MINERVO 59: The Cursed Creature

"WOAH! BRO! YOU'RE HOME, HUH!?"

When Paul and Cherry darted out of the living room, went outside the door, to confirm what was going on there until the sound of iron was struck, and they found a green-haired man standing outside the gate, two hands clutching a black gun. It was Jeddy, and he seemed happy to see Paul with Cherry on the front porch. Paul furrowed his brows, and Cherry puffed her cheeks.

"Cherry thinks that's what sound!? It's just Jeddy, huh? Disappointing! Hm!" Cherry turned her face to the side, displaying an expression so resounding.

"Sorry-sorry!" Jeddy immediately ran fast, entered the gate, climbed the steps, and stood opposite Paul and Cherry on the veranda. Jeddy scratched the back of his head that was not itchy with a laugh. "Haha! His voice must have surprised you, yes! I actually went downtown to buy this! Bro!" Jeddy showed Paul and Cherry the two guns with beaming faces. "Last night I saw it on the internet, and they said, this is the latest model! And this is only sold in Swart City! So the next morning I went to buy this! Heheheh! And I just tried it out in front of the gate! These two pistols point at the iron gates of your house and I'm shocked! Bro! "THAT-THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE! BRO!" Jeddy immediately shrieked after hearing that, staring at Cherry's face that was puffing cheeks in front of him. "I can't possibly shoot a little girl like Cherry! He's too cute to be an experiment! Bro!"

"Don't think Cherry will melt with that fist! Cherry won't melt, you know! Cherry will prove to Jeddy that Cherry is a strong girl! Strong in holding down the cradle and pusan of Jeddy's fist! Remember that well! Jeddy!" While saying that, Cherry walked quickly to the door, leaving Jeddy alone there.

"Eh? I'm that bad, aren't I?" Jeddy gawked, astonished by the words of Cherry who seemed to fortify himself from him. But a second later, Jeddy laughed again. "Huhahah! Just-there's!"

Just as the three of them were sitting in a chair, suddenly, Jeddy asked Paul a question. "Where are Nico, Colin, and his New Hero, Bro!? You just got back from Cocoa, right? I'm curious about the hero, Bro!"

Paul was silent for a moment. "They haven't come yet."

"Eh? Haven't come?" Cherry flinched to hear that, she did not expect Paul to go home alone, without bringing his party as usual. "Come can!? They should have come with you, right!? What's up, Paul!? Did something happen to them!? Tell Cherry! Cherry might help! Go, say! Paul!"

Jeddy also nodded his head, telling him he was ready to help if something bad happened to Nico, Colin, and the new hero. At first Paul hesitated to explain it, but over time, he began to get stupid with it, and he immediately told me everything that happened in Cocoa City until the moment when he was at Roswel Castle, on Jeddy and Cherry, of course with a flat and uninspired language.

Despite that, Jeddy and Cherry understood it well, they were flabbergasted after hearing that.

"No need" said Paul casually. "You don't have to help, it'll just make the problem bigger. If you search for their whereabouts and disappear, then my struggle to find you in Groen City and Poppe, will end in vain." Paul exhaled by holding his two napees on his knees. "Let me look for him, after all, it's my responsibility as a mentor."

"But-" Just as Jeddy was about to interrupt Paul's words, suddenly a loud scream came from the kitchen, causing the three of them, reflexively, to turn towards the room.

Paul, Cherry, and Jeddy, rushing towards the kitchen room in a hurry, they looked anxious at the cry of a familiar woman. They wish everything was okay, even though right now, their heart is beating faster than usual.

And the moment they reached the kitchen, something unexpected was clearly displayed before them.

Elena-Her mother Paul-was tightly hugging Naomi's back, preventing the movement of the hooded girl who appeared to be rampaging and in her right hand, grasping a sharp knife. Elena and Naomi were still near the stove, the nightstand and the kitchen utensil storage sideboard, while across from them, there was Koko who was standing with a trembling body and her head was drowned. Naomi was like a possessed person, growling with a sharp gaze fixed on Koko.

"WHAT'S THIS, MOM!?"

After arriving with Cherry and Jeddy, Paul is shocked to see the incident, the three of them do not understand why Naomi looks like she wants to stab Koko.

"Please help me stop Naomi! He wants to kill Koko! Please! Paul's! Come here!"

Paul and Jeddy immediately shuffled up to Naomi and locked the hand and foot movements of the hooded girl. Cherry quickly grabbed the knife Naomi was holding and kept it in a safe place, after which, the little girl immediately approached Koko to calm the beautiful man down.

"Why would he want to kill Koko, Mom!?" ask Paul who doesn't understand this. Not just Paul. Cherry, and Jeddy do not understand why a polite girl like Naomi suddenly turned violent like this.

"HE IS A DAMNED CREATURE!" Suddenly Naomi screamed loudly, making everyone's attention on her. Naomi said it with bulging eyes and index finger pointing towards Koko. "God hates people like him! We have to kill him! Otherwise, the apocalypse will be drawing closer! I don't want to. side by side with a creature like that!"

A second later, Koko started to make a sound.

"Please, don't hurt Naomi, let her move on to me." Koko told Elena, Paul, and Jeddy after holding her head up. "I was shocked at Naomi's reaction, too, when she was a very nice girl. Even in Sablo City, she was willing to put a veil on my head, and when I told her that I was a man, Naomi was just shocked but not up to this." Koko exhaled slowly. "It's okay. Let Naomi move, please."
