My madam, my poison
Not coincidences?

Keenan and Pinkan leave the ticket sales agent and head to a cafe.

"What did you order, Ken?" ask Pinkan.

"Seafood fried rice."

"Drink her?"

"White water."

"Two seafood fried rice and two glasses of water yes, Ma'am," Pinkan told the cafe waiter.

"Okay, please wait a minute. I'll be ready soon to order Father and Mother." The waiter passed from his second table.

"Our faces are that old, right? Until we are called father and mother" whispered Pinkan.

"How old are you now? You deserve to be called mom." Keenan chuckled, while his childhood friend was grinning a horse.

"Aren't we the same age? You deserve to be a father too."

"That's right."

"Oh yeah, how's Gibran doing now? I used to fight with him."

Keenan sighed.

"Gibran died about four years ago."

"Innalilahi wa inna ilaihi raji. Is he sick?"

Keenan shook his head.

"Gibran was not sick, he took his life at the hands of robbers who intended to rob his clothing store."

"I'm so sorry."

"You know, Gibran died just one day before his wedding to Azzura."

"God. You mean your friend Azzura?"

"Yes. He almost became my brother-in-law, but God willed another."

"Maybe they are not yet a match," said Pinkan.

"Miris indeed. My future wife passed away just one day before our wedding day, while Gibran was away on the eve of his wedding day."

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to bring up old wounds. If you can figure out what caused your future wife to die?"

"Asha died while she was performing her prayer service."

"God, what a beautiful way to face his Lord. May Allah put Gibran and Asha in the most beautiful place."

"Aamiin's."

"Please, Mr. .. Ma'am."

"Thank you."

"You don't feel Ken, if what you and Gibran experienced was not a coincidence, but a plan of God."

"What do you mean?"

"Yes, in other words you are destined to be a match. You both lost a potential partner, didn't you?"

"Eat first, before the food is cold" Keenan said.

"Are you really not thinking that way?"

"When are you going to talk about it?" asked Keenan with a mouth full of food."

Pinkan grabbed his cutlery and started enjoying his lunch.

Half an hour later, the two left the cafe.

Keenan's car had not long left the cafe, but he suddenly stopped his car.

"Why did we stop?" ask Pinkan.

"I think I know that girl." Keenan pointed his index finger at a girl who was chatting with two men on the side of the road. He also pulled his car over.

"Do you know who that girl is?" ask Pinkan. Keenan nodded his head.

"About what was Luna talking about with those two fierce-looking men?" muttered.

"You want to come down?" ask Pinkan.

"No need."

Keenan then restarts his car.

"Who is that girl?"

"His name is Luna, she's Gibran's ex-girlfriend. But, …"

"But why?"

"He often disturbed the lives of Gibran and Zura. Even Zura once almost lost his life because Luna injured him with a sharp weapon. Luna also had to take responsibility for her actions in the iron bars."

"Truly mentally ill."

"Hopefully my guess is wrong. Luna chatted with the two thug-looking men not to mean to harm Zura."

"I don't think there's any harm if you tell Zura to be more careful and vigilant. It is not impossible that Luna still holds a grudge against him let alone he has been in prison," said Pinkan. Keenan nodded in agreement.
