The sound of birds can be heard from across the street. The sun slowly rose, its rays breaking through every crack in the room. The scent of the hospital, pierced sharply into my sense of smell since yesterday.
There's no one in my room. Maybe mom's still mad at me for last night. After that, he never returned to the hospital.
"Excuse me, here's breakfast." Say someone from behind the door and then walk into my room with something in her hand.
"Thank you." My reply.
He placed a bowl of porridge that seemed to be still hot and a glass of warm tea on the table beside my bed. Then go out because there are still dozens of breakfasts that must be delivered maybe.
I have absolutely no intention of eating it. Street food is always better than hospital food. I don't know if there's a therapy schedule or not. My mom usually knows best about it. But now my mom is not here. Again, it was all my fault.
I think my feet are okay. There was no pain after yesterday's therapy. The load has also been removed. Maybe I could take a walk. Enjoying the morning air is good for your health.
I dare myself to walk. I hope my legs are completely healed. But, just putting my feet on the floor just felt like it was already sore. Come on, I'm tired of having to be here all day.
"How about Sendy's call. I don't think he's home yet?"
I immediately picked up my phone and called the man to ask for his help moving me to a wheelchair. I was lucky to meet this guy yesterday. Just imagine if I hadn't met him yesterday and we didn't know each other. At times like this, I might not get anything.
"Hello?" The man's voice sounded not so clear from across the street.
"Hello sister, can you ask for help?"
"Solicit what please?"
"Help me move into a wheelchair. Hehe..."
"Who was there no one?"
"I'm alone, mama's snooping with me and not coming back to the hospital from yesterday."
"Oh, okay, I'm there."
"Thank you very much, brother. I'm waiting for."
Thank goodness the man helped me. I hope he's not here with the girl.
"Excuse me, maybe at nine o'clock there's a therapy schedule. Don't forget."
I'm surprised I'm not playing. There was only me in this room and suddenly the voice appeared. Where did that sound come from? My head turned a hundred and eighty degrees to observe around me. Find the origin of the sound. Another thing that surprised me even more, was when I saw a head at the door.
"Oh, make a hanger."
"Hehe, sorry mbak. I'm missing in because there's still a lot of work." Saying sister while grinning without guilt
I'm a little relieved to know if it's a nurse. At least it wasn't a ghost or some kind of subtle-behavior that I had expected before.

"Sha?"
I was busy with my phone and turned to the door.
"Hi." His greeting then sat next to me.
"Eh? Brother Sendy. Just come here alone?"
"Yes, Rina's just coming home from school."
"Oh. Yaudah yuk yuk buruan help me move into a wheelchair. There's a nine-hour therapy schedule."
"That's rushed. It's still half an hour away. Uh, this is not porridge to eat?"
"Later on."
"Breakfast before therapy. Let there be energy."
"Come on."
"Breakfast first or I stay here."
"Yes yes, herein let me eat the porridge."
"Eit... Let me just bribe.".
I looked half in disbelief.
"Yetoooo." His words signaled that I would open my mouth wide.
A spoonful of porridge was waiting in front of my mouth. With a little hesitation I opened my mouth. Then immediately swallow food that certainly does not need to be chewed again.
"Nake?"
"No, tasteless!"
"What time?"
"Hospital food is always bland."
"Here's what it looks like."
"Udahl. Don't want any more. Not good."
"As per se again. We're going to the therapy room."
I just nodded. Hold on to this last one, once this is done.
"Udah yuk." My speech.
"Attent."
Then he put the bowl down for a moment. Then suddenly...
Again I can only see. He took me from the bed and put my body in a wheelchair. He should just carry my body, there is no need to go like this. Isn't he still sick? I'm not sure if he's really sick. He has a lot of energy to carry me.
***
"Come on! You definitely can. A little more." The voice was so encouraging to me at that moment.
Now we're in the therapy room with the doctor who handled me and Sendy. I was practicing walking to strengthen my leg muscles. Even though I have been given vitamin injections regularly, my legs still feel weak.
The man was in front of me. The doctor asked him to be on guard if something suddenly happened to me. So far I'm still fine. Added to his words just made me more excited. I've done a few sets of exercises and the results are getting better. Even so, we doctors after coming home from the hospital should I not walk too much first.
In the last set of exercises, a little more was almost done. Suddenly my body lost its balance and...
'Hap'
Sis Sendy caught my body. A little more my body touching the floor. But the hand was able to hold it.
"It's okay, right?"
I nodded back, agreeing.
"Udah yuk sit down first. The training is over." Her speech.
"All the checkups are here." Doctor's Word
"Oh yes, doc."
Then they went into a room that was bounded by a green curtain of toska so I couldn't see what they were doing in there.
I waited in front of the doctor's desk playing with my hair. A few minutes later, they came out from behind the curtain.
"Please sit down." Give that doctor a hand.
"Nice doc."
"So this is how it is, the injury to the head has improved. And some of the nerves damaged by the impact have returned to normal. The vitamins do not forget to drink until it runs out, yes mas."
"Oh, okay then doc. If you can tell when my memory is coming back, Doc?"
"Actually this natural amnesia is mild amnesia. I just forgot about recent events. Including the incident about the accident. The memory of the mas will return by itself if the nerve tissue in the head has completely healed."
"Amnesia?" My mind is in my heart.
"All right doc, then we'll excuse you. Thank you doctor."
"Excuse me doc." My speech.
"Yes alike. Please."

Jakarta February 2, 2020
"Shaa! This breakfast is ready. Get down, it's late." Shouted grandma from below.
"Yes my grandma." My reply rushed downstairs.
Grandma's house is quite large, there are three floors in this building. He lives with a house assistant. I actually got here around January 28th.
