28. I am your future husband

That day Abrine and El finally visit the Airish ward together. They also see a beautiful baby born Airish with a smile. Elrich also seemed very happy with the baby. He took the baby into a chat, until Abrine who was holding the baby looked astonished.

"Do you like children very much?" whiskey Abrine.

"Yes, I love babies. Babies are born clean without sin. The baby should be well cared for with a complete family."

"Then?" Now Aarav is the one who said. "Why did he turn into a surgeon?" tanyakanya.

Elrich shrugged his shoulders. "My luck is just being a surgeon" he replied, chuckling softly.

In the afternoon, Abrine, Elrich and Nev return to the main house. Raya is still waiting for Airish in the hospital. Aarav and Rahelsa have also returned to their own homes.

Nev went straight into his room because he was so tired. Abrine and Elrich are still in the living room.

"I'm going to your room, you go to your room. I called Bi Yana to get her ready. You remember where it is, don't you?" abrine said to El.

Elrich shook his head slowly. "I'll stay at the hotel."

Hearing that Abrine looked at the old El. "Why?" tanyanya.

"nothing. I don't think it's okay if we stay one roof before we get married."

Abrine laughed at Elrich's words. "Hey, Doctor! Even if we are married later, it is still not good if we have to live together. Well, I think staying in a hotel was a good decision" he said.

Elrich thought Abrine would stop him, but the girl agreed. He doesn't know why he would prefer to stay in a hotel. Even though in this house he and Abrine occupy different rooms. He's on the ground floor and Abrine's on the 2nd floor. But, ever since she saw Abrine and Raymond this morning, she somehow felt that there was something else on her own. He was doubtful about his own control.

"Yes, I'm gone."

Abrine nodded. He himself actually wanted to prevent El's intentions, but he realized that the man had already fortified himself even before they were married. Abrine was once again at the crossroads of self-doubt. Should this marriage continue?

"El.." -...."

Elrich turned his head because of Abrine's call.

"Yes?"

"No, it's okay. Go!" Abrine tried to comment on the smile and Elrich nodded slowly.

The next day, Abrine was still busy with work. He's serious about his phone, he's doing his job in Nev's office until he doesn't realize Elrich's in the room.

Elrich sat on the couch in the room, crossed his legs and crossed his arms. He looked at the busy Abrine. A smile curled from both corners of her lips. This activity feels futile, a waste of time. Elrich knew it, but I don't know. He was happy with this, watching Abrine blabbering over the phone and occasionally appearing to take notes on paper at the desk.

Abrine gasped in shock when he realized that someone was sitting down and watching him closely. He held his own chest in his surprise. However, Abrine tries to refocus on Anne's speech from across the call until the call is over.

"Why? Are you afraid of your own future husband?"

"Don't say that, El. You say as if you were a real husband!" Abrine thumped, inexplicably El's gaze this time seemed more intense to him so as to make him flutter. He tried to look busy by arranging all his files on the table without daring to clash with El.

Elrich got up from his position, he went to the table where Abrine was there. "I'm your future husband, right?" ask as the position approaches.

"Huh? Yes, fake husband.." murmured Abrine listlessly.

Elrich only smiled faintly in response to the girl's murmur. While Abrine, he couldn't understand what El's smile meant.

"El, there's actually something I want to tell you."

"What?" El's gaze drew back to Abrine's heart, making him tremble. Why does this man's view now look different? I don't know what's wrong with him.

"I-I-I want to ask you. Have you no doubts about our marriage?"

"No. Wh why? You hesitating?"

Abrine swallowed his laborious saliva. "Yeah" he finally answered.

"What makes you doubt?"

"I thought we were going to split up after one of us found true love, right?"

Elrich nodded. It was indeed the deal Abrine made to him, even though he was determined not to have a farewell.

"But ... after I think about it, it will hurt me later."

"Destructive how?"

"Yes, if we separate, my status changes to .... to. I don't want to bear that status El," Abrine said lowered his face.

Elrich smiled faintly. "Then, let's not part!" lightly said.

For whatever reason, Abrine was very speechless with El's words that sounded very good.

"El?"

"Well, how about we be honest with each other without covering anything up...."

Hearing that Abrine was wide-eyed. Honestly what does El mean? What is honest about his feelings that have indeed violated their agreement?

"What are you covering up for me, El?" asked Abrine in a doubtful tone.

Elrich chuckles. "Nothing" he answered lying. "Oh, don't think about it. I'm gonna take you out today." Elrich again melted the atmosphere that had award. Or rather he dodged, after he thought through it, he himself hesitated to admit to Abrine about everything, including about the accident incident that he still covered up to this point from Abrine.

"Where?" ask Abrine.

"Where, I don't know this country."

Abrine immediately remembered something. He once said he wanted to try a popular menu at Wildan's restaurant. Although Abrine does not know what the problems are in their family, but Abrine wants Elrich to make peace with Erika, because for Abrine, they are still mother and child. And he also wants to reunite Elrich and Wildan as brother and sister.

"I want to try my favorite menu at a restaurant. Do you mind?"

"No, I'll accompany you." Elrich did not suspect the slightest of Abrine's calls that sounded natural. He agreed to the girl's wish.
