"What does this mean, Al? So it's true that you and Raven killed both my parents?" Floretta greeted Alden with a scolding, and cut the man's sentence.
"What do you mean?" Alden was shocked to hear his wife's words. A packet of food he had brought for Floretta fell to the floor.
This is! It's all here! This is your criminal record, right?" The woman threw the black book in front of Alden. "You killed my parents to draw their blood, then returned to the human world in the form of corpses?"
Floretta's tears are pouring out. She did not believe that her husband and sister-in-law had done evil to her parents. The two sons of the vampire nobleman had made him an orphan since childhood.
"Where did you get that book?" alden asked with furrowed eyebrows and lips curled downwards.
"Eitherway! What is clear is that everything is written here clearly" said the woman.
"Flo, you misunderstood. It's not like that" Alden said, trying to explain his case.
"So you mean the royal judge's verdict written here is a lie, and only a prank? You made me an orphan, and you believed that both my parents died of illness" Floretta said in a statement. "You're a liar and I want us to divorce!" pinta Floretta half forced.
"Don't be like that, Flo. Listen to me first. If I killed both your parents, why would I bring you here?" Alden stretched out his hand, about to grab the princess' hand.
"Don't touch me!" Floretta brushed Alden's hand off. "You must have taken me and spoiled me here as a beef cow, which you can kill and draw blood from at any time" Floretta said.
"When am I like that? I love you so much. I ..."
"You think I'll believe you again? It turned out that everything Erlina and the members of the palace council said was true. You have a hidden purpose with me. I'm waiting for your divorce papers as soon as possible!"
After being satisfied to vent his anger, Floretta stepped foot to the door of the room. He's sick of seeing those handsome vampires pretending to be nice.
"I'm not gonna let you get out of here!"
Alden's voice sounded heavier and blaring. A red light shot out quickly, closing the room door.
"Go back to your place, Floretta! Don't argue!" Shake the man again.
Floretta stopped and looked back. He was surprised to see Alden's eyes glow red. Both pairs of fangs were so sharp and the color of his skin was pale white. Floretta had only seen her husband's form as horrible as that.
"No! If I stay here I can die. It's better to be killed trying to escape, than to die for being their dairy cow" Floretta thought to himself.
The man turned his body and ran towards the door. He ignored Alden's orders and saved himself.
"Uhh!"
The half-conscious Floretta was grimacing in pain. He raised his head, and glanced towards the vampire king who stood ten cubits away from him.
"I told you, right? Don't run away from me. You'll be safe with me here" Alden said in a heavy, horrible voice.
"Is this your true form, Your Majesty? Come fight me! I will definitely make you bring out all of your true nature."
Although her entire body was in pain, the twenty-year-old woman still tried to stand up. He grabbed a toy spear on the wall and pointed it at the vampire king.
"Floretta! Put that thing down!" Alden shouted until the glass and crystal objects around them cracked.
"No! This is my revenge for killing both my parents! I'm not gonna die before my heart aches pay off."
Unbeknownst to the princess, her body emitted a thin blue light. Alden Black looked at him.
"The danger! If it's like this I could get hurt bad!" his murmur swallowed.
Floretta's eyes stared at Alden sharply. Jaw hardens. His footsteps were gushing, swinging towards the king.
"This room has been given multiple layers of security. So the people outside, including the guards, can't figure out what's going on inside here."
Alden racked his brains, to get Floretta to give up. He tried to persuade his wife without harming her. Alden also changed his form as usual. But the woman remained undaunted. The distance between them was two cubits.
Yeah, pretty close indeed. Alden raised his hands and cast magic.
The duarrr! The magic hit right at the tip of the spear, which was pointed forward by Floretta. Without waiting for the opportunity twice, Floretta threw the toy spear at her husband and hit his chest.
Brak! Alden slammed into the back, until his back hit the wall. The full suit used by the man was visibly wet, with a thick black liquid.
Floretta gaped at him. "Why is the rfek so strong? I just threw a toy spear at him. Is this because of her magic?"
Floretta retreated slowly, before finally taking a thousand steps. He left the vampire king in a wounded state.
