Alex's anger

Bankrupt? What does this woman mean? I thought Anna didn't understand.

"Wouldn't it be better if you helped resurrect your father's company, than if you had to come here to disturb Alex who was busy with his work." Gracia said in a sneer.

Anna did not respond too much to Gracia's insinuation. He was more focused on the woman's remarks about her father's bankruptcy. Is this all this cruel man? thought.

"If there's no other interest, you can leave right now!!" drive Alex to Gracia.

Gracia then stood up from her seat and tidied up a bit of her short skirt.

"Alright, I'm busy with some of my work in the office anyway. I'm not unemployed who can only wrestle spoiled with rich men" Gracia looked at Anna with a sneer.

Anna looked resentfully at Gracia who was teasing her. However, she chose silence because her mood suddenly deteriorated.

"Then excuse me." said Gracia and left Alex's study.

Instantly Anna stood up from Alex's lap and stared at him sharply.

"Is what the woman said true?" asked Anna with her anger.

Alex ignores Anna's question and resumes struggling with her work.

Anna looked at Alex furiously,

"Is this all your talk?" ask again.

"Huh... I expected!" continued Anna.

"What do you really want from me? Your business is with my father! I don't know about your problems with my father! I don't care if he's broke or anything! I don't want to get involved here!" furious Anna.

"Do you really not want to get involved?" alex said scoff at Anna.

"Is it because your father didn't send you another letter?" ask her with a sly grin.

Anna widened her eyes in shock at Alex's words. So the man already knew that his father gave him a letter?

Alex stood up from his seat and faced Anna.

"You know.. Your father's bodyguard I killed!!" said Alex sharply.

"You think it's that easy to trick me? Turns out your dad wasn't so smart." Alex.

Anna looked at Alex with her frustrated face..

He's tired of all this. He's a victim who shouldn't be involved here. He didn't care what happened between this man and his father. He doesn't want to interfere! All he wants is freedom..

"I don't care.. I'm tired of all this!! I don't want to get involved with your grudges!!" anna's anger was frustrated.

"I just want freedom." said Anna.

Anna held back her tears. He did not want to look weak in front of this ruthless man.

"I don't care anymore!! I'll get out of here!!" anna then tried to walk away.

Alex's hand held Anna's hand firmly.

"Who will allow you to go!!" alex was angry.

"Take me off!!!!" anna shouted trying to release Alex's grip.

Anna thrashed in Alex's grip trying her hardest to get away from him.

"If you can't keep quiet then I'll kill you!!!" alex is angry.

With all her might Anna managed to release her hand from Alex's grip. Then slapped Alex in the face with all his might.

That was the thing Anna wanted to do the most to this cruel man!! Although he did not know what his fate after this was like. But clearly he could vent his anger on this man right now..

PLAQUE!!!

Alex was silent for a moment as a loud slap floated across his face. The former slap was clearly visible on his reddened cheek. Alex gritted his teeth holding in anger, then looked at Anna with a murderous gaze.

"You!!!" alex is arrested.

Anna looked at Alex bravely. There was no fear and compassionate look like before. He was fed up with all this!!

Death felt much better for him..

Alex pulls Anna's hand strong and drags her to a door in the corner of Alex's study.

"Take me off!!!!" anna shouted.

Alex opens the door to the room and pushes Anna in and locks her from the outside.

Anna falls on the floor because of Alex's push. But Anna tried to get back up as the man closed the door from the outside and locked it.

Geck.. Geck.. Geck...

"Open the door!!! Release me!!! You bastard!!!" shouted Anna with all her might.

Anna's whole life had never said anything rude let alone acted like this. But because of the cruel act of the man somehow always made Anna feel the turmoil of anger that overflowed, until the dirty words reflex came out of her mouth.

Alex locked the door from the outside and stepped back to his desk in overflowing anger.

"Aghhhhh!!!!!" furious Alex.

Alex scrambled all the papers and files on his desk. The woman's slap was still hot on her cheek. Goddamnit! In his entire life no one dared to slap him!

But this woman bravely acted that way, angering Alex uncontrollably at this moment.

He could have directly killed the woman, or tortured her with his own hands. However, for some reason there was something in his heart that was holding him back from doing that.

Alex who's still emotional calls someone from his phone.

"Harri! Get to my room now!!" alex said still with overflowing emotions.

Harry quickly entered Alex's room. Harry widened his eyes surprised to see Alex's room that looked so messy like a ship breaking.

Harry broke out in a cold sweat. It seems like this Boss of his is being very emotional. Did he fight with his girlfriend? Was her lover jealous when Miss Gracia came?

Various thoughts came to Harry's mind about how this Boss of his had become so emotional now..

"Done all this mess!! I'll be out for a minute!!" alex said sharply and then stepped out of the room.

"Don't open that door until I get back!!" straighten out Alex before coming out.

When Alex was really gone. Harry looked at the door Alex was referring to. What's going on in there? thought Harry.

But he chose to ignore it and began to clean up the room of his Boss that was very messy.

Anna kept trying to hit the door and yelled for the man to get her out. However, the room was soundproof. So no matter how hard Anna yelled no one would hear her from the outside.

Anna was getting tired and weak. He leaned his body against the door.

Anna looked around the room. This room is a fairly large room. Alex's signature fragrance filled the room.

Anna held her hungry stomach. He had not eaten at all this morning. Anna closed her eyes trying to shake off her hunger by falling asleep..

It's getting dark. Alex stared at the glass of wine in his hand and took a quick sip.

Roy looked at Alex with a look of wonder and concern. Looks like this friend is having a problem. When he arrived, his mood was very bad. It just so happened that Roy didn't go to the office today, so he could keep an eye on his friend to not make a mess.

Alex has been at his club for hours drinking only his wine and not talking about anything.

Just as Alex was about to gulp his wine back, Roy held Alex's hand.

"It's enough Alex! You've been drinking a lot since! It can be dangerous for your health!" said Roy.

Alex pulls Roy out of his hand and drinks his wine again.

Roy shook his head at Alex's behavior.

"You really why?? Youknew.. You're like a guy who's breaking up!" ledek Roy's.

Alex ignored Roy's words just now and poured wine back into his glass.

Roy looked at Alex's face. Alex had been in front of him for a long time, but he only realized that Alex's cheeks were slightly flushed on the left.

"Wait on!! What's wrong with your face?" roy asked as he tried to touch Alex's cheek which was still slightly flushed.

"Did someone slap you??" ask Roy.

Suddenly Alex's slightly improved emotions again deteriorated due to Roy's question. The scene when the girl slapped him was recorded back in his memory.

PRANGS!!!

Alex throws the glass in his hand on the floor. It took Roy by surprise for a moment.

What is with this friend??
