The sound of deafening ambulance sirens speeding quite quickly towards the hospital.

Two ambulances stopped right at the door of IGD, one of the city's largest hospitals. The nurses approached the car and opened it.

There was a young pregnant woman lying on the bed in the ambulance with her legs covered in blood and unconscious.

And another ambulance opened, revealing a man whose body was also covered in blood.

Roy immediately came out of the ambulance with his eyes open,

"PLEASE SAVE THEM!!!!" his screams were impatient.

Roy was instantly silent at the door and cried while grabbing her hair,

"Aarrgghhh!!!" furious Roy.

The man felt very guilty for not being able to help Alex earlier. He had guessed that the man who attacked them earlier was Leonard.

But as the flames grow, she and Alex must separate..

"Yes God.. Please save them.. Please.." Roy groaned while leaning his body against the wall.

On the other hand, Aunt Van was banned from entering and could only wait for Anna outside the room.

The middle-aged woman was sitting on a chair crying and praying from earlier. He hoped that nothing bad would happen to Alex and Anna..

Inside the ICU room, a doctor quickly checked the condition of Alex who was drenched in blood. The nurses quickly put some medical devices in Alex's body and also oxygen in his mouth,

"Patients have run out of blood a lot doc!!" said the nurse.

The doctor put a device in his ear to hear Alex's heartbeat,

"His heart rate is weakening!" said the doctor.

The doctor quickly took the shock device and placed it on Alex's chest,

Alex's heartbeat on the monitor looked very weak. The doctor does not give up and goes back to trying hard to save Alex.

A doctor is also trying to check Anna's condition. The nurses also put some medical devices in her body and also oxygen in Anna's mouth.

The doctor examined Anna's contents and sighed slowly,

"The hearts of the two babies inside her stomach are starting to weaken!! This can't be allowed, we have to get the baby out!!" said the doctor.

"How's he doing, Doc??? Is she okay???" roy asked impatiently.

The doctor is seen opening his mask and shaking slowly,

"The patient is currently critical.. He has lost a lot of blood, and now we need a blood donor as soon as possible" the doctor said.

At once Roy looked limp and looked at the doctor demandingly,

"Take my blood doctor!!! As much as anything!!" roy was impatient.

The doctor looked at Roy,

"Is your blood type the same as the patient??" ask the doctor.

Aunt Van touched her chest and sobbed,
