The Vampire King's Storage Waiter

The Vampire King's Storage Waiter
Chapters 10. The Vampire King

"Alden, are you lying to me?" Floretta poked Alden with piercing questions, after they entered a large room, which looked like a lounge.

"Flo, calm down. There are still guards here" Alden whispered as he placed his index finger in front of his lips.

"I don't care. Explain to me everything. It's just a joke, right? Where are there vampires in the world?" floretta was impatient. His rough and heavy breathing snorted, clearly heard by Alden.

"Yes, okay. I'm confessing. I am the king of vampires. All this time our nation has coexisted with humanity" Alden answered truthfully.

"So you forced me to marry you, just to make me dinner?" ask Floretta with a frown.

This time it was Alden who exhaled slowly. He then glanced at the wife he had just married for a few hours, with a cynical look and a wide grin.

"Flo, I never forced you to marry me. Ah, at first yes. But after that decision I will leave it to you again" Alden replied in a flat tone and low intonation. His canine teeth that had been hidden all this time, were finally clearly visible.

"Curtain! Right too." Floretta couldn't deny that fact. He was the one who had agreed to Alden's proposal to her, without a second thought.

"Oh, don't think too much. I'm not gonna do anything to you. Believe me, my dear," Alden said, clasping Floretta's hand tightly.

The woman who was now officially named as Madam Black almost vomited, when Alden called her with a word of affection.

"Now you rest. You must be tired of the series of wedding ceremonies today" said Alden. He then ordered a servant to take his wife to the room.

...🦇🦇🦇...

"Basic stupid man! He probably doesn't know that he's marrying a vampire king."

"I still can't believe we should call our food Her Royal Highness Princess Floretta."

"For what did His Majesty the King marry a lowly human like him? Though his future wife was far more beautiful and dignified than that woman."

"You still ask? Of course because of his blood. Tonight His Majesty will definitely finish him off."

Floretta looked down sadly, hearing the whispers from the servants. He felt like a goat that was about to be brought into the cage of a starving lion.

"I have to live. Either way, I have to stay alive" Floretta said in her heart.

"This is your room, Your Majesty. Since the Privy Council of the Palace has not approved you to be Queen here, so for a while you and His Majesty the King will be holding separate rooms," obviously the maid or palace attendant whose age was estimated to be around forty years.

"Thank you" Flo replied briefly. Her heart felt very relieved, as she did not sleep in the room with the vampires tonight.

"Please rest, Your Majesty. All your needs are in the room. Your Majesty can call us with the available phone, if you need anything," the waiter explained.

"Yes, thank you," Flo replied without passion.

"Where are Lily and Miss Magenta? Are they vampires too?" thought Floretta was fretting. "Ah, I thought of a bottle of blood in the fridge. It is fitting that they keep the blood, apparently it is their main food" the poor woman continued in her heart.

...🦇🦇🦇...

The next morning at Ecarlate Castle, the residence of the Vampire King, Alden Black.

"Your Majesty, please allow us to enter."

"Go all of you, you fucking vampires! Don't you dare approach my room" Flo cried from the inside.

"We just want to help Your Majesty get ready for breakfast" exclaimed the servants from behind the door, who were already half open.

"Look, you won't be able to eat me" Flo said.

The woman was holding a toy sword she found in the closet as her weapon.

"But it's exhausting. I've been up all night, so no one comes in. When will I be here? Is there no other way to get out of this place?" I thought women of the human race.

"Floretta, stop it. You're making the waiters difficult." Alden suddenly appears in Floretta's room.

"W-how did you get in? Did I lock the door?" flo said with a surprised look. He also crossed the weapon in front of his body.

"That's not important now. Put your sword down, you can get hurt later" Alden asked his wife.

"Fraud! From the beginning I felt like there was something you were hiding. I try not to care, because you've always been nice to me. But I'm wrong."

Floretta's voice rattled and shook. It seems like she's been crying all night.

"It's clear no one thinks I'm valuable. It was clear there would be no weirdos suddenly proposing to me. What more do you want, if not for my blood?" floretta exclaimed with high intonation.

"How many women have you treated like this? I shouldn't have trusted you in the first place!" The woman screamed hysterically.

"Flo, please listen to me ..."

"Don't come any closer, if you don't want to die!" threaten the woman.

The slap! The sword that was within Flo's grasp suddenly floated up and moved into Alden's hands. The woman gawked at him.

"What was that just now? Magic?" flo's murmur in the heart.

"You think I could die so easily, just because of something like that?" Alden stared at Floretta sharply. His eyes turned red and sinister.

"Uh, my body can't move. He doesn't hold me." Floretta shivered in fear. He had never seen such a monstrous creature

"Why should I die this way? Especially just because of a human like you," Alden said again. The toy sword made of iron melted in Alden's hand.

"Let's get ready, then have breakfast with me. Today we have a schedule to visit the southern city" Alden said.

This time his tone came back down, and it was soft as usual. The red color in his eyes had disappeared.

...🦇🦇🦇...

"Barbeque meat? Uh, why does it feel like my stomach is nauseous, huh? Is it made of human blood?" Floretta closed her mouth, which was about to spit out her entrails.

"Don't be afraid, this is all human food, really," said Alden understand the contents of the wife's head. "Then, I will not drink your blood as the main meal, either" Alden continued.

"Huh? Is he trustworthy? While his identity alone could be hidden," Inner Flo stared at the food on the plate with nausea.

"This meat comes from a cattle farm in the city that we will visit later. Then the tomato sauce and chili comes from the best garden in the human world. Ah, if you're curious, you can visit the kitchen" Alden said, trying to ease Floretta's concerns.

"Uh, I'm still worried. I could still feel the cynical gazes of those who wanted to suck my blood dry, "inner Flo again.

"Servant, please leave us alone. Then close the door" Alden said suddenly.

"It's safe now, right? Please ma -"

Alden stopped his speech, as his eyes caught an object hanging from Floretta's neck.

"Flo, are you wearing a garlic necklace?" exclaim Alden.
