After the girl's departure, Kai meets the attendant standing guard at the reception desk. The man asked to meet with the head of the clinic.

The receptionist refused, as only interested people could meet the section chief, while Kai had just sat quietly and observed people for several hours like unemployed.

"My name is Kaivan. The younger brother of Mr. Kalingga and Miss Jovanka." Kai smiled broadly while giving his business card.

The receptionist gasped in shock, he glared and suddenly nervous. Apparently the news of the arrival of an important person who was rumored to be very handsome was true, and the person stood before him.

"Ah, sorry. Please wait a moment" said the receptionist with a polite tone and a big smile. He then called someone who happened to pass by and asked him to take Kai.

Apparently, Kai met again with the girl who drove him home last night.

"Why do you want to see the head of the clinic?" ask the girl.

"It's none of your business!"

"Ah, sucks." The girl muttered while sighing heavily. Meeting men like Kai made him both annoyed and curious.

"Do you work here? What's yourname?" ask Kai.

"It's none of your business!" the girl's back. Makes Kai throw a rough face while throbbing.

After arriving in front of the section chief's room, Kai is welcome to enter politely and the girl leaves to return to work.

"Include me, I'm Kaivan." Kai introduces himself to a middle-aged man who serves as the head of the clinic.

"Mr Kaivan, welcome. I am Doctor Andi and the leader of this clinic" said Dr. Andi.

"Call Kai, sir. I am even younger than you" Kai replied with a smile.

"Well, the rumors are true. You're very handsome" praised Doctor Andi.

"You could have, sir. Oh yeah, by the way, who was the nurse that drove me?" ask Kai.

"Is there a problem? Is he being disrespectful to you?"

"Ah, little bit," replied Kai.

"He works in the administration, his name is Kyara. I'll reprimand him if it makes you uncomfortable."

"No need, sir. Not a big deal. I thought she was a nurse" Kai replied.

Kai's arrival is highly anticipated at this clinic. There have been rumors if the brother of the owner of this clinic is very handsome and a talented young doctor candidate.

Kai says his whereabouts only helped manage the clinic. He had to finish his professional education first before actually becoming a real doctor.

After talking for a long time, Kai was invited by Doctor Andi to go around. Show me all the rooms and everything Kai wants to know.

"Kyara? How do you know my name?" The girl turned around while linking her eyebrows together.

"Thank you for driving me home last night" Kai said with a smile.

"Ah, yes." Kyara nodded then turned her face away for a moment, seeing the fluffy smile on Kai's lips make her face red.

Since their first meeting on a rainy night and the power goes out, Kai and Kyara start greeting each other even if it's just saying "Hi".

Kyara is a twenty-three-year-old girl who lives not far from the clinic. He studied accounting at the University located in a nearby city and chose to work in this clinic as an accounting staff to be close to where he lived.

During his stay in this village, Kai lived a healthy life and ate regularly even without reminders from his sister-in-law. Kai always gets up early and jogs around the village, showing off his good looks to the villagers who already know him.

"Sister, why hasn't my bike been delivered yet? I even walk everywhere" Kai said at breakfast, calling Kalingga.

"I'll send you this week, don't fuss!" kalingga exclaimed from a phone call. He was having breakfast with his son and wife and Kylan, and left Kai's call alight so that everyone could hear him.

"Ah, Brother. Actually I want you to send me my car, but it looks like it's too flashy" Kai lamented.

"Car? You think the size of the car is as big as a pillow and we can send it easily. Why don't you want us to move this house?" sela Jojo's.

"Sister-in-law!" yelled Kai while keeping the phone away from his ear. Jojo's voice even sounded like the roar of a lion.

"Om Kai, Queen yindu!" said Queen.

"Hey, Kai. Are there beautiful girls there too? Are village girls also as pretty as girls in cities?" sela Kylan asked.

"Of course, I met a very pretty girl. She's even prettier than your girlfriend" replied Kai.

"really? Well, I'm curious. I'll visit you sometime!"

"Of course, you should come see it for yourself."

Despite living simply and finding difficulties, Kai doesn't mind. There are times when he feels homesick for his brother and nephew, there are times when he misses his close friends and friends, but Kai tries to hold back and control himself in order to survive independently.
