My madam, my poison

My madam, my poison
Bereft

"Sorry, Mom. Mr. Prayoga has just breathed his last, "the doctor replied in a heavy voice.

"No! The doctor must be lying! Yoga cannot die!" sabrina half shouted.

"Patient mom, I understand how I feel, Mom," the doctor said.

"Yoga Mas! Wake up! Open your eyes!" sabrina exclaimed as she shook the lifeless body.

Of course Sabrina's loud cry was heard by Widya who was outside the room.

"My father why, Doctor?" tanyakanya.

"Sir Prayoga has just breathed his last."

"Dad!" Widya approached the father and pushed Sabrina to the point of almost falling over.

"Why do you have to leave so soon? I don't have anyone else in the world, hu hu hu."

"You're patient, son. I lost your father too" Sabrina said.

"Killer!" Widya turned her body, she then looked at Sabrina's eyes.

"I didn't kill your father. Helena is the culprit."

"Dad died saving you. We have to take responsibility! Life must be paid for!" Widya put both her hands around Sabrina's neck and tried to strangle her. Of course the doctor in the room did not remain silent. He tried to mediate between the two women who were in dispute.

"Is it worth it that you fight in front of this body?"

"This woman has made my father die. I won't let him live!" Widya who is being controlled by anger seems to be getting more reckless. His hands clenched Sabrina's neck more tightly, causing him to have difficulty breathing.

"security. Help u! There's a commotion in this room!" the doctor exclaimed over the phone.

Not long after the security approached the room.

"What's this?"

"Split these two women!"

"The body is my father. If anyone has to leave that room, it's him!" widya shouted while pointing her index finger towards Sabrina's face.

"No! I'm not leaving Yoga."

"Killer!"

"I'm not a killer! Not me! Not me!"

"In order to not have a commotion again, you should leave this room" said security.

"I'm not a killer! I'm not a murderer!" Sabrina repeated the sentence before leaving the room.

******

Day went by night. I was hoping to be anxious because my mother never came home. His phone was left at home. Lyra is rarely fussy for some reason since the Maghrib was not a second away from my sling.

Adhan Isya echoed along with the sound of someone knocking on the front door of my house. I hope it's mom.

"Alhamdulillah, Mother is already pu-... Rahma?"

Apparently I was wrong. The one who knocks on my door is not a mother but Rahma.

"Bu Sabrina, Ma'am. Mrs Sabrina," she said.

"What's wrong with my mom?" my many.

"I just got a message from my friend. She saw Mrs Sabrina riding on the pedestrian bridge while yelling hysterically."

"Astaghfiullah!"

"Mad Zura should go there quickly. Lyra just let me stay at home with me" said Rahma. He then took over Lyra from my sling.

"I picked Lyra up" I said.

"Yes, Mommy. Careful."

I left my boarding house and rushed to the taxi to the pedestrian bridge of the man who was mentioned by Rahma. Sure enough, I saw my mom up there screaming hysterically. Some sympathetic street users tried to persuade the mother to come down from that height but she refused.

"Mom, down, Mom. Don't scare me" I shouted from under the bridge.

"I'm not a killer! I didn't kill Yoga!" his yell.

What does mother mean? Is Prayoga dead?

"Mom, we're going home, ma'am. Don't scare the people here."

"I'm not a killer! Helena killed Yoga!"

"Revelation! The danger!" exclaiming a man.

"Please, come down, ma'am," I said.

"Yoga is dead, I better catch up with him."

Some women started screaming in fear as she sat on the iron fence.

"There's no problem that can't be solved, ma'am," I said.

"Yoga is dead. Why am I alive!"

"Astaghfiullah! I could only cover my face as my mother prepared to jump off that pedestrian bridge.

"Yes Rabb, forgive my mother's sins" I murmured.

Out of nowhere, the man I knew so well pulled the mother's body and carried her away from the edge of the bridge.

"Mom don't do this" he said.

"Sir Darren, …"

"Why are you blocking me? Just let me die. I'm going to go after Yoga."

"Mom think by suicide your problem will be solved? His responsibilities will only get heavier."

"Yoga. Hu hu hu, …"

"I understand how Mom feels. But there is no justification for suicide. Now that I'm home, Zura's already here waiting for me."

I did not expect, the mother who a moment ago shouted hysterically, just according to the words of Brother Darren. He didn't even fight back when Darren's brother carried him down from the bridge.

"We go home to Zura, yes," said Darren. Mother agreed. He then pulled his mother into his car.

"Why can you be here?" my many.

"So I went to the hospital because Widya called me if Prayoga had just died. I also went to the hospital. Widya also told what happened to her father until he died in the hospital. Doctors said Sabrina left the hospital screaming hysterically. The doctor suggested that I follow my mother" Daren said.

"Thank you for saving my mother. If there was no Brother, mother might have been, …,"

"Even though I hold a vengeful hatred for my mother, I still have a heart and it is impossible to let anything bad happen to her" Darren said.

I can't say a word but thank God for opening Darren's mind.

Arriving at my boarding place.

"Jaga mom is fine, do not let the incident happen again" said brother Darren.

"Thank you, Brother."

Brother Darren then left my boarding house.

"What's really going on, Ma'am?" rahma asked shortly after Darren's brother passed.

"She was suddenly a woman named Helena came here. He claimed to be the future wife of Mr. Prayoga. That's what caused the debate between Helena and mom. To prove the truth, I called Mr. Prayoga and asked him to come to this place."

"Wantas? What did Uncle Yoga say? Who is Helena?"

"Helena is one of Prayoga's friends. But Helena who interpreted more because Mr. Prayoga told him to buy a pair of rings the size of his finger. Helena did not accept the statement. She thinks my mom has taken Mr. Prayoga, and mom should be put away. Unexpectedly Helena took my cloth scissors and intended to stab mom. However, Mr. Prayoga sacrificed himself for the mother. He was the one who finally stabbed Helene and ended up in the hospital" I said.

"Lantas, how is Uncle Yoga doing now?"

"Eitherway. I haven't asked my mother yet. But, from that moment, she was screaming hysterically and saying she wasn't a killer."

"What this means is uncle Prayoga already, ..." Rahma hung up her sentence.

"I'm not a killer! I'm not a murderer!" mother shouted from inside her room.

"What's really going on, Mom? How is Mr Prayoga doing?" my many.

"I'm not a killer! Helena did. Ha ha! Yoga is dead. We are not getting married. Hu hu hu …"

Astarghfirullah's. What happened to mom? Why are you saying this messed up? Exactly what Salma experienced when she lost her baby. Will my mother have the same fate as Salma? Suddenly the fear attacked me.
