warm smile. However, it was a common thing for the thirty-year-old Frenchman.
"Of course I want to see you" replied Edgar, approaching Arumi. He stood near Arumi in a sideways position facing the girl.
Arumi took a deep breath. He ignored Edgar and returned to his work. Edgar only smiled when he saw the attitude of his former lover.
"What if we had lunch together this afternoon?" Edgar with a hopeful face. Arumi looked over for a moment. But, he just fell silent.
"Are you angry with me, Arum?" Edgar asked again with a little anxiety.
Arumi complained quietly. He glanced at Edgar for a moment, then stopped his work of mixing some ingredients into the mixer. "I'm concentrating. Wrong to take a little when entering the ingredients, then the cake I made will fail. Please don't bother me!" Arumi is back at her job.
"I won't be me ...." Edgar did not continue his words, being interrupted by the noisy sound of the mixer that Arumi had just ignited. "Why so noisy?" Slowly complaining.
"I'd rather hear the noise of this mixer than hear your babble and Moedya!" Arumi Tandas. He refocused on the foot of the mixer that was rotating. Not long ago, the dough was ready for printing. Arumi then turned off the mixer so that the noise disappeared.
"Don't equate me with that delinquent!" Reject Edgar with an unhappy look.
Edgar was as handsome as ever. He looks more mature and of course more seductive. Arumi also admitted that. However, of course Arumi will not be tempted.
"Oh yes, Arum. By the way ... I will cooperate with Keanu. Do you approve?"
"Whatever. It's none of my business" Arumi replied with a thin tone and spoke French. Again, Edgar just smiled.
"Come on, Babe! At least give me a little bit of your opinion on it!" Edgar Pinta. He watched Arumi who occasionally went here and there to pick up some equipment and complementary materials needed.
"What am I supposed to say? I'm not your secretary or financial advisor" Arumi replied again with a sharp tone.
Edgar supported the left hand over the right hand he placed on the chest straight. He then rubbed his thin-bearded chin.
"Ah .. that's a good idea. What if you become my personal secretary? I'm sure you'll help me a lot" Edgar said with a charming smile. Though he had guessed how Arumi responded, he just wanted to tease the girl.
His guess did not miss. Arumi glared sharply at him. Obviously, he would not like the job. "Sorry Mr. Hilaire, but I love my current job very much. I love cake and I love my kitchen so much when it comes to your cozy workspace, even with the most fragrant room!" Reject Arumi again.
"Yes. I know that. Maybe I should offer you to cook in my kitchen, then serve me good food and we'll eat it at the same table" Edgar said. He was more than happy when he teased the girl.
"Then just take Nining or Zulaikha. They will definitely be willing to do that for you" Arumi said indifferently.
Edgar laughed at hearing that. A moment later, he halted his laughter and stared fixedly at the girl before him The hope of love he felt for the girl was enormous. Even long waiting he did not tirelessly, even though he knew if all he did was in vain.
In reality, Arumi never paid attention to him. Sometimes Edgar felt like he was wasting his time. However, such a great feeling to Arumi, had made her become forgetful of all that.
"Arum. Have you opened a gift from me?" Edgar asked with a pretty serious face. Arumi was stunned for a moment. After that, he nodded slowly.
"Do you like it?" Ask Edgar again.
Arumi did not answer immediately. He finished his job very quickly. His dexterity in making cakes had returned.
"Listen, Ed! Even if you send me all the memories we've been through while I was in Paris, I'll never come back to you. I made sure of that. Should I state it in writing and with the notary's signature?"
"I'm sure you'll change your mind soon" Edgar said confidently.
"Please continue with whatever is your belief! One thing's for sure .. I'm not going back into your arms!"
