Anna dropped the diary book in her hand and covered her mouth in disbelief. Suddenly a sense of anxiety and fear enveloped his heart.

No!!!! No way!!!! It's not Alex!!!!!

Anna's hands trembled and her eyes began to glaze over. His heart is beating fast. No!!! It's not Alex!! anna assured in her heart.

Slowly Anna tried to regulate her heartbeat and exhaled her breath slowly. He has to make sure himself that Alex is okay now.

Anna quickly steps out of the house to meet Alex. However, when Anna just came out of the door, she immediately passed her father who had just arrived home.

"Where are you going???" ask William sharply.

Anna held her breath and clenched her hands firmly staring at William,

"I have to go somewhere to make sure of something" Anna said impatiently.

William squinted his eyes and looked at Anna's face that looked worried about something.

"I'm not letting you out of this house!!!" sharpened says.

Anna looked at William sharply and tried to hold back her anger.

"I don't need your permission!!!" anna said sharply and tried to walk back past William.

But William quickly held Anna's hand,

"Take me off!!!!" anna tried to remove her hand from William's grip.

"Take him into his room and lock the door!!!" william's orders to his bodyguard.

Anna widened her eyes and looked at William furiously.

The guards understood and began to grab Anna's hand and dragged her back to her room.

"I don't want to!!!! Release me!!!!!!!!!" anna shouted trying to escape.

But unfortunately his strength is still far lost by the 2 bodyguards who are sturdy.

"Release!!!!!!!" anna shouted not to give up.

When we got to Anna's room. The bodyguard pushed the girl inside and began to lock the door.

Anna tried to hold the door but the guards moved faster and locked it.

"No!!!! Wait!!!" anna shouted trying to hold the door.

But unfortunately the door was closed and locked,

"Open the door!!!!!" anna shouted trying to hit and kick the door.

"Please open the door!!!!!" the cry of Anna who started to tremble held back the cry.

Anna was tired and leaned behind the door crying bitterly.

"Hiks..... Alex.." whispered Anna in tears.

His heart was very sad and broken now. His feelings are not calm. Alex didn't come to see him. And the news of the accident had made him even more worried about Alex.

"Alex where are you." said Anna shaking.

"Take me away." - Anna, touching her chest, which felt tight.

William entered his study. Take off the suit on his body and sit at his desk. But suddenly the door of his room was knocked slowly.

"Get in" said William.

A servant came in and bowed to William,

"Sir, Mr. Daniel has just arrived and wants to see you" the maid said, asking for permission.

William sighed softly and nodded at the servant, allowing Daniel to meet him.

Not long after that, Daniel entered with a slightly anxious face and approached William at his desk.

"Why do you look like you're worried about something???" ask William flat.

Daniel exhaled slowly and sat down before William and gave him a newspaper in his hand.

William looked at Daniel for a moment and picked up the newspaper and read it.

"What does this mean??? Accident??" william did not understand.

Daniel looked nervous and lowered his face,

"Uncle... Se... Actually, last night I followed that guy named Alex with Anna here. After the man got out of here, I kept following him..."

Daniel was silent for a moment then looked at William desperately,

"After that a truck came from the opposite direction and hit the man's car until it fell into the abyss and went into the water!!!" obviously Daniel was scared.

William was seen frowning and began to understand the situation.

"Then this morning I saw the news in the newspaper that the man who was driving the car had died in a place with a broken face because the car had exploded and his identity was not known!!!" daniel said worriedly.

"Uncle... Can I be considered a suspect??? Because I'm the one chasing his car until he loses control!!! What should I do now Uncle????" daniel said in frustration as he lowered his head and squeezed his hair.

William sighed and leaned back in the chair. So, it seemed that Anna had also seen the news on television and hurriedly wanted to get out to know the state of the man.

"Isn't that good for you???" ask William suddenly.

Daniel raised his face and looked at William, not understanding,

"A.. What does Uncle mean??" ask Daniel.

William rested his hands on the table and looked at Daniel seriously.

"This incident is not entirely your fault. Maybe God has made it that way. And give you a chance to be with Anna. Isn't that a sign that nothing is getting in the way of your relationship??" william was calm.

Daniel began to understand William's intentions. True too, the man was gone and his chance to be with Anna grew wider. Yesterday's accident wasn't entirely due to him. The main suspect is the driver of the truck. Fortunately, Daniel still remembered the driver's face even though it looked faint because of the dark night.

"Uncle's right... Maybe this is God's destiny" Daniel said slowly.

William got up from his seat and stared at the window.

"Get Anna in her room, maybe she's sad right now" William said.

Daniel was silent for a moment and nodded his head and was about to get up from his seat.

"Wait.." said William suddenly while turning his body to Daniel.

"I have a plan." William said.

Daniel frowned and looked at William curiously. Plans?? What plan??? daniel doesn't understand.

Anna resuscitated her face on the pillow with tears in her eyes. She never stopped crying because she remembered Alex. What should she do now??? Ana is sure, Alex must be fine and the person on the news is definitely not her Alex.

Anna got up from her sleep and wiped away the rough tears on her cheeks. No!! He can't just stay quiet like this. He's got to figure out a way to get out of this house now.

Anna quickly got out of her bed and walked to the window to open it. However, just as the girl was about to open the window, the sound of knocking on the door stopped her movement.

Anna turned her body towards the door. Alex??? thought Anna expectantly. The girl quickly stepped towards the door. Then the door opened and Daniel smiled at him.

"Hey.... Anna.." said Daniel gently.

Anna's smile disappeared and looked at Daniel in disappointment.

"You???" anna was not excited.

Daniel smiled and walked over to Anna. Suddenly an idea popped into Anna's mind. Is this man in front of her able to help her to get out of the house?? think Anna.

"Daniel, can you help me??" asked Anna expectantly.

Daniel scrunched his forehead full of questions,

"I have to meet someone now to make sure of something!!" anna explained.

Daniel understood at once who that person meant. He approached Anna and touched her shoulder.

"Anna, did you hear the news this morning?? I'm so sorry" Daniel said sadly.

Anna looked at Daniel dislike and brushed the man's hand on her shoulder.

"What do you mean????" anna didn't like it.

Daniel sighed and looked at Anna inside,

"Alexes... The man died in an accident last night. Have you heard the news??" ask Daniel.

Anna smiled sinisterly then looked intently at Daniel,

"That's not Alex!!!!" tepis Anna is angry.

Daniel sighed and looked down,

"I also initially doubted the news, but this morning I went straight to the scene to confirm it myself. And a policeman found an object in the pocket of the victim's suit." Daniel said, taking something out of his pants pocket.

Anna stared at the golden badge in Daniel's hand and took it. Instantly his eyes widened in disbelief when he saw the writing 'Wijaya' on the badge.

"It was a badge belonging to the Wijaya family. No one has it but his family members. And I know this must belong to Alexander Wijaya" Daniel explained.

Anna closed her mouth while shaking in restraining tears,

"No..... No way!!!!!!" anna said and fell on the floor.

"Hiks... NO!!! YOU'RE LYING!!! IT DEFINITELY DOESN'T BELONG TO ALEX HYKS...!!!!!!" anna cried bitterly as she sat down.

Daniel sat down and carried the hysterically crying body of Anna in his arms. His heart was heartbroken and it hurt to look at the girl he loved sad like this. Daniel closed his eyes strongly feeling his heart breaking as well.

'I'm sorry Anna.' whispered Daniel felt guilty in his heart.
