Who's the lady?
Jojo squinting. This is not the first time Leon has expressed his love. The man has said love to Jojo many times. In fact, he had just broken up with a junior at his college. His heart could change that fast, making Jojo doubtful and unable to believe it.
"Sorry, Leon. I can't!" jojo replied firmly.
"Why?" ask Leon.
"You've only broken up a month with your ex-boyfriend, and you've more than five times told me love. Is it that easy how you feel to move?" ask Jojo.
"I've loved you since I was dating that girl" Leon replied guiltlessly.
"Well! you betrayed your girlfriend."
"Jojo, please!"
"No, Leon! stop bothering me!" exclaim Jojo. He turned and intended to leave Leon, but the man quickly grabbed his arm.
"Why are you so stubborn to reject me. What I'm lacking, Jojo. I'm handsome, rich, my car is cool. All the women are crazy about me. Then, what's wrong with you?" ask Leon. "Don't you really not like men?" continued.
Jojo glared, stomping on Leon's feet with his shoes to make the man grimace in pain.
"So your mouth!" exclaim Jojo.
"Then what's the problem? what made you reject me?" ask Leon.
"I have a boyfriend. He's more handsome and more everything than you!" jojo replied firmly. I don't know the idea of where he said that, but he hopes that answer will make Leon satisfied and let go.
Unexpectedly, Leon even laughed out loud. He clearly knows that Jojo is the most powerful single girl on campus. Since first getting to know Jojo, the girl was very reluctant to be in a relationship with any man. Even many people suspect that Jojo likes the same sex.
"That's right. I know everything about you. Who would believe if you had a girlfriend" Leon said.
"What if I can prove it?" jojo asked with a fierce look.
"Okay, fine! if you can prove it, I'll stop chasing you. But if you don't, you'll accept my love. How's it?" Leon slightly bent down and brought his face closer to Jojo's face.
Jojo is inching backwards. He ran away leaving Leon still standing with a big smile.
"Ah, crazy. How can I say if I have a boyfriend!" inner Jojo. He regretted not thinking long.
After exiting the campus gate, Jojo orders an online motorcycle taxi. He should go home immediately. He is still concerned about Kalingga's health.
Arriving home, Jojo is surprised by Kai's whereabouts. The boy was already engrossed in the living room with a game stick in hand. He came home early and played a game.
As he approached Kak, Kalingga came from the kitchen.
"Hey, Jojo. You're home yet?" ask Kalingga.
"Ah, yes, Brother. How are you doing?" ask Jojo. He saw Kalingga walking towards him while carrying toast.
"I'm healthy" answered Kalingga briefly.
"And Kai, are you home early?" ask Jojo. He turned his eyes to Kai with wide bulging eyes. Kai smiled and revealed his entire line of teeth.
"She said there was a teacher meeting. So, all the students were sent home early" Kalingga said.
"Oh, that's how it looks." Jojo nodded. He squinted while looking at Kai.
"Ah, how clever he is at theatrics," said Jojo. He shook his head faintly and left Kalingga and Kai in the living room.
After bathing and changing clothes, Jojo made Kai's favorite cereal as usual. He then took her to the middle room. Jojo slightly slammed the bowl of cereal on the table in front of Kai. Makes the boy scream in shock.
"Hey, slow down!" exclaim Kai. Jojo looks around, making sure Kalingga is not around.
"Explain to me, showman!" jojo.
"Ah, yes. I almost forgot." Kai grinned the horse.
"What ditching is your hobby? isn't this the first time?" ask Jojo.
"Jojo! I'm an exemplary student, I'm a smart kid. Where might I be a hobby of truancy," said Kai defended himself.
"Then?" Jojo narrowed, waiting for the boy to explain.
"I'm ... being suspended," Kai replied slightly whispering.
"Huh, suspended!" exclaim Jojo loud. Kai glared, silencing Jojo's mouth with his palm.
"Don't scream. If you know, end my story" Kai lamented. The boy explained to Jojo how he was able to get a three-day suspension from school.
Some time ago, Kai got into a fight with students from another school. The boy explained that he only defended one of his friends who was beaten by a group of students from one of the private high schools not far from his school.
Kai did not mean to look for trouble or start a fight. He only defended his friend, then he was joined by the group of students. Luckily, Kai was a little good at martial arts, so he could beat up some of the students who started attacking him.
It was reported by his school. Kai was shown to be violent. The boy could not defend himself, because some of the opposing students were battered because he had beaten. While the friend he defended, also not trusted by the school despite testifying honestly. Eventually, they both received the same punishment.
"Please help me, only you can help me, Jo. Please!" pinta Kai's. He handed a small piece of paper into Jojo's hand. The boy cupped his hands together in front of his chest.
"What's this?" ask Jojo. He had not been able to read the contents of the paper, the sound of a bell rang from the living room.
Jojo immediately put Kai's paper in his pocket. He rushed to the door and saw who the guests were.
"Good afternoon. With who?" ask Jojo. A tall, slender woman in a tight, sexy dress stood at the door.
"Where is Kalingga?" ask the woman. Without answering Jojo's question, he breezed into the house, as if he had gotten used to coming to this house.
"Hey, Miss. Whoareyou? and what's the matter of looking for Kalingga's brother?" ask Jojo. He held the woman down before going any further.
The long-haired woman in the waist-stall straight was squinting. Look at Jojo from head to toe.
"Are you a maid?" ask the woman. From the way she spoke, she was like a classy and arrogant woman.
Even so, in reality, Jojo felt a little offended by the woman's question.
"I'm the nanny in this house" Jojo replied.
"Nanny? are there any kids here?" tanyakanya.
Kai heard a voice he knew well enough from the middle room. He put the cereal in his hand and followed Jojo into the living room. He was surprised by the presence of women in front of Jojo.
