Chapter 33. Reasons to Become Queen
“What will happen, if I refuse to sign it?” ask Floretta.
“Then the empty glasses here will wait, to be filled with blood from your corpse right now,” replied Edmund while removing his sharp canines.
Gulp! Floretta swallowed his saliva violently. His heart was pounding.
"The vampires. I could feel that their words were not playing games. All of their gazes seemed to want to skin me alive," Floretta's mind was unsettled. "Where is Leon? Surely they forbid my bodyguards to enter," he thought again.
"Wait moreover? The sooner you sign it, the sooner you become a conglomerate in the human world" whispered Daisy who had pulled out her canines.
"Aren't you guys losing? You're the one who said that my blood smells bad. You can't drink it" Floretta said, clenching both hands.
"Haha ... You're too confident, Floretta. You think we'll drink your blood?" Daisy laughed out loud, hearing Floretta's words.
"Hey, waiter! Your blood is not for us to drink, but to give to our pets" the Krimson family member said.
"Enough, Daisy! You're too close to him!"
The voice of the man suddenly sounded from behind, making everyone turn their head towards the source of the voice.
"P-prince Raven?" Excited everyone in the room.
"Ma-af, Prince. I was just kidding with our future queen."
Daisy gets straight away from Floretta, when a handsome man in a black shirt enters walking closer to the meeting table.
Floretta was also surprised, seeing the arrival of the prince. "Where did he come in from? Are all the doors still closed?" I think Floretta's confused.
"Welcome, Your Highness Prince Raven. What's up to Your Majesty to come here?" edmund said, bowing his body in front of Raven, to give his greetings.
"Why do all their faces look tense? It seems they are more afraid of Prince Raven than Alden" Floretta murmured.
"I don't approve of this meeting" Raven said unceremoniously. "And worse, why wasn't I invited. Though I am the descendant of the highest noble family in this kingdom," he continued.
"I-this is a misunderstanding, Your Majesty. The question of Princess Floretta has spread to the outside of the palace. So we think this should be resolved as soon as possible" Edmund said in a trembling voice.
"Kok he could be here, anyway? Cih, it must have been Leon Hazel the bodyguard who reported it" Russell grumbled in a whisper.
"I can hear you, Russell!" raven snapped, until his voice boomed throughout the room. "Once again you do as you please, I will kill you all" the prince continued.
"But Prince, if this problem continues to drag on, the neighboring kingdom can underestimate us and the security of the border area can be disrupted" Novac said in a statement.
"I know, you're disappointed that your sister failed to marry my sister. But the decision taken in this meeting is not valid, if not followed by all members of the nobility, including the king," replied Raven.
"Dissolve this meeting. The meeting will be officially rearranged, after the king returns from abroad," Raven ordered. He then forced Floretta to leave.
"Curly, sucks! Why is he interrupting our show, anyway?" as for Russell and Daisy, when Raven and Floretta had gone from there.

"Why are you following me? Isn't your room in the opposite direction?" raven asked the tiny woman who was following his footsteps.
"Thank you, Your Majesty," Floretta said as she lowered her body.
"uh? You think I helped you? Don't misunderstand me. I just don't like them holding meetings without me" Raven replied, then continued on.
"But I'm still grateful. Because of His Majesty's arrival in the meeting room, I was able to breathe fresh air again" Floretta replied innocently.
Raven let out a rough breath, then looked at the human sharply.
"You've tried to escape from here. Alden has also allowed you to leave the palace. But why are you back again? What's your excuse?" Raven asked Floretta, who was still following in her footsteps.
"I just want to be by my husband's side, Your Majesty. After all, isn't that what a wife is supposed to do?" floretta said while bowing her head. Although very handsome, but the sharp gaze from Raven still scared Floretta.
"You think I'd be amazed by your answer? From the look of your eyes I know that your heart is still doubtful" said Raven.
Floretta couldn't answer that sentence. His heart was doubtful. Would he be able to get his hands on this kingdom, if all the vampires hated him?
"I'm still curious. What did you do until Alden wanted to marry you who was useless like this? Do you provide special services every night?" raven Cibir.
"I've never done anything that low, Your Majesty. Until now even we haven't done anything" Floretta said. His voice shrieked to the end of the palace hallway.
"Oh, huh? Haha ... So Alden won't even touch you?" Raven laughed in a satirical tone.
"God! Stupid me! Why would I open my own disgrace?" Floretta regretted it, because she said it.
"I-I mean, from the beginning I never intended to be a queen," cried Floretta while challenging her brother-in-law's eyes.
"Why are you here if you're not going to be queen?" snapped Raven. Floretta's body trembled hearing the shrill Raven.
"Aren't you aware? How many women kill each other just to get that position? Then there are millions of people waiting for the new queen to protect them?" keep that handsome, titan-haired man again.
Floretta simply clenched his hands together, without replying to the prince's words.
"Damn it! Why is all his words right, anyway? I can't fight it, '" Floretta grumbled inwardly.
"I don't care how much you want to be on Alden's side. But if you don't intend to be queen, you better get out of here.
Floretta's face grew gloomy, hearing Raven's last words. His heart was at a loss as to what decision he should make at this moment. Did she stay in the kingdom and accompany her husband? Or give this position to the king's fiancee?
"Then don't follow me again. The smell of your blood is disturbing. You don't deserve the Blue family name."
After saying that sentence, Alden left Floretta who was still frozen.
