The nurses widened their eyes and went back to check on the two babies,

"Doctor!!!!!! They're crying!!!!" the nurse did not believe.

The doctor turned his body around and re-examined the two babies. He could see the two babies crying.

The doctor checked their heart rate and shook his head in disbelief,

"Doctor!! The heart rate of the patient also began to improve!!!" said one of the nurses while staring at the monitor beside him.

The doctor stared at the monitor screen, which showed that Anna's heart rate was noticeably better than before,

"Hurry and get this baby to the NICU for intensive care!!" the doctor ordered the nurse.

It had been several hours Donna and the others were waiting in their seats.

Donna was still pacing in place. He looked unsettled and still crying. The woman's eyes look very puffy. His mouth has not stopped praying since.

He is currently awaiting Anna's operation..

The operation had lasted several hours, but the doctor had not yet come out of his room, making Donna more anxious and thought nothing of it.

"Yes God.. Save Anna and my grandchildren." whispered expectantly.

Jonas looked at Donna who had looked unsettled since then and touched her hand,

"When the two babies were taken out.. They did not cry and the heart did not beat." said the doctor who made Donna immediately shut her mouth with sadness.

"But... Thank goodness God did a miracle.. After a few minutes, the two babies finally cried" he continued.

"And, at this time both babies must be treated in the NICU room to get intensive treatment because they were born prematurely and breathing is still not perfect" said the doctor.

Donna immediately sat down weakly while crying full of haru,

"Thank God...... Thanks.." whispered.

Aunt Van and the others breathed in relief and gave thanks,

"Then, how is Anna's condition now???" ask Donna again.

The doctor paused for a moment and looked at Donna,

"At this time the patient's condition has progressed even though he has not been conscious.. The patient has also been transferred to the ward." said the doctor.

"Can we see it inside???" jonas asked the doctor.

The doctor nodded slowly, too,

"Can.. But only a few minutes, and only two people can enter. You can take turns to go inside" replied the doctor.

Donna stood up and walked towards the door,

"I'm going inside!!" he said it was impatient.

"Auntie.. Let's go in together" Donna continued to Aunt Van who had been crying since.

Aunt Van nodded and went into Anna's room..

Donna and Aunt Van walk into Anna's nursery.

Donna stepped closer to Anna's bed while crying softly. He sat by the bed and looked at Anna's unconscious face.

As well as Aunt Van, she sat down beside Donna and looked at Anna with teary eyes.

"Darling... It's Auntie." whispered Donna sobbing while touching Anna's hand.

"I'm sorry Auntie couldn't help you when it happened." she continued.

"Alex didn't tell us anything at all.. He is a selfish man.. He felt that, he could solve any problem by himself" he said again a little annoyed in his tears.

Donna wiped away her tears and gently rubbed Anna's hand,

"You need to wake up quickly.. You should see the faces of your twins." he said softly.

"We haven't seen them either, because now they have to be treated as well. So, wake up quickly baby.Your children will need their mother now" she said.

"Alex needs you, too, Anna." she whispered.

"Now he is critical and unconscious as well.. Please, open your eyes, dear.. Alex and your kids need you." she sniffled.

Donna looked back at Anna and did not see any movement from the girl. He sighed and wiped his tears again,

"Come conscious... We're all here waiting for you" he said again.

After the time was up, Donna and Aunt Van finally came out and took turns with the others to meet Anna inside.

Now Roy and Donna are back in front of Alex's room..

There has been no development of Alex's condition. The man is still critical and unconscious.

Donna could only sit in her chair and still cry. Anna, Alex and their children are still not improving. Those who waited there did not feel calm and were still overwhelmed with sadness.

The day showed at 9 a.m. Donna sent Aunt Van home to clean up and bring some of the things Anna needed.

Roy and Harry have also come home because they have to take care of several things in the office, including solving problems caused by Leonard in Alex's office.

The man took the elevator and stopped on the 5th floor, where Anna's ward was located.

Donna turned her gaze towards the corridor and saw William coming. He stood up from his seat with Jonas,

"Finally you arrived too." said Donna relieved.

William looked at Donna and Jonas impatiently,

"Where's Anna??? How's it going???" tanyakanya.

Donna sighed and lowered her head, though,

"He was inside." he answered, pointing to one of the rooms.

William immediately walked towards the door and was silent for a moment with his sad face,

"Anna is still unconscious" said Donna again.

William looked down miserably and sighed,

"How's my grandson and Alex doing???" ask again.

Donna looked at William softly and shook her head softly,

"Alex is still in critical condition.. And our grandchildren... Our grandchildren are still in the NICU room and the doctor hasn't allowed us to see them" he replied sadly.

William immediately sighed sadly while staring at the door in front of him,

"I want to get in." he said slowly.

Donna was silent for a moment and nodded slowly. William finally entered Anna's ward.

Once inside, the man stepped slowly towards Anna's bed and sat down slowly beside her daughter.

William rubbed Anna's hair and kissed her forehead softly,

"I'm sorry, dear father... Forgive me for coming late." he said sadly.

William grabbed Anna's hand and grabbed it,

"Wake son... You need to wake up quickly.. We're all waiting for you here, don't make you sad and worried." whispered softly.

William kissed Anna's hand and looked at the girl expectantly,

"Your children need you." he said again.

"Be aware. father please.." whispered.

William closed his eyes and cried softly. She still clasped Anna's hand and carried it to her chest, praying that God could bring her daughter back to her senses.

"Don't leave dad.. I only have you in this world... Wake up, baby.." he murmured again.

William opened his eyes and looked back at Anna,

"Your husband is also critical.. She needs you so much, baby.. So get up. Get up.." whispered in Anna's ear expectantly.

Instantly, a small movement was seen from Anna's index finger which suddenly moved briefly.
