"She can't be saved anymore" said a female doctor, describing Abbas's condition to Paul and Isabella in a special patient room. Abbas was closed on the bed that was provided in this room. Isabella and Paul were shocked when they heard the doctor's words. "His poison had gnawed away the entire body of this young man, he was already beyond help. His heart stopped beating."
"Th-That's impossible! Don't say it as if he's dead! That's not possible! Check it again! I'm sure he's alive! He's not dead! I'm sure it is!"
Paul did not want to accept the doctor's statement easily, there must have been a mistake. There must be some confusion. There must be some awkwardness. People like Abbas, it's impossible to die that easily. Paul believed one hundred percent in his beliefs.
"Paul, calm down" Isabella gently touched Paul's shoulder. "I know, it must have hurt, right? When your friend is presumed dead by a doctor. I understand your feelings. But we can't do anything. If the doctor says that, inevitably, we have to believe it. Because every speech from a doctor, has been through checking, examination, and research, of course in accordance with the facts that are happening. So, we have to accept it, Paul."
Paul immediately brushed off the touch of Isabella's hand that landed on her shoulder, then turned to Isabella's face with a terrible expression. "I hate people who believe in other people's statements. Shut up or I'll crush your bones, Isabella."
Isabella choked, she immediately pulled back her right hand that had touched Paul's shoulder and closed her mouth to no longer speak anything. The situation is not possible, Paul is not in normal mode. He was in wrathful mode, and it was quite frightening.
The woman, who has served as a doctor for decades, was shocked by Paul's unacceptable attitude to his statement. Only this time he saw someone angry and did not accept his words, even assuming his work must have been a mistake. That's very unnatural.
"I'm sorry," the woman stuck to her research that had been done with nurses in the operating room. "I've tried my best to eliminate the toxins that are in these male organs, but, that's not enough. His poison had destroyed many vital organs, and his heart had stopped beating because it was disturbed by the activity of the poison. I'm hard to tell you, but that's all we can do. And I, along with the other nurses, have decided that the man named Abbas is gone."
For some reason, Paul was shaken at the doctor's words, it felt like the world was spinning around in his head, dizzying. Ah, this hurts. It's suffocating. It's depressing. Paul would not shed his tears anymore.
"No." Paul wiped his nearly dripping tears and stared intently at the doctor. "He's not dead! Abbas is not dead! He's still alive! Abbas is alive! Pull that word back! Hurry along!"
"sorry. But that's the truth."
"ASSHOOK!" Paul immediately swung his fist towards the doctor's face, his mind was out of control, he did so reflexively irritated at the fact described by the doctor.
"Stop it, Mister." Suddenly someone's voice came from behind, right from behind the door. Her voice is so familiar. Even Paul to stop the movement of his hands that almost hit the face of a doctor. "Don't hurt an innocent man, sir."
Isabella, the doctor, and Paul turned to the door, watching a shadow standing behind the door.
"Who is that?" Isabella jerks. "Why does he call Paul 'master'?"
"R-Rosweel!?" Paul remembered someone. "That's your voice, right!?"
"Rosewell?" Isabella looked at Paul in shock. "Your acquaintance?"
The door was slowly opened, showing a foot clad in a black robe that was perfectly sealed, slowly appearing to be that of a tall man in pale white, black hair, cold eyes, and, and a friendly face. Smoothly, he stepped into the room, coming at the people present in the room.
Isabella was struck by the man's mysterious elegant appearance, and was, indeed, not only handsome, but his aura was alluring. A cold feeling instantly burst out, filling this room, as the pale-skinned man walked in. It feels cool and soothing.
"We meet again, Mr. Paul," Roswel's eyeballs shifted towards Isabella and Abbas. "Ah, nice to meet you, Miss Isabella," Isabella was surprised when the man could find out her name. "And I mourn the death of Mr. Abbas."
Paul gnashed his jaw when Roswel said so. "Abbas is not dead! Goddamn bum! He's alive!"
"But he is dead, sir. What the woman said," Roswel pointed to the doctor's position with a glance. "is the truth. Mr. Abbas is gone, he died a few hours ago. However," Roswel began to sing her faint smile, leaving Paul, Isabella, and the doctor, astonished. "I have a way to get Mr. Abbas back."
"How?" Isabella and the doctor were stunned to hear him, saying the same thing with a pair of words.
"Tell me how! Whatever I do!"
Roswel was pleased to hear Paul's eager answer, as if ready to face any obstacle in order to revive one of his disciples, Abbas.
"You must get the antidote, sir. That's the easiest way out of all the ways there are." Roswel noticed Abbas lying on the bed in this room. "And the antidote to the poison is in Lizzie's hands, you must take it as soon as possible, Sir. Before morning comes back."
Suddenly, Paul immediately ran to get out of the room, hit a lot of other people's shoulders in the hallway, he continued to run fast to go to the location where Lizzie was. When Paul's whereabouts were gone, Isabella asked Roswel, because there was something strange in the conversation just now.
"Actually, who are you, Roswel?" asked Isabella, who had met the figure for the first time. "You're saying it like you know everything we've been through. You are not with us at all. You know my name, you know Abbas's condition, you know the tomboy's name, and you know the antidote to the poison. You're very mysterious. I don't think you're human like us. Tell me who you are. Roswell?"
Hearing the question, Roswel turned to Isabella casually, then smiled warmly. "I'm a nobody, Miss" Roswel said kindly to Isabella. "I'm just a lowly servant. Lower than anything in the world. That's it."
"Although you said so, too," Isabella shook her head. "It just feels weird. Come on, tell me the truth, who are you, Roswel?"
"Sometimes you will know. In that case," Roswel immediately flicked his robe. "See you later, Miss." And his existence was immediately vanished from the presence of Isabella and the doctor.
The two women gasped when they saw a human form that suddenly disappeared from sight, it was too magical.
"D-He must be a witch" said the woman, who is a doctor. "Is your friend related to witches?"
"Witch? I don't think so" said Isabella, responding to the doctor's question. "And I know the scent of a witch is not like that, I once made love to a male witch, and the person named Roswel earlier, does not have the typical scent of a witch. She didn't seem to be a witch or a human, either" Isabella smiled her bitter smile. "Could he be a monster?"
