Towards Olivia's House

Jojo looked at Olivia with a hard-to-understand look. The girl felt pity, on the other hand Olivia was too imposing the will of others, making Jojo sometimes feel annoyed.

Coming to this place for the first time and giving a surprise to Kalingga, Jojo did not expect that he was surprised. Even so, Jojo did not have the slightest prejudice against Kalingga. He knows Kalingga better than anyone.

"Please, Olivia. Please, don't make me feel guilty and don't force me" Kalingga said in a stern tone.

"I didn't think you'd do this to me, Kalingga!" olivia's Exclamation. He got up from the sofa and walked out of the room without saying goodbye.

Jojo breathed a sigh of relief, he really felt scared and worried. Jojo understands that Kalingga is angry, upset, and not okay. But the man still spoke politely to Olivia, because Kalingga definitely did not want to hurt her feelings.

"Oh!" Kalingga rubbed his hair and clenched his hands. While Jojo could only look at the man and rub his back.

"I'm sorry, I promise I'll take care of everything" Kalingga said. He grabs Jojo's hands and kisses her.

He felt like a weak man. He could not make a decision quickly because his position was difficult in front of the Olivia family. Kalingga feels angry at himself for sacrificing Jojo's feelings.

"How is he here, brother?" ask Kylan.

"Juan said he's been here since nine o'clock. He waited for me until the meeting was over" replied Kalingga. Juan is a confidant who helps Kalingga take care of his work.

"He also came home" said Jojo.

"Hmm, I know." Kalingga nodded at the girl beside him.

Just five minutes after Olivia's departure, Kalingga received a call from Bram. Olivia's family decides to invite Kalingga and her three siblings to come to their house to attend a private dinner.

Kalingga and Kylan had no objections. They'll all come and straighten out everything that's going on. Kalingga immediately contacted Keenan and asked his sister to come home early to come with them.

"Well, we won't be able to think on an empty stomach. Let's eat!" exclaim Jojo. His face that looked quite sad was trying to be hidden. Jojo smiled and pulled out what he had brought with Kylan.

Jojo arranged all the food on the table and prepared it neatly, he also bought three hamburgers along with fries. Seeing that all the food had been served, Kylan walked out of the room to ask someone to send them a drink.

Kalingga realized Jojo's feelings were hurt. And the girl was very good at keeping it a secret. The man felt more guilty.

"Honey, Olivia came without my knowledge. We had an argument for almost an hour before you came. I hope you don't think badly" said Kalingga.

"Sister, I'm fine. I believe you." Jojo smile.

At the bottom of his heart, Jojo believed everything Kalingga said. But it is undeniable, the presence of Olivia in this room makes her slightly scratched with jealousy.

"What are you going to tell Miss Olivia's parents?" ask Jojo.

"Everything, I'll be honest. They're good people, I'm sure they'll understand."

"May that be so, Brother."

Not long after, Kylan went back in with an OB who was carrying several glasses of cold drinks.

"Come, chill your heads. Think of it as the wind" said Kylan, handing a glass of orange juice to Jojo and Kalingga.

"You mean, a hurricane?" jojo asked, smiling.

"Just calm down, we'll handle it." Kylan's convinced. He knows Jojo must be worried about his relationship with Kalingga. Because in this position, Jojo is the most threatened person.

Kalingga thanked them for coming and taking the time to deliver lunch. The man was grateful to have a brother who was always reliable and a lover who always understood his feelings.

"Is everything going to be okay?" jojo asked as he helped Kalingga put on the tie.

"They're an honorable family, Mr. Bram can certainly understand my circumstances. After all, the men in this world are not just me" Kalingga replied.

"But you're the only one who can pull Miss Olivia's heart."

"Unfortunately, only you can pull my heart out." Kalingga jerked Jojo's waist and brought their bodies closer together.

"Ah, Brother!"

"I'll clean things up and go home quickly. Then I'll continue."

"Continue what?" jojo asked with glaring eyes.

"Punched you!" kalingga said as he moved his hand like a tiger style that would tear apart its prey.

Jojo gulped, he immediately tidied Kalingga's tie and told the man to come out of the room, because Kai's voice had been heard echoing from the lower floor.

Jojo escorted the four men out of the house. He prayed that all would pass easily and things would be fine.

"We go first. Don't worry, you'll be fine" Kylan told Jojo.

"alright. Be careful on the road and don't come home too late."

Jojo waved his hand as the two cars were already walking out of his yard.

The girl closed the door and sat down in the living room chair. His feelings are restless and uncomfortable. He fears something bad will happen, including the breakdown of Kalingga's relationship with Bram's family if Kalingga continues to reject Olivia's presence.

"Sister, why don't we bring Brother-in-law?" kai asked Kalingga during the trip. Both of them are in the same car.

"If we carry it, just as we bring the deer into the lion's den" answered Kalingga.

"You underestimated Jojo too much, brother."

"No, I'm protecting her. You won't know what their family can do to Jojo. They're not what you think they are, Kai."

Hearing Kalingga's explanation, Kai no longer wanted to ask. There seemed to be many things he did not know, and it made the boy feel curious and driven to find out.

Along the way, Kai opens his phone and surfs on Olivia's social media account. The boy is always reluctant and uninterested in Olivia's life, but as this concerns his family, he becomes curious.

"Olivia has a lot of photos with international artists. Actually, what's his job?" ask Kai to Kalingga.

"Either, but he had great access thanks to his family."

"He's unemployed and a money shredder" Kai murmured.

"Whatever happens, we won't accept their offer. We are not tied to them, our company stands alone, but we still respect their services in the past" said Kalingga.
