Chapter 109

Aulia is eager to see Rangga can live happily with her life companion. Do not let the male household life as before, which only gives hurt and sadness. There was no happiness in their relationship at the time. Hence, she hoped that Amelia could bring a light of happiness in Rangga's heart.

The day of study arrived they had come to the grand mosque before the time to enter Magrib. Aulia and Amelia's family meet in the mosque's parking lot. Likewise with the Rangga family who came almost simultaneously with them.

"Assalamualaikum" Aulia's greeting to Amelia's parents. This was their first meeting.

In contrast to Amelia who often played to Aulia's house, so she already knew Grandpa Yusuf and Grandma Halimah. The girl also experienced two older people who had been considered grandparents by her.

"Dad .. Mother, introduce this is Om Damar and Aunt Shinta. They are both parents of Kak Rangga," said Amira who was carrying Safiyah.

"Mother Amel, beautiful" Safiyah said, kissing Amelia's cheek.

"Alhamdulillah. Safiyah was also beautiful," the red-colored masticated woman was in line with the little boy and also Rangga. It was an unintentional coincidence.

"If Mother Aulia is beautiful?" tanya Aulia teased Safiyah.

"Pretty. I'm pretty, Oma is pretty, grandma is pretty!" exclaim two-year-old children more while pointing one by one the person in question.

That night they prayed in the Maghrib congregation in the great mosque and continued with the study until entering Isha time. After finishing praying together Isha, they went home, except the Rangga family. They invited Amelia's family to dinner together. 

Mama Shinta was happy to see Safiyah so close to Amelia. He could also see that the girl loved his adopted grandson very much. In addition the middle-aged woman also heard a lot about who Amelia was, from Aulia. Damar's wife believed that America was a good woman as Aulia had said.

Both Amelia's parents were happy, because both of Rangga's parents gave good value to their daughter. They also saw that Rangga was a good man and could become a priest for their only daughter, later.

"Alhamdulillah, if you see there is a good side to our daughter. Actually Amelia is a spoiled girl. Even until now he sometimes likes to be spoiled to me to want to his mother," replied Mr. Hasan who made Amelia embarrassed.

"Dad," whined Amelia slowly.

Even so the people there could see and hear Amelia whining to her father. It makes them laugh.

"Just remember, she was our only daughter and we were very much looking forward to her presence. We who have been married for 10 years wish we had a child and lastly Amelia. He is the light of goodness in our home" Mr. Hasan explained.

Rangga just listened while inviting to play Safiyah. She's also been a lot about who Amelia is from Alvan. Her best friend hopes that she can open her heart to other women. This man also knows that his former lover and best friend, is trying to match up with this girl sitting nearby.

"Are Mother Amel and Father getting married? Like Mother Aulia with om Alvan," asked Safiyah in the tone of the voice of a child who was still slurred.

Rangga just smiled and pinched both cheeks of his daughter. She did not want to make Amelia fall into grief if she married him. At a time when he had not been able to open his heart to this girl.

"If Allah had predestined us together, it could have happened" Amelia said, caressing Safiyah's head.

The family's second dinner went well. Although leaving a little disappointed in Amelia's heart, because Rangga has not also opened his heart to her.

Meanwhile at Aulia's house, Alvan was talking to Grandpa Yusuf. This man is being advised to become a husband who can become a priest for his family later.
