Calista Promise

Calista was still silent when the mother looked very angry and asked to leave the room immediately. Now, just a glance at the figure of the man who was even still unconscious.

Though she actually knew that what the mother said was reality, she could not step out of the treatment room.

Because honestly, looking at the current state of Arya, want to always be near the loved man. "I know that, Ma, but despite knowing it, I still love Arya. Maybe even my love is much bigger than the woman who is Arya's ex-wife."

Even Calista spoke in a hoarse voice as it held back the cries and feelings bubbling up in the heart. "I can't hate the man I love."

"Basic fool!" the mother shouted from Calista and chose to beat her daughter's arm.

However, as if whatever was done could not change Calista's feelings for Arya. "Why did you turn stupid like this just out of love? Although Arya is aware of the coma, she could have chosen to cancel your proposal."

"That will never happen because Arya is already divorced from that woman." Rani tries to defend her unconscious son, hoping that Calista's mother will believe her and not be angry anymore.

"I can't confirm that, but promised to leave Arya if she said she wanted to break up with me. I will wait until it happens and definitely leave soon without looking back again. So, Mama doesn't have to worry about me."

Calista's decision had just been expressed with complete confidence after staring at the man with the bandage on the head.

"I'll give you a chance this time and I'll leave right away if you really want to end our relationship and get back to Airin." Calista then turned his gaze towards Rani Pramesti.

"I'll wait patiently until Arya comes to her senses because of my decision to leave it to Mama's son. Tomorrow, I'll come back here. Now, I can't wait for Arya because wanting to calm the mind after today's events is a lot of emotional and exertion."

Calista had just closed her mouth after revealing the decision with complete confidence, slightly staggered back one step as soon as she felt the warm embrace of the middle-aged woman.

"Thank you, Calista. I did not choose the wrong daughter-in-law for my son. I have always liked you very much and wish you were the daughter-in-law of the Mahesa family. I also support your decision and will not prevent you from leaving after Arya realizes to tell you what she really wants."

If the future mother-in-law feels very happy, it is very different from the biological mother who is disappointed with her daughter's decision.

Rani turned to look towards her son. "I'm pretty sure that you wouldn't have the heart to see Arya like that. When she wakes up from her coma, Arya realizes that you're the woman who's always been there."

Calista was currently staring at the treatment bed. "Yes, Ma."

Of course, Calista could not bear to see a loved man helpless on a tool bed. "I need time to calm down."

Then Calista walked up to the bed and bowed because he directed a light kiss at the man with his eyes closed tightly.

"I love you so much and want us to get married soon. So, get up from your long sleep." Stare at a glance and turn towards this candidate-in-law. "I'm leaving, Ma. Hopefully Arya will wake up soon and not be in a coma for too long."

"Be careful on the road and thank you for everything, dear." Hugging the body of a woman who had always been very liked and expected to be a daughter-in-law in the Mahesa family.

Then a few moments later let go of the hug and smiled wryly. "Arya's so lucky to have you, Calista."

"May Arya feel that too, Ma. I'm home." Calista rubbed the arm of her future mother-in-law and passed away after taking a quick glance at Arya.

As she opened the door, Calista looked at the debate between the two middle-aged men who were currently clashing sharp gazes at each other.

"What's going on?"

Ari Mahesa who had told about all the things about the cause of being late to come to the event by speaking honestly, managed to ignite the anger of the father of Calista and also at the same time, supported by the woman who just came out of the treatment room.

"It looks like Arya really wanted to cancel the event by not being contacted by anyone. So, it looks like there's no more proposal or engagement between our families." Calista's mother, who was still angry to hear all the stories, decided again without waiting for approval from anyone including her own daughter.

Calista's father immediately stood up and supported the words of the wife because he thought that the man who might have been hopeless because, it is not the right husband for his daughter.

"You are right. So, let's just end the relationship here and there won't be any marriage, even though Arya will wake up from the coma."

"No, Pa! It was only Arya and I who broke off our relationship to be taken to where and all of you have no right to interfere despite being parents!" Calista, who felt very dizzy with all the words of the old man, could not control himself for too long.

"I'm the one who's going to be in the household and want a lifetime with the man I love and love. If Arya says she doesn't love me and chooses to leave, then I'll break up."

"However, before that happens, it will still be with Arya no matter what. I want to calm myself down in the apartment. You guys just go home!" Calista, who was still overwhelmed by anger, did not care at all about the reddened look of the old man who clearly disagreed with his decision.

'They did not understand the princess' own feelings at all. Those selfish parents should have realized that love can't just disappear and I realized that Arya is currently trying to forget the Princess.'

'Forgetting someone who has been loved and meaningful in the heart is not as easy as turning the palm of the hand. It took me years to forget the man who hurt me and now I can open my heart to one man, Arya.'

'So, I will forever keep a big late love for Arya and choose to leave if not wanted.'

Calista walked down the hospital corridor blankly and was still thinking about the state of the much loved man.

'You must know that my love is much greater than the Princess.' Step inside the elevator and push the button one.

The door opened a few moments later and Calista decided to book a taxi that would take her to the apartment. Despite knowing that there are many memories with Arya and will only end up sad if you remember it all.

However, thinking that it was much better than hearing the wrath of the old man who forced to leave Arya.

"Before you come to your senses and say you don't want me, I'll never leave you. That's my promise to you."
