"Library? Why did he bring me here? Is he going to kill me here, then make my skin the cover of a book?"
Principal Floretta was increasingly filled with questions, after they entered a library with a collection of old books on each shelf. Its unpacked walls, as well as rooms dominated by antique furniture, make Floretta seem to travel to the past three hundred or four hundred years ago.
"What do you think, anyway? Your face is so stiff as that mannequin?" scold Raven who looked back, to see Floretta.
"Eh, yes ... No, kok. I don't think much of anything" Floretta replied in a stifled voice in her throat.
Raven laughed seeing it. It was obvious that the woman was feeling very tense and frightened.
"He was laughing again. What rumors are those servants saying just to scare me? He said Prince Raven rarely smiled, let alone laughed," Floretta was puzzled.
"This is my personal library, one of my favorite places to be alone. My mom used to read books to both of us here" explains Raven.
"Ah, so, huh?" floretta muttered while looking around every corner of the library.
The medium-sized room looks very beautiful and is still neatly arranged. There was not the slightest stuffy air, although here there were no windows and air conditioning machines.
"All the objects in this place are still the same arrangement, as laid out by my mother first. Even all the furniture is the same.
Jemari Raven touched the back of the chair made of oak, then pointed to a row of photos of the Vampire Queen, Selene Blanche. The vampire queen looked very pretty like an angel, even without the fancy dress and tiara on her head.
"Eatingly this place is very forbidden for anyone to visit. Only Alden and I can get in. Every day, I'm the one who takes care of this place without servants" Raven added in a rather high tone.
"So, why did His Majesty bring me here?" floretta was confused.
Raven turned around as she stepped closer to Floretta, until she was pushed between the wall and the prince.
"Because maybe this is the last time you come to this place."
The friendly attitude that Raven had shown earlier, disappeared instantly. Now the vampire prince showed his savage face, with a pair of sharp fangs, and fiery red eyes.
The deg! Floretta's heart almost jumped to the floor, seeing the sudden change in attitude of the vampire.
"It turns out right, he came here to finish me off," inner Floretta with limp knees. The woman searched for her HP to ask for help as soon as possible.
"Your hp I keep in the dining room. After all no one knew the way to this place, except Alden and the retired butler," Raven said in a low voice, and grinned widely.
"Ampun, Prince. Don't hurt me" Floretta said tremblingly.
"I know you're the son of Zinnia Blue and Aldric Blue. Don't try to lie to me again, Blue," whispered Raven in Floretta's ear.
"Uh, what should I do?" thought Floretta was fretting.
"Are you conspiring with Alden, to bring me down even more? Is it not enough for him to ascend my throne and become a king?" said Raven yelling at Floretta
"I-I don't know about that at all. We just got to know each other, when he proposed to me at Kak Violetta's wedding" Floretta replied softly.
"lik! From the data I got, you were best friends when you were in SD," Raven replied while grieving.
"I really am, brother. Until now I don't know why Alden brought me here, either" Floretta assured her brother-in-law.
Raven's canine teeth are gone back. He then sat down on one of the sofa chairs filled with wood-carved ornaments.
"W-how could he say such a horrible thing while smiling?" Floretta swallowed his saliva, to alleviate the fear.
"After all, you passed some of the exams I gave you yesterday. As a prince, I can't just break a promise" Raven said.
"It turns out he's gentle too," Floretta's inner awe. However, he was confused about how to escape from this crisis.
"So now, explain to me why I should let you live and be the queen here. If your reason only wants to accompany Alden, I can't take it" Raven ordered.
"Don't be afraid Flo. I have to make sure that I am useful to this kingdom" Floretta murmured to herself.
"I know how painful it is when our existence is not considered. Despite trying," said Floretta lirih.
"What does that mean?"
"I know the prince has tried his best to become a great king. Even the prince's academic grades in military education are much higher than Alden's," Floretta explained.
"Not to be pretentious. You don't know anything about me" argued Raven.
"If His Majesty really wants to be king, why didn't His Majesty destroy Alden? There's plenty of opportunity to kill him without a trace, and then rise to be king in his place." Floretta paused her sentence for a moment, to catch her breath.
"But His Majesty didn't do all that, did he? His Majesty is trying to be king in another way. So I presume, that Your Majesty is not as cruel and evil as they think," Floretta said again.
Raven laughed at the compliment. "Do you know how many vampires and humans I've killed? And you're still saying that I'm not that cruel?" said Raven.
"Your Majesty just needs someone to be trusted. I don't know what this palace was like. But I'm sure there must have been a misunderstanding until His Majesty was considered a cruel prince" Floretta said.
"So you think I deserve to be king? Then Alden wants you to kill him?" ask Raven.
"I can't decide such a heavy thing alone. But I believe, Your Majesty has a good side that no one else has ever seen" Floretta said.
"Oh, I get your point. So you want to look me in the face, by praising me, then stab me in the back, right?" said Raven.
"I know, the Blue family is a distinguished family that has a higher education. But you were not raised by their families. So I'm not sure you have the same skills" Raven said.
"So what else should I do, for the prince to believe?" floretta said almost desperately. Will it really end today?
"You may not be able to answer all my wishes, but you can certainly meet my needs."
Srak! Raven opened her shirt and threw it at the chair. His chest which field was clearly displayed. Her skin was very white and pale, paler than Floretta thought.
"W-what did the prince do?"
Floretta retreated away from Alden, and moved towards the door. However, the old wooden door had already been locked first by the cunning Raven.
"If it's this one, you can do it, right?" Raven squeezed Floretta's body against the wall, until her chest was level, touching the soft part behind Floretta's shirt.
"No, Prince. I don't want to do it!" floretta shouted while struggling.
