When the doctor came out of the room, Jojo immediately asked about the man's condition. Doctors advised Keenan to undergo an op for two or three days to recover his health. In addition to poisoning, Keenan also experienced excessive fatigue.

After asking the doctor a lot of questions, Jojo remembers Keenan asking him to make instant spaghetti while he never felt buying the spaghetti.

"We have done an examination, based on the patient's admission, he did not eat a variety of foods," explained the doctor.

The doctor nodded and promised to do the best treatment for Keenan. Meanwhile, Jojo is asked to contact the patient's family.

Finally, Jojo tells Kalingga, Kylan and Kai. The girl became afraid that the others would blame her.

"Sister, how's your condition?" ask Jojo. He rubbed Keenan's arm with teary eyes.

"It has improved" Keenan replied.

"Before you leave, you also say you've improved. It's like this." No longer able to hold back her puddles, Jojo cried.

"Hey, don't cry. I'm fine."

Jojo can't stop, he keeps apologizing to Keenan for being negligent and careless for letting this happen. If Keenan had asked him to cook spaghetti and he was more thorough, this might not have happened.

"Already, already. The doctor will handle it well." Angelina rubbed Jojo's back. The woman was envious, Jojo even looked very special in Keenan's eyes.

The hand of Keenan, free of the intravenous needles, rubbed Jojo's head, telling the girl not to blame herself. While Angelina was so envious, Keenan did not see her presence.

Jojo continued to cry and could not calm down. Angelina hugged him and rubbed the girl's back. Although he feels his presence is not needed by Keenan, Angelina is loyal to help Jojo.

Moments later Kalingga came up with a panicked face. The man was sweating from running from the hospital yard and down the hallway.

"Sister." Jojo welcomed the man. Kalingga grew even more panicked when he saw Jojo teary-eyed and bothered.

"I'm sorry. Sorry, Sis. I was wrong" said Jojo. He did not let Kalingga say anything and continued to apologize while crying.

"Hey, calm yourself down, Jojo." Kalingga held the girl in his arms.

Hugging and calming Jojo, Kalingga saw her sister lying on the bed smilingly looking at them. Kalingga still does not understand what happened because Jojo just apologized without giving an explanation.

"Don't cry. Keenan looks fine" whispered Kalingga. He rubbed the tears flowing profusely on Jojo's cheeks and touched the girl's chin.

"All will be well. There is no need to blame yourself" Kalingga said. Jojo started to calm down and stopped crying, but the girl was still as excited. Kalingga hugged him again. It was as if what was hurting here was the girl of his heart.

After the atmosphere calmed down again, Kalingga sat on a chair near Keenan's bed. The man asked his sister about the origin of this incident and its cause.

Keenan told Kalingga that he ate instant spaghetti after returning home from work in the early hours of the morning. He does not blame Jojo for asking the girl to cook spaghetti for him.

"Maybe it has expired" said Kalingga.

After a while, Kylan came in with sweat. The man closed the door of the meeting room and locked it.

"You are being chased by a ghost" said Kalingga.

"Many journalists on the front page. They're after me!" exclaim Kylan. He complained that he knew nothing so could not give any information to reporters.

After catching his breath, Kylan approached Keenan and asked about his brother's condition.

"It's my fault" murmured Jojo. Kylan smiled and approached the girl sitting in the chair with Angelina. Kylan embraced Jojo's shoulder and calmed the girl down.

"It's not good to blame yourself. You always do what's best for us." Kylan rubbed the girl's shoulder.

Angelina can only be silent and be the audience of how this family treats Jojo as a special person. As far as Angelina is concerned, Jojo is a maid in the Keenan family home, but the treatment of the three men shows something different.

Kalingga decides to go out to take care of Keenan's administration and book a VIP treatment room for his sister. Just a few minutes later, Keenan has been transferred to the ward according to his brother's wishes.

A room that looks like a hotel room is the best room in the hospital and can only be booked by a special person. Because Keenan is a famous model and actor, he needs more privacy to keep him away from the press of journalists who will not stop looking for news about him.

All the reporters outside the hospital building could only interview the doctor who handled Keenan. After getting information from Jojo, doctors believe if the cause of poisoning experienced by Keenan is instant spaghetti.

Jojo never got out of the chair next to the bed where Keenan was lying. The girl continued to pay attention to Keenan because of his guilt.

"How long have you been crying?" ask Keenan. "It's not good to cry for too long."

"If only I had been more thorough, this would never have happened, Brother."

"Jojo, stop blaming yourself."

Kalingga saw them from the sofa that was located two meters from where Jojo was sitting. The man is jealous, but does not want to make the situation uncomfortable, because after all Jojo cares about all of them. Kalingga remembers being sick and Jojo waits for him all day. Jojo has never distinguished his treatment of anyone.

Kylan forbids Kai from coming to the hospital, asking his youngest brother to stay home to focus on studying. While Jojo, he refuses to go home when Kalingga invites him.

"I'll take care of Brother. You can go home and rest" Kylan said.

"No, I'll wait for Brother here."

"Let's go home and take the necessities for you and Keenan. We'll be back later tonight" Kalingga persuaded.

"The three of you can go home, I'm free and can wait for Ken until you guys come back" Angelina said. Keenan agrees and asks Jojo and his two brothers to return home.

By force, Jojo agrees to take his needs. The three of them went home and received Angelina's kindness. After all, there must be someone who relents and gives Angelina a chance to be close to Keenan.

After Jojo and his two foster children get home, something unexpected is waiting. Merlinda was seen standing in front of the main door of their house with a bodyguard. It seemed like Kai did not let the middle-aged woman into their house.
