“Argh! Why hasn't this fucking tie been torn off, too? Shit!” sumpat Taka while trying to bite the tie that ties his hands. He even used the help of his feet, hoping to slightly loosen the bond between the plate tie with a tie. However, nil. Instead of the bond that was loose, Taka actually felt his teeth and body ache because he was too trying hard with various positions.
Meanwhile, several zombies had already started approaching him from various sides. The nearest zombie was a half-body zombie that had since approached Taka unyieldingly. No matter how crushed his body was due to being kicked so many times by the young man, the zombie still lifted up while growling violently. His two eyes that rolled back really made Taka shudder in horror.
“Enyah you all! Stay away from me! You are just mindless creatures who are busy thrashing and pounding like hot worms!”
I don't know how many oaths Taka made. If the undead still had a little consciousness, maybe now they were already offended or even more rampaging. Unfortunately, they still did not show any reaction and just continued to try to bite or hit Taka with all their might. Taka began to be overwhelmed to repel all attacks by using only his two legs.
Until suddenly his right leg was restrained because it was bitten by one of the zombies. Taka was still lucky enough, as he wore thick shoes that prevented the mouth of the disgusting creature from touching his skin, but the young man had so much trouble breaking away that he let his shoes slip off his feet.
Taka shuddered in horror realizing that his defense was collapsing. He can no longer use his right leg to kick if he does not want to be bitten. However, it was impossible for him to continue kicking with his left foot, as his entire body was now extremely exhausted and not powered up.
“Cannot be! Will I die like this in the end?” Taka started thinking about the no-no. His face that had originally continued to be decorated with ignorant and bold expressions now began to pale and looked frightened. “Yang is right! The end of my life should have been so much cooler than this!”
No human being in the world can choose how they will be born, nor guess exactly how they will die. Even humans who scratched their own hands could have re-awakened in the Hospital if it was not time to leave this world. Taka always understood that, but all this time he considered himself an exception. That he is powerful enough to determine his own destiny.
It was that confidence that was able to make him survive since the zombie attack began. He can maintain his composure and save himself well. Not one bit afraid to see the chaos that occurred. Not in the slightest did he shudder in horror at the bloodshed happening right before his eyes. In fact, he was able to gather a little useful information about zombies that until now he still keeps meetings alone.
However, it turns out that being very close to the zombies is still able to make Taka feel the extraordinary horror he has never felt before. Especially when he could clearly see the gaping wounds and pale skin of the undead. Although there are no maggots or disgusting rotten animals that he usually sees on zombies in the film, Taka still feels nauseous and almost takes out his entire stomach just like that.
The young man's brain kept reminding him to stay calm and alert. Only, his body reacted faster. Taka struggled violently, trying to keep the zombies away from him.
“Go all of you! Just go! Why are you so eager to attack me, huh? You wimps! How dare to play a game!”
Buk up!
One of the zombies collided head to head with Taka to make a loud enough sound. Taka's vision until it turned around. His body fell silent, no longer moving until finally became an easy target for the zombies who continued to growl or stomp nearby with their mouths open.
Perhaps because there was no more resistance or shouting that attracted attention, it did not take long for the zombies to stop attacking Taka. They still look convulsing and growling occasionally, but they no longer bite and are just busy drumming in their own place. Over time, the zombies began to spread, away from the poor body of Taka who was now lying with a face almost unrecognizable.
The red color covered almost his entire body. Both of his hands that were detached from the bond as he was attacked drooped weakly on both sides of the body. He had not lost a single limb, but if someone were to see him at this moment, they would definitely think that Taka had just been attacked by a raging bear. There was absolutely no sign of life left from the young man.
Many flies started flying around him, when suddenly one of his hands moved and caught the fly. Crush it by clenching your fist.
Taka widened his eyes and looked at the still bright sky as if laughing at his fate.
“I thought I wouldn't die. But it turned out to be more agonizing than I imagined,” muttered the young man while trying to get up. He grimaced in pain as he slightly touched his face that was covered in bite wounds. He was forced to grab the part of the tie that was still quite long and wrapped it originally on his face. Trying to cover all parts except the eyes, nose, and mouth. Too bad the length of the tie is not enough, so it only covers the top and makes Taka like using a mask of Batman figures.
Taka watched the zombie closest to him. His hands stretched out, trying to draw any reaction from the zombie.
“Already expected,” he said when he saw the zombie was chasing his hand before stopping because he hit hard. “These zombies chased back my hand even after being hit not because of anger, but because they were stupid to the point of forgetting that they had been hit.”
Taka knew that what he had said made no sense, but he did not care. The entire time he spent lurking over the replica of the previous palace earned him a lot of knowledge about zombies that he could not translate into a sentence or two. The most important thing is that he knows what he will do from now on.
“There's no way I'm going home with this kind of situation, right?” Taka asked himself as he continued to grope his body. Starting from the head to the tip of the foot. He breathed a little relief after confirming that his injuries were much lighter than he had expected. “Then, I stay here only.”
The young man stood up with an expanding smile on his face. Although her lips were slightly torn at one end, Taka still pulled the corners of her lips wide. “I will no longer care if I can get out of here or not. Clearly, I must take my revenge on those unlucky brothers!”
Laughter sounded loud from the young man. He easily twitched from some zombies that approached because they were attracted by his voice. “If necessary, I will just destroy all the remaining humans in this place!”