Mama transferred me to one of the private schools nearby. His name is SMA Nusantara. It's not my first day of school there. And I've made some friends there too. The point is Jakarta is not as I imagined it to be.
"This is the bread he eats."
"Yes my grandma."
I immediately devoured a loaf of bread with peanut butter that Grandma had prepared. Finish breakfast, I go to school.
"I'll go first, Grandma."
"Yes, be careful on the road."
I kissed the woman's hand that was already beginning to appear wrinkled.
Usually when I go to school, I always take the city bus. And the stop was my first goal. I'm waiting for the next bus to come with some people there. Most of the office workers, but there are also students and even school children who wait.
Because by chance the seat on the bus was full, I decided to stand alone while holding on to the ring that was provided.
Suddenly the bus suddenly braked. The bus passengers were shocked. Not a few who protest even blabbering indistinctly to the bus driver.
I almost lost my balance. Fortunately, I was holding on tight at the time. If I fall, tiny I'll hold the shame all the way.
I then looked.
"Ah? Ja. How know?"
"We're one school."
"You are Nusantara High School too?"
"Yes dong. Don't look at the symbol."
"Hehe, sorry."
"OK no problem. Recognize Arka, student of class 2 IPA 1. Oh yes one more don't forget. The class president."
"Did? Seriously this top class student? Gosh."
"Yes dong. What's your name?"
"Oh, yes I am Eresha Caitlyn Ananda. Call me Eresha. Student of class 2 IPA 3."
"Oh, okay."
The bus arrived at the first stop. I'm coming down, breaking through the sea of humans on the bus. Walked a little, then arrived at school. I felt more relieved because I finally could breathe fresh air after I almost lacked oxygen in there earlier.
"Hey! Wait!" Someone from behind.
It was Arka, with a disordered breath she ran after me who was tens of steps ahead of her. God, how could I forget that kid. We should have come down together. But why did I leave him.
"Hoshis... Hoshs... Hosh..."
He seemed to be still adjusting his breath as soon as he reached my present position.
"I'm sorry it left."
"It's okay."
"Udah?"
"Udah yuk street. But slow down."
"Haha, yes."
We walked on the sidewalk with the other students coming from the same direction as us.
"Later on my break to your class." His word.
"Huh? Why?"
"So gini, I have an entrepreneurial assignment. So he told me to make that food. I happen to make chocolate balls and I make them pretty much anyway. Some of me want to give you."
"Well, why are you being given to me?"
"Take it as a sign of our first introduction."
"Oh, jaudah."
***
"Hi sha!" Greet one of my classmates.
"Hi." My reply.
I put my bag on the table and sat down. There are still a few minutes left before the bell rings.
"Eh, go to class IPA 1 dong. Gua mau minjem sports clothes. Got a cave left behind."
"Now?"
"Yes, the bell is hunted."
Stefani, my friend, pulled my hand.
"I'll wait outside." I said as we arrived in front of IPA 1 class.
"Udah come in." He pulled my hand to come in with him.
He approached a table in the back. It looks like a close friend.
"Eresha?"
"Eh, Arka?"
"What are you doing here?"
"Nemenin Stefani minjem tracksuit."
"Eh? Yes, he's got a minjem cave dress with Laura." Stefani.
"Udah yuk." Take Stefani.
"Yes. I'll go first Arka."
"Yes." Yeah."
***
"Why do you know Arka?"
"I accidentally met you on the bus. Keep him on acquaintance and we'll walk together to school."
"Seriously?"
"Yes." Yeah."
"wait around. Don't tell me Arka likes you."
"What the hell is Fan."
"Ih, really. Look at it yes, a comfortable Arka that never invite girls acquaintance first. Never in the history of his life."
"Keep if this time he met a girl first what's wrong?"
"Yes not really. It's not usually."
***
The first three subjects for today have been completed. Physics, Bahasa Indonesia and Sport. After that there is still chemistry waiting. The spirit to myself!
"Cantin yuk!" Take Stefani.
"Yeah, I'm hungry too." My reply.
I tidied up some books and pens that were scattered on the table, then went to the cafeteria.
"Bruk...!"
Holy hooch! I accidentally bumped into someone until the box dropped.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean it." I apologized while picking up the dropped box.
"Sha?" Her speech.
"Congratulations?"
"Where are you going?"
Holy hooch! I could have forgotten. This morning I promised Arka I'd eat her chocolate sponge in class. While Stefani seemed confused himself seeing our behavior today.
"You go to the cafeteria."
"Oh yaudah I'm coming. We'll eat the sponge in the canteen."
"okay."
***
Stefani ordered some fried and iced tea for the three of us.
"Gue wants something with you guys." Stefani.
"What?" My toot.
"You guys dating?"
Arka who was busy sipping sweet iced tea suddenly choked. I patted her shoulder slowly.
"I mean, anyway." Reveal me.
"We're not dating. Just a temen." Arka Clear.
"Rarely just meen? You two are very Deket. And honestly the cave is shocked to see you guys become deket gini."
"Udah no, the point is we're not dating point." My firm.
"Keep if not dating why to give all chocolate sponge? Not usually."
"Yes, there happens to be a practical task for this food. It just so happened that the cave made this and the rest was pretty much all. It's redundant." Arka once again.
"Why does Eresha doang get loved? The cave wasn't told to ngicipin either?"
"What did you eat from earlier? The rocks?" Ledek.
"Hehehe..." The girl just grinned without feeling guilty.
"Why do you say it's like us? Do you want us to date? Okay we're going out." Arka.
Now it's me and Stefani's turn to choke on her chocolate cake. The crazy words he said just now made me question the sanity of this man.
"Sha, you don't want to be a cave girlfriend." Said Arka to me.
