Anna immediately frowned curiously,

"Something?? What's something??" tanyanya.

Alex raised his face and looked at Anna seriously,

"He wants.. He wanted me to kill him right then and there..."

Instantly Anna widened her eyes while covering her mouth in disbelief,

"Mem.. Kill??" tanyanya did not believe.

"Then.. Did you comply with his wishes??" tanyanya was curious.

Alex looked at Anna and shook his head,

"Of course I didn't do that." Alex replied.

"At that time, Erika's father, or I used to call her Mr. Morgan, got down on her knees and begged me to kill her and keep Erika in her place. Anna looks concerned to hear Alex's story about Erika. The girl sighed and looked back at Alex,

"Then.. After that, did everything go back to being okay??" tanyanya.

Alex was silent for a moment while lowering his head slightly,

"After that day, I never saw him or Erika again. According to some of his closest people, Mr. Morgan and Erika chose to go abroad. I was quite surprised to hear the news. But I try to think positively and think they might choose that to start a new life" he said.

"But.. One month later, someone called me, and it was Mr. Morgan.. One night, he called me and wanted to see me. Mr. Morgan sent me the address and I immediately came to the place"

"When I got there, I saw a pretty big and luxurious house. A bodyguard greeted me and said that Mr. Morgan was waiting for me inside... After that I went in and saw Mr. Morgan sitting in the living room and smiling to welcome me"

"We started talking and asked each other the news. Mr. Morgan said his business had started to rise and Erika was still abroad to continue her schooling there.. I was a little relieved to hear that, but, whether I felt it or not, I felt Mr. Morgan getting thinner with a frown on his face that was beginning to show"

"After a long conversation, I said goodbye to him. Mr. Morgan hugged me before I went home rubbing my back a few times.. Back then, I felt a little strange with the touch of Mr. Morgan's hand on my back.. I feel like he's knocking on exclamation marks over and over on my back. I tried to ignore it and stepped up to leave the house. But." said Alex stopped for a moment.

Anna frowned and waited for the continuation of Alex's story curiously,

****FLASHBACK**** (Alex at 22 years old)~~

Morgan seemed to be losing consciousness. Alex was still trying to shake the middle-aged man's body while closing the wound on his chest.

Suddenly from a distance Alex heard the sound of footsteps approaching him. The man looked at the pair of shoes that were in front of him and raised his face slowly.

Alex stared at a man in a robe and his all-black mask while pointing a long rifle at his head,

"I finally met you." said the man in a sneering voice.

"Who are you?? What do you want??" ask Alex sharply.

The man looks silent for a moment and starts laughing at Alex's question,

"Who am I??? You don't need to know who I am!!" he said sharply while still holding his gun to Alex's head.

The man brought his face closer to Alex and looked at her sharply,

"You're making me sick!!" said cynical.

Alex gritted his teeth and looked at the man boldly,

"WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER??" yelled Alex emotion.

The man stared at Morgan's body which looked unconscious and was still breathing short, long,

"He is useless.. Soon he too will die" said the man lightly who made Alex more emotional.

Alex was about to stand up from his seat, but suddenly several men in black clothes held his body,

"Don't move!!" their orders are on Alex while handcuffing Alex's hand to the back of his body.

The man in front of Alex raised his rifle and put it on his shoulder,

"Bring her!!!" his orders to his men.

They nodded and began to pull Alex's body to stand up and drag him down. Alex is seen starting to rebel while staring at Morgan's body lying on the floor. If not rescued soon, Morgan would be dead, he thought.

"Take me off!!!" alex tries to escape.

But unfortunately his hands have been handcuffed and his body was dragged by 4 men who carried the rifle.

They took Alex to one of the rooms upstairs. The atmosphere on the floor was dimmed with some lighting from the candle lanterns lined up along the corridor.

Alex tried to calm himself down and not rebel. The men opened one of the rooms and pushed Alex's body to the floor.

BRUK!!

"Akh.." Alex groaned slowly.

The man carrying the rifle crouched down and grinned at Alex's face,

"I'll play a little with you.. But, before that, I'll take care of the old man" he said scornfully.

Alex looked at the man sharply. Then the man stood up and looked at his men,

"Please he's here.. I'll take care of the old man before his daughter arrives" he ordered Alex to raise his face in surprise.

Her daughter??

What does that guy mean is Erika?? thought Alex.
