Kylan and Sunny finished their impromptu date by eating together. Kylan took Sunny to a restaurant that was quite luxurious and expensive. The man didn't mind incurring a huge expense for Sunny to be interested in him.

"Isn't this a costly place? We should go to a cheaper restaurant" Sunny said.

"No, I want to take you to this place."

"Hmm, okay."

While waiting for the order to come, they chatted and talked about their respective activities. Sunny is busy with her college lectures and campus activities. Kylan talked about his work. They also talked about their hobbies while exchanging stories.

After the food came, they enjoyed it together while continuing to chat. Until ten o'clock in the evening, they realized that time was turning very fast.

"We pay together" said Sunny as they sat at the cashier's desk to pay for all the orders.

"No, Sunny. Just this time, let me pay for everything" Kylan refused. Some time ago Kylan also once invited Sunny to lunch together, and strangely the girl never wanted if all the food was paid for by Kylan.

"We eat together, so we have to pay for it together."

"Sunny ...." Kylan let out a long breath. Why would he fall for a stubborn girl like Sunny?

Ignoring Kylan's refusal, Sunny still paid for half of their total meal.

"Next time let me pay for it" Kylan said as they headed home.

"I don't like to put things on someone else. If we go together, we also have to pay it together" Sunny said with a beautiful smile.

Kylan had no idea what made him initially so infatuated as to approach Sunny and conquer his heart. But now he realized, Sunny was different from most girls and he was worth fighting for.

After Kylan's car reached the front gate of Sunny's house, the girl asked him to go home without entering. Sunny is worried that Alex will get angry because they come home late at night.

"I'll take you inside" Kylan said.

"I don't want daddy scolding you. Go home!" exclaim Sunnya. But Kylan still refused, he drove Sunny to his doorstep.

When she opened the door, Nora stood up and saw her daughter at home at nearly eleven o'clock in the evening.

"Mommy," said Sunny.

"Come in, Daddy's asleep. Don't worry" said Nora.

"Sorry because we came home too late, Auntie. We ate after watching the movie" Kylan said.

"It's okay. Are you guys having fun?" ask Nora.

"Yes, thank you, Tente." Kylan finally left Sunny's house. Luckily, it wasn't Alex who welcomed their return.

All the way home, Kylan couldn't stop smiling. He was very happy because in the end he and Sunny had time to spend together even though not as a couple.

"You're here? Why don't you go to the room and rest?" ask Keenan to Jojo. The man sat next to Jojo.

"Are you waiting for Brother?" ask Kai. It's not usually Kalingga overtime until midnight.

But Jojo did not answer the questions of the two people in front of him. The woman was just silent as she rubbed her distended stomach. Suddenly, a soft sound came from him.

"Sister-in-law, what's wrong?" ask Kai.

"You crying? What's up?" ask Keenan to worry. "Is it because you didn't come home? He must be fine, "he continued.

"Why is Brother overtime until midnight like this?" mumbling Kai.

"It's not because of that" Jojo replied slowly.

"Then why? Is anyone sick? Does your stomach hurt?" Keenan looked increasingly worried. But Jojo shook his head weakly.

"I cried because I was confused, why in the middle of the night like this I want to eat brownies. I've opened the food delivery app but no cake shop is open" Jojo explained. He looked up at the two with teary eyes.

"Just because of that?" asked Keenan with wide eyes. "It's almost eleven o'clock in the evening, there's definitely no cake shop open" he continued.

"It looks like I won't be able to sleep before eating brownies" Jojo murmured.

"Just eat something, there's a fruit salad in the kitchen. Shall I get it?" haggling Keenan. But Jojo just nodded.

"Can't you wait until tomorrow morning? I'm going to ask cake shop clerk Angelina to deliver the brownies here" Keenan said. Jojo just shook his head.

"Is this your wish or my nephew's?"

"It seems like this is his wish," Jojo replied as he gently rubbed his growing belly.

"Kai, do you know where there's a pastry shop open at midnight like this?" ask Keenan to his sister. But when he turned his head and circulated his gaze around him, Kai suddenly did not exist.

"Where is the boy?" mumbling Keenan. Just a few minutes ago he heard the voice of his youngest brother, but now he suddenly disappeared without a trace.

Keenan finally called Angelina. He talked to the woman if Jojo wanted brownies tonight. Angelina said that if one of her pastry shops closes at twelvepm, the woman sends Keenan an address and contacts her employees to prepare a special brownie.

"Well, I'll go buy it. Wait in the room so you don't catch a cold" Keenan said. He returned to the living room and took the car keys.

When he saw Keenan leave, Kai laughed happily.

"Yes! Thankfully it's not me!"
