50. In dire need
El arrives at his residence before Abrine returns home. He actually came to Villa Edgar just to clarify Erika's revelation about her birth mother. After that, he immediately returned.
When he arrived, he found his morning breakfast cold. Sangking rushed to his father's villa, he did not have time to taste the breakfast prepared by his wife.

El was not angry, he had a faint smile. "I'm not Mama Naina's son, Brine," he later said.
Abrine speechless. He understands now, El is in a phase of not being okay. Just last night El told about the past of his romance that ended badly, now El must face another reality about his origins. Worse, all of this is revealed when El was just married to Abrine.
"Are you going to leave me, Brine? My origin is unclear. I don't know who my mother is."
Abrine shakes. He rubbed El's broad shoulders with a concerned look.
"Said dad, he married my mother before he married Mama Naina. It's not an affair." El smiled miris. "Should I look for my mother, Brine? I just wanted to ask her, why did she leave me when I was still red and didn't know anything!?"
Abrine clasped El's fingers, linking them to hers.
"You know El, not all the questions in life will be answered immediately, and so will your problems. But remember, all these questions have answers. Most importantly, you must be patient and prepare yourself until the time comes that you will receive the answer."
El stared into his wife's tanned bead. Abrine smiled warmly at him and it was quite soothing to his gloomy soul at this moment.
"All problems have a solution. You're being tested because you're capable. Don't ask God to take away your problems, but ask that your shoulders be strengthened so that you can carry them."
El's gaze changed, he felt special because he had been sent a woman who could handle things very wisely and maturely like Abrine. He's hard to say now.
"You know, baby. Can you stay by my side longer?"
"Forever, El.." said Abrine confidently and the answer was very soothing to El's soul.
El grabbed her body and held her tightly. How much he needed the support of those closest to him.
