With a furious move, Wildan returned to the Apartment he had rented during his stay in Germany. I don't know what else he should do now. Even his rival is not only Elrich but there is Raymond who makes him even more upset.
If he had been able to come faster to the police station, he would have taken Abrine out of there first.
His phone rang and it was a number from Indonesia. This must be a call from my mom.
"Why, Ma?" ask without further ado.
"Erland, how? Can you win Abrine's heart yet?"
He took a deep breath. "Win what, Ma? Mama think this is a cracker eating race? It's not that easy, Ma! Even meeting Abrine is hard!" his weakness.
"That's how you're getting red, anyway! Remember dong, Abrine was your first love. You should be able to get him at all costs." Erica fully supported her son.
How not, Erika was indeed waiting for the moment where Elrich was destroyed after Wildan actually managed to snatch Abrine from the man's side. It was impressed to use his own son, but it did not hurt Wildan. If later managed to seize the Abrine it would also please Wildan himself, he thought.
After hearing Erika's advice and ultimatum. Wildan feels his passion to meet Abrine is back on fire. He must be able to make Abrine turn away from his temporary marriage to Elrich. So, his efforts to fly to Germany will not be in vain.
While there, Abrine himself was confused to see the attitude of her husband who suddenly became quiet. Elrich, why? During the time they were married, El never showed this kind of attitude?
Indeed, sometimes they fight small, but always finish quickly and end up with an apology either from El or from Abrine's own mouth.
"El, I'm going shopping first. In the supermarket below," Abrine said referring to a supermarket on the bottom floor of the apartment building they occupy.
"Hmmm...." Elrich lightly replied, and Abrine left before him without a word.
Elrich chose to be quiet not because he was angry at Abrine.
Indeed, his status is Abrine's husband, but why all the things he should know more about his wife are even known by other men who are nobody.
She's upset. Yeah, but angry at himself.
She jealous. Clearly he knew that Raymond was the man Abrine had loved for a long time.
"Arkh!" El punching air.
Actually he felt guilty for his wife because she was always the last person to know everything about Abrine.
About Hypothermia Abrine at the time. He's Abrine's husband, he's a doctor, but Raymond knows it first.
And now when Abrine entered the police station, he even came last and after the matter was settled by Raymond.
She feels she doesn't function as Abrine's husband. When Abrine needed him, he was always unreliable. Though he had volunteered for Abrine to make him the first person who should have helped his own wife. In fact, he can't.
Abrine himself was busy choosing the groceries he would cook for dinner. El also came home early today. She would cook for her husband.
He thought, El silenced him because he was jealous. He can understand that. Abrine does not want to drag on, she is a simple woman and does not want to think about the silence of El into his heart. It will be good on its own, he thought.
"Wilda?" Abrine was surprised to find Wildan among the rows of food arranged on the shelves in the supermarket.
"Abrine?" Wildan also seemed unexpected. He was happy, this afternoon he was able to meet Abrine again after an unpleasant meeting that occurred this morning at the Police Station.
"What are you doing, Brine?" ask Wildan.
Abrine shouldn't have said hello to Wildan, he should have acted as if he hadn't seen the man. But, he had already said hello so inevitably he had to serve this man's question.
"Shop, as you can see," Abrine said, showing him his shopping cart.
"Would you cook some mushroom soup?" guess Wildan when he saw the woman's basket.
"You knew? Hehe yes, that's it." Abrine.
"It's not hard to guess."
"Yes, you're good at culinary." Abrine recalled a glance if Wildan had a restaurant food business, so it was no wonder that he could guess what Abrine would cook.
"You live in this apartment?"
Abrine just smiled and did not answer that. He felt his residence should be given privacy.
Looking at Abrine who was silent, Wildan was able to draw a conclusion. Well, even though he couldn't ask further on what floor Abrine was staying on because of this woman's silence.
"Wil, I'm sorry, I think I should go back. Bye."
Wildan knew Abrine wanted to avoid him and would not continue this talk again. Abrine himself thought their discussion was not very important. Her husband at home was more important, surely El was waiting for her. He'll cook El soon after this.
"Brine, wait!" Wildan prevented Abrine's move. He even held the woman's wrist.
Abrine took a quick glance at Wildan's hand that wrapped around his hand. Slowly, Wildan understood that Abrine objected to his touch.
"Sorry." Wildan showed his condescension. "But I just want you to hear one thing from me" he added.
"What?" Abrine wouldn't want to hear anymore if Wildan's talk this time was about feelings.
"Sorry, Brine. Do you know about Pevita?"
Abrine nodded. "Yes, Pevita El's ex-boyfriend. Why?" tanyanya relax.
"Do you also know if he's dead?"
"Yes, I know that." Abrine chose to wait to hear Wildan's next remark, because his discussion this time actually discussed things that Abrine did not expect before.
"He had an abortion. You know that, right?"
"Yes, I know. Then why, Wil? What exactly do you want to say?"
"Aren't you afraid if you're pregnant and El's sister asks you to have an abortion too?"
Just touching Wildan's question made Abrine uproar.
"Wildam! Where could El have asked me for an abortion. If I were pregnant, it was her child, she wouldn't have told me to do that!"
Wildan shook his head. "I'm sure he asked Pevita to do it."
"That's because Pevita was carrying another man's child," Abrine replied still chuckling. "You might even propose the same thing if your lover betrays you, Wil!" coined.
"Are you sure?" wildan asked seriously, his eyes glaring sharply at Abrine.
"You mean?"
"Are you sure it wasn't El's son? Who told you that? Did El's own brother say that it wasn't his son?"
"Yes, El said it."
Wildan smiled bitterly. "No man would admit his guilt if it could hurt themselves, Brine!"
Abrine speechless. He looked at Wildan with a puzzled look.
"There may be Kak El telling you that he impregnated Pevita at that time. He'll lose you if he's honest, right? So he must have covered it up."
Abrine shook his head violently. "Son, I believe El is telling the truth."
"It's up to you, Brine. Obviously, I don't want your fate to be the same as Pevita's. When you were pregnant, El asked you for an abortion. Who knows? Yeah, well, maybe El's not ready to be a dad yet." Wildan sniffed his shoulders.
"You're wrong, El actually really wants me to get pregnant fast." Abrine answered confidently. He knew El was ready to be a father.
"Oh, huh?" Wildan curled his lips. "Or.... Brother El wants you to get pregnant fast because he wants to atone for his sin on Pevita?"
"You mean?"
"So, maybe she'll think of you as Pevita if you get pregnant later. Brother El loved Pevita very much and he was devastated when Pevita died. That's what I know."
Abrine chuckled softly. "That was, Wil. Now I'm his wife and he just loves me. No need to talk to you too!" abrine said that's quite emotional now.
Abrine passed by in a huff. Did El lie to him? Even if El says he made Pevita pregnant, Abrine would still accept the man. Because everyone has a past, right?
Abrine knew El loved Pevita. But now there's him on El's side. Is it possible that El still can't forget her ex-lover?
"Oh my God, should I be jealous of a dead man?" abrine's mind is getting riled up.
