We, Without Me

We, Without Me
Our Love is Wrong

Under the blue sky with a thick cloud of white clouds, a middle-aged man repeatedly exhaled a rough breath. He looked at the two adult men who looked like children yesterday afternoon.

For a moment Papa Leigh shook his head faintly. Folding hands in front of the chest while saying in a low voice, “still want to fight jotos again? Shamefaced!”

“Use brains!! You are not a child who wrestles toys until they have to hit first. Origin of muscle play ... Now the face is already bonyok, the problem is finished?!” Papa Leigh's eyes glared sharply in turn at Saka and Keven who were still displaying a hostile look to each other. Even the two young men did not stretch their fists, as if preparing for the next battle session.

Rubbing his chest slowly, Papa Leigh tried to be patient, easing the anger at the two men who were still also staring at each other fiercely. “Ngapain y'all glaring that way? Want Papa plug those eyes of you two?!” ketus Papa Leigh again.

Stepping closer to Saka, putting one hand on the shoulder of the young man who was shocked at his attitude, Papa Leigh sincerely uttered the sentence he had long been holding back. “Saka, previously Om sorry for Keven attitude ...”

“Pa!” tegur Keven interrupted. Put on an expression of no acceptance at Papa Leigh's apology to Saka.

“Shut! Don't make runyam. Let Papa do the talking here!” firmly Papa Leigh. He glared sharply at Keven who had to shut up. Obviously not because of fear.

“Om know the relationship between the three of you is difficult to go back to how it used to be. But you are both adults. You can judge and take the attitude of an adult, not hostile to each other. There's no point in y'all fighting like gini. You are also Keven ... Open your eyes, Son!”

Back of the heavy sheet freed from a pair of Papa Leigh's nostrils. The circle of the eyes dominated by wrinkles was emitting a wistful aura from the glare that was piling up the burden. “Many problems so far have not taught you enough? Nothing will be finished if you still like to put the muscles first than the brain.”

Throwing a glance at the stepped paving, Keven confirmed Papa Leigh's sentence. Honestly, he was already emotional when he saw Saka so difficult to control his desire not to fly a bogeman.

In the past Keven hoped that by marrying Yuki, the rift between Alia and Saka could be saved. Unfortunately the big move Keven chose at the expense of Yuki's feelings was wrong. Saka and Alia's marriage will still run aground, not because of Keven, but something Keven never knew.

“You can sit together. Talking about problems that upset each other. Throw away each of your egos. Remember how close you are. Will all those good memories be destroyed without the slightest intention of you to fix them?” A weak voice but full of decisiveness Papa Leigh again interrupted. Disperse Keven's short daydream. Striking Saka who honestly did not intend to damage the friendship that had collapsed.

“One more thing you need to know, Ka .. Alia in this hospital. Please meet him. There's something you need to finish both.” Patting slowly on Saka's shoulder, Papa Leigh nodded softly full of pleas. The old man passed away leaving Saka and Keven after reaffirming that the two did not fight jotos again.

“Alia pain?” muttered Saka spontaneously. He who had been confused now widened his eyelids. Demanding an explanation from Keven who snorted annoyedly.

“Alia pregnant child lo!” keven said ketus accompanied by a cynical highlight who is ready to tear Saka apart at this time as well.

“Pregnant?” Saka's astonishment at Keven's speech. A split second later he let out a bland laugh, casting a glance at the dimming sky. The clouds that covered the sunlight seemed to describe Saka's feelings that turned dark. Either it must be explained how else his heart that seemed to be filled with dust exploded. “Lo kidding, right?”

“Gue seriously, Saka! Alia found out she was pregnant after you left. Where have you been all this time? Even Yogi also discovered your existence! Because I also have to sacrifice someone I should prioritize! But the condition of Alia who was alone at that time could not have stayed in!”

“Ngak .. I can't believe it. You must be lying, right!? Or maybe Alia made this crazy scenario?"

“Bags yes, lo!" keven shouted as he brandished his finger, pointing angrily right at Saka's bewildered face. "Alia has just entered the hospital because she wants to get rid of her womb. And you said he ... Conscious, Ka!! That Alia was your son!!"

"My-my child?" Rata Saka again threw a question to Keven. He still could not believe the new fact that suddenly caught his hearing. Although the collar of the shirt had been pulled, firmly gripped by Keven, but Saka remained unmoved in shock.

"Gue wants to see Alia," Saka continued. The clutches of Keven almost strangled his neck. He had no interest in replying to Keven. Saka's mind was already filled with news of Alia's pregnancy which made her suddenly have a headache.

...----------------...

“You sure it's my son?” tukas Saka cynic. Smiling obliquely with a condescending gaze, deliberately covering the eternity that managed to tear apart patience and common sense.

"Aren't you just confirming in front of everyone that this is your child?" Alia asked Saka. The originally clumsy and pitiful looking lady exuded an aura of victory. Awarding Saka with a smile that used to always succeed in making Saka bend the knee fascinated, but not for now. For Saka, Alia's big smile actually looks annoying.

“You're crazy Alia," so late Saka who growled low. The woman who was now lying casually on top of the gurney really became a figure that Saka did not recognize. It was not Alia who he had admired all this time, even very far from the meek and elegant figure that Saka had known all along.

“Crazy? You're what's next to me? Hahahaha .. Isn't it this crazy woman that makes you crazy?” Alia's laughter broke. The sneer ran crisp, without the emotional gap that a single speck of Saka could find. “You still love me, right? Come on Saka, I know how angry you are, but you can't possibly hate me.”

“You are correct ...."

Saka's short answer presented an increasingly fluffy smile on Alia's lips, even the woman with the contents who had just entered the second trimester laughed again scornfully. Saka really looked like a pitiful love slave in Alia's eyes.

"But that was before I realized that our love was wrong." The next sentence of denial Saka said stopped Alia's laughter. The woman bought her eyes, staring fiercely at Saka with lips still grinning in disbelief. Alia shook her head faintly, rejecting the whispers of reality that were soaring in her brain.

"I think I was wrong again. Not our love, but just my love." Chuckling Saka covered the creeping roar. It is undeniable that the sense is still there, impregnated with wounds that leave scratches of disappointment, regret and flashes of memories that are difficult to erase.

"Change it, Al. Do not pursue happiness with selfishness, because all will only be released one by one from your grasp. You deserve to be happy. You deserve all the love, but not the same amount and meaning from everyone. In fact, I doubt if you understand the true meaning of love" Saka said at length with a low, vibrating intonation. For a moment he put aside the pain he had to face. Think of Alia as a friend who needs to be advised, not as a woman who has ever given him a wound.

Raga strapping Saka then turned around, facing the tightly closed white wooden door, turning her back to Alia who was ready to argue. He lifted one hand of Saka into the air with the index finger pointing. "One more ... I don't care if outsiders call me an asshole or an irresponsible man. But I'm making sure it's not my son!"

Spontaneous Alia was angry at Saka's words. Whether it was true or not, Alia still felt defeated because Saka indirectly chose to leave her.

Alia's screams and gestures surprised everyone. Both Papa Leigh, Mama Agni and Keven who were waiting restlessly outside immediately rushed in. While Saka walked indifferently ignoring Keven's hardship. It was clear from the door of Alia's inpatient room that opened if the woman tried to throw everything she could achieve.

Saka remained unmoved. Looking blankly at Alia's behavior did not make Saka pity. Just a moment after turning his head, Saka ran frantically towards Nita who was far from his reach. The girl snored with her body limp on the floor. His gaze was blank despite a nurse repeatedly shaking his shoulder.
