My madam, my poison

My madam, my poison
Silvia Cunning

"Is there a problem Miss Silvia suddenly invited me to meet?" ask Evan.

"You certainly know about the father who accidentally hit a pedestrian about ten years ago."

"Yes, Miss. At that time I had just been accepted to work as a personal assistant to Mr. Anthony."

"You're paid handsomely to help father's work as well as being his bodyguard. Why did you let me drive alone?"

"Mr Anthony himself refused to take me to the shuttle. He said he wanted to find his own birthday gift for the big lady and wanted to go straight to the cafe afterwards," said Evan. "Sorry, why did Miss suddenly discuss the matter?" tanyanya.

"Dad said that lately he has been having nightmares and being chased by guilt as if the pedestrian he has run over continues to hold him accountable."

"Want to?"

"Dad intended to find out the pedestrian's whereabouts whether he survived or died. Dad didn't even mind if the pedestrian's family sued him if it turned out that his actions had cost him his life."

"This is the name of Mr. Anthony looking to die. What if the pedestrian dies? It was not impossible that his family would sue him. Mr. Anthony can get a severe punishment for failing to drive to take the lives of others."

Both of them were silent for a moment and seemed to think.

So, what's Miss' plan?" ask Evan.

"I think you're smart enough to read my mind" Silvia said.

"It seems I know what we should do."

Silvia gave a small gesture for Evan to slightly get closer to her ear.

"How, Miss?" evan asked astray after whispering something into Silvia's ear.

"It's not wrong my father chose you to be his confidant" praised Silvia who of course responded to the man with a smile.

"You just set it all up. I believe this business is small for you." Silvia took a check from her bag and placed it on the table.

"I think this amount is enough for a single guy like you. You're not family yet, are you?"

"Be-be-lum, Miss."

"Do this job well. Don't let me down. Oh yea. One more thing you should know. Me and Fabian are getting married soon."

"Married? Is Miss sure?"

"What do you mean by question?"

"Today, Fabian is at the lowest point of his life. After a robbery, his wife went to jail. I'm afraid Fabian is just using Miss."

"I'm just telling you, not asking for your opinion."

"Sorry, Miss. I just give input. I've known Fabian since he was still nobody in Miss's company. He's too ambitious to get a high position in the company."

"Don't I tell you, I didn't ask for your opinion. My father never opposed what I wanted. Moreover, you are only a messenger," said Silvia who was in contact to make Evan silent.

"I'm going first. Remember that! Work neatly and jngan to make the father suspicious. Only the two of us know this secret!" silvia. He also left the cafe.

"Why should Miss Silvia wish on a man like Fabian? When will she realize if someone loves her so sincerely?" lirih Evan's.

A few days later.

"Today you accompanied me to go somewhere" Anthony told his personal assistant, Evan.

"Where, Mister?"

"We're going to find out the whereabouts of someone I accidentally ran over ten years ago."

"Good, Sir."

Anthony never knew if Evan had already drafted the scenario before he started to intervene.

The search began on the road where the accident happened. After asking the residents, they finally found a pedestrian residence called Amira. Of course it became one of the parts of the scenario that Evan had designed.

Anthony then observed the face of the girl who was now right in front of him. It makes sense that he is now thirty years old. Not so far from the age of her daughter, Silvia. But he felt that the girl's face was different from the pedestrian he had hit. Even though it had been so long, Anthony still remembered very well how the girl looked.

"Sorry, were you okay then? I remember you lying unconscious in the middle of the street with your head covered in blood."

"Ti-ti-it's okay, sir. I just fainted from shock. Not long after I realized. The wound on my head I can treat myself," the girl was obviously nervous.

Anthony frowned.

"So, who was hysterically calling your name back then?" tanyakanya.

"Ehm ..it was probably one of the citizens who happened to cross that street."

The woman who was paid to claim to be Amira glanced at Evan as if protesting why he did not explain in detail the collision.

"Now you've calmed down, haven't you? Amira the passerby that Mr. Bumped ten years ago is still alive. He only had minor injuries" said Evan.

"Why do I feel like something's weird?" muttered Anthony.

"The purpose of my coming here was to atone for my guilt. I'm sorry if I left because I had to take my wife to the hospital immediately. I have also promised myself that if the pedestrian is still alive, I will give him whatever he asks. So, please Nak Amira mention your request," said Anthony who suddenly made the eyes of the mother and child sparkle.

"So, can we ask for anything, sir?" ask the woman who plays Amira's mother.

Anthony nodded his head in response.

"I asked ehm .. um, …"

"Money."

"Motorcycle only."

Say the two alternately.

"Just money!"

"We don't have a motorcycle yet, Mom. I'm working on foot."

"Just money. I want to buy new furniture."

"Motorcycle!"

"Money!"

"Here you go, don't argue anymore. I'll give you money and a motorcycle at once" Anthony said.

"Thank you, sir."

"Evan, immediately take care of the purchase of new motorcycles and cash for them" said Anthony.

"Basic female duitan eyes!" evan's Oath.

"I'll excuse you."

"Thank you again, sir."

Evan turns his wheelchair and Anthony pushes him out of the house.

"People are rich but easily lied to" said the girl who claimed to be Amira.

"What dream did we have last night, son. Got a windfall like this," said the mother then both cheered happily.
