“ Anyway, we have to turn on a song that is loud and has a different tone! Remember the last time I asked you to come with me to observe zombies? At that time we see that the zombies ignore the sound of speakers that have been burning for too long.” Evan hints with a burning spirit, until he himself has difficulty regulating his breathing. “Some of us are going there. Or it's all up too! I don't care anymore! To be sure, we should immediately lure those zombies away from the exit gate. Or we will never be able to escape from here.”
“Alright,” replied Abian after taking pains to swallow his own saliva. “So, I have to go to the place of Ms Danita, Mr Gunawan, and Trisha to deliver this? Why didn't we join the kayak before, anyway?” Abian continued to grumble while looking down from his place and Evan was perched now. They were far above, riding on one of the air balloon rides that seemed to be stuck or damaged so that it never landed. The air balloon kept swinging violently every time Evan and Abian moved slightly. I don't know how many times Abian bit her tongue so as not to scream in fear.
“I told you, we continue to be an easy target for zombies because we move in quite large groups. You think there are how many survivors in this Playground?”Evan snorted loudly before continuing to speak. “I guarantee, whoever it is, they just move alone or both. There are no five!”
“But you said it's okay if we go to the Information Center together?”
“That's because this time we did want to lure those zombies to chase us before they all end up interested because of the sound.” Evan suddenly stood up, making the air balloon basket sway violently, without mengedilankan Abian who ended up whining in fear. “For now, just convey the results of our discussion first. Also tell me that in 10 minutes we must be ready to leave. I'll keep an eye on it from here before catching up to it.”
Abian shuddered in horror. He himself did not remember how he and Evan could get into a hot air balloon. Now, he just has to come down? Is it possible that he can jump and land by rolling over like the main character in an action movie? However, humans are different from cats that are able to land safely no matter how high they jump.
Finally, firmly Abian shook his head. “No. You go down, I'll wait here. If any zombies follow you, I'll signal the sound.”
Evan seemed unhappy to hear that. His jaw hardened while his sitting position increased upright along with his loud-sounding breath. Abian remained in his stance, because after all, the zombies outside were much more terrifying than Evan. When Evan suddenly smiled cynically at him, Abian reconsidered his decision.
“You sure you want to watch?” evan asked in an understatement. “You have to give me a sound signal if there are zombies, but that means you lure zombies to go towards you. If until you doubt or fear and do not warn me, my life will end in the hands of zombies and you will bear the guilt of a lifetime.”
“Evan! Don't worry!”
“I'm serious!”
“No! You are not serious! You're just trying to make me retreat because you don't want any changes to your plans in the slightest!”
Evan and Abian suddenly fell silent after Abian just exploded. Though the young man still keeps his voice from sounding too loud, but still the effect of his complaint makes Evan stunned. The haughty young man seemed to have trouble responding to Abian for a few seconds before he clicked his tongue.
“What if I did? I'm much better than you who can't do anything and just keep whining to be saved.”
Maybe because Evan indirectly stuck fangs into his heart. Incised a wound there that made Abian's self-esteem immediately plunge to the most basic floor.
Without saying anything, Abian finally stood up slowly, holding onto the end of the hot air balloon basket. Looking back and forth until he finally found a thick and large rope that held the balloon so as not to soar far into the sky. At that time only Abian remembered that indeed he and Evan climbed the hot air balloon by climbing the rope.
Now Abian just needs to slide down while holding on. Supposedly, it's easier to do than climb, right?
However, Abian's body, especially his hands and feet did not stop shaking. His teeth would also be grinding violently if he did not clench his jaw firmly. Abian was really scared and didn't want to do this. Too bad he had to do it if he still wanted to have a face in front of Evan. Actually, from the beginning, why did Abian follow Evan? Everything would have been much better if he had chosen to join Trisha and her two teachers.
“You're red?” evan asked while holding his chest. He raised his eyebrows with a look of disdain. “Still not too late. I don't mind replacing you, as long as you don't mind taking the risk either.”
“Already silent! You don't have to keep reminding me!” amuk Abian to Evan who has disturbed his concentration. Abian really needed time to gather all his courage, but Evan's voice continued to disperse his focus.
Not wanting to continue hearing her friend's annoying voice that never acted like a friend, Abian finally took a deep breath and started crawling out of the basket. First he reached out and clasped tightly onto the rope of mine which was his last hope at this time. After feeling stable enough, Abian began to move forward, with the intention of wrapping both of his legs to the rope.
“Aaaakh!”
Abian slipped until now he just ended up hanging. In panic he continued to thrash, trying to lift his legs up in order to get stuck on the rope. However, everything was much more difficult than he had imagined. His palm rubbing against the mine was hot as if it was burning, while his arm bearing the weight of his body seemed to be pulled down and almost broke off. Every time Abian tried to point his legs up, he felt a tremendous pain in the abdomen.
The two young man's eyes began to water. Throwing away all prestige and shame, Abian finally called Evan for help.
Evan's face appeared from behind the basket with a very unpleasant expression. He casually walked up to Abian and touched the soft hand of his friend who was still holding on. “You are not far away! See it? I can even touch your hands from here easily. Don't panic too much! If you can't, just come back here or jump down!”
