Chapter 86. Magic Amore

"What the fuck? Where's the blood bottle? I'm sure I left it here."

Erlina, who was a black bat, infiltrated Welwitschia Castle, and headed into the dungeon unnoticed by anyone. The female vampire was startled, seeing her magic circle that was in the shape of a translucent glass ball cracking everywhere. One of the sides also broke, and pitched Floretta to escape.

Erlina also changed her form into a human, and racked the crack with magic. Both of his hands he placed on the surface of his magic circle that had been cracked. The pale-skinned beautiful woman closed her eyes, and poured her deep purple magic energy onto the surface of the magic circle.

Erlina suddenly opened her eyes, then growled softly. At first glance he saw the shadow of Floretta who was calling Alden's name, until the man came to his aid.

"Impossible! What is Amore's magic? The highest magic that vampires have. Even I and the descendants of Amethyst who have magic in this kingdom do not have it? But why would a human like him be able to do it?"

Erlina was astonished, looking at Floretta who kept moaning and mentioned Alden Black's name while closing her eyes. Slowly the magic energy created to shade the dungeon faded, forming a pink color.

After that, the protective magic circle created by Erlina was cracked on several sides. Shortly after, the vampire king came and broke the protective magic with ease. Alden Black then saves Floretta.

"Fuck up! I don't accept it! I should be with the vampire king!"

Erlina went on a rampage in that stuffy dungeon. The sound of his screams and cries, trapped within the layered stone walls. Several times he threw his fist at the surface of the gray stone.

"Other people may have thought that I wanted to be queen because I was looking for position and wealth. But what I want isn't just that. I really love that disabled vampire," Erlina's inner cry.

His hopes of being with Alden were dashed. The love between Floretta and Alden has been proven by the existence of amore magic. The magic can only be possessed by a couple who have a very strong inner relationship.

He was able to save his wife who was trapped inside the palace, when Ecarlatte Castle burned down due to civil war. King Vlad the four mentioned the name of the wife repeatedly, until the magic fire that shaded the palace was slowly extinguished. The soldiers came to the rescue of the queen.

"Is Alden as loving as a human being? Until they can create that magic?" murmured Erlina with a limp body.

His heart was sad, upset, eyes, and disappointed. Everything fused together and made it chaotic. Why would a vampire princess, wanted by all men in this country, lose to a human from the lower classes?

"ah! Is it possible that Floretta isn't actually human? But it seems impossible, deh. Because the blood of the vampires is black and smells like carrion. So who's that woman?"

Erlina again remembered the glass bottle containing Floretta's blood, which mysteriously disappeared. In his memory, he did not see Alden or Floretta taking and carrying the glass bottle with the thick red liquid.

"Ah, did one of the palace council members betray me?" the girl was suspicious. "If that were true, I would definitely crush his body to pieces," he murmured inwardly.

"You rest here, yeah. Don't go anywhere. Kak Later Madam Magenta will come to your company. I want to take care of the work first," Alden said as he kissed the wife's forehead gently.

Floretta who was lying on the bed, only nodded weakly. He returned Alden's kiss with a sweet kiss on the man's lips. Alden was a little surprised to see it, but then he smiled.

"Oh yes, the security here has been made layered. With high technology and also magic made by Kak Raven. So you're supposed to be safe" Alden said.

After saying goodbye to his wife, Alden also stepped foot to leave the room. Just a few steps, his HP rang. He then lifted it up.

"What's up, Lilac? How's it going in there?" ask Alden after the phone is connected.

"The two wounded guards are now conscious" Lilac, the palace doctor, said on the phone.

"Thank God then" Alden replied in relief.

"But there's still one more problem, Your Majesty. Lily Ivory's condition is getting worse. The poison already controlled forty percent of his body. He could only survive if he drank the pure blood of a human," Lilac replied, informing Alden of the servant's condition.

"Pure blood? Does that have to be? Do we have a pure blood supply? We haven't had it for decades" Alden said anxiously.

"But the only way he can be saved is only that way, Your Majesty," Lilac replied reassuring the vampire king.

"It must have been Erlina, right? I'll go see him, and ask him to make an antidote to the poison in Lily's body" Alden said.

"Unfortunately that way still can't, Your Majesty. This poison has magic power that can not be revoked again. Slowly this poison will dominate the body like a dangerous virus, until the owner of the body dies" explained the doctor.

"The only way to overcome this poison is with pure blood, because it is able to paralyze the poison in the body" explained the doctor.

"Ah, okay. How much longer can Lily last? We need to get together and work out a solution together" Alden said.

"I can't confirm it, Your Honor. But the estimate only lasted less than twenty-four hours" Lilac said.

"What's? That fast? All right, invite all the doctors, pharmacists and some team of experts. We're meeting right now" Alden ordered.

"Al, we need pure blood again? Why not use my blood? I'm the owner of pure blood, right?" floretta said as Alden finished speaking on the phone.
