Anna had been bowing in her chair since then, during this return trip Alex just fell silent and focused on staring at the street in front of him.

Anna turned her gaze towards Alex and tried to open her voice.

Suddenly Alex presses the car horn and makes Anna again undo his intention to talk. The man seemed to be very angry, Anna thought.

After a while, the car arrived at the yard. A bodyguard quickly opened the door for Alex and Anna.

Alex got out of the car and walked over to Anna. The man stretched out his hand without taking out a word.

Anna looked at Alex's hand in silence. The girl raised her face and looked deeply at Alex's face.

"Let's go in" Alex said slowly.

Anna sighed and accepted Alex's hand. After entering the house, they stepped upstairs into the room.

Alex closed the door and opened his shirt as he stepped into the bathroom. Anna looked at the man's back in silence.

'Is Alex angry and doesn't believe him???' anna thought sad in her heart.

Anna sat on the edge of the bed and recalled the incident. What did Daniel mean by lying like that?? Then, why does it seem that the woman named Miranda deliberately cornered herself.

And.. Surprisingly, the woman was able to be right in front of the bathroom with the reporters as she was about to get out. Didn't that woman deliberately set him up??? think Anna.

The girl also put her tired body on the bed while thinking about strange things at the party. The incident drained his mind and energy as well.

Anna looked back at the bathroom door while waiting for Alex to come out.

'Why was Alex so long??' think Anna.

Anna slowly blinked her eyes, which began to feel heavy. And before long, Anna's eyes were completely closed. The girl fell asleep in the dress she was still wearing.

The sunlight enters through the window. Anna slowly blinked her eyes and rubbed them gently.

The girl stared at the ceiling for a moment and immediately rose from her sleep.

Anna turned her gaze to the side and did not find her husband's whereabouts. Then the girl stared at the clothes on her body that had been changed into a thin nightgown. It must have been Alex who had changed her clothes last night, Anna thought. Where is that guy now??

Anna lowered her feet from the bed and walked towards the bathroom. But Alex is not in there either.

The girl put on her cardigans and walked out of the room towards the bottom floor. Who knows Alex is having breakfast now, he thought.

When Anna was downstairs, the girl came across Aunt Van who was keeping food on the table,

"Oh Miss, good morning" Aunt Van said with a smile.

Anna nodded at Aunt Van and returned her smile,

"Good morning Aunt" he replied.

"Oh yeah, did Auntie see Alex??" anna asked, looking around the room.

Aunt Van looked at Anna and returned smiling,

"Sir Alex has left for Miss' office" he replied.

Anna immediately widened her eyes and fell silent. Alex has gone to the office without telling her?? thought Anna was sad.

"Be...really??? Why didn't he tell me.." Anna was disappointed.

Aunt Van looked at Anna's face which instantly turned moody,

"Miss, Mr. Alex was in such a hurry, maybe he didn't want to disturb Miss who was still asleep" Aunt Van said.

Anna's eyes began to glaze over. All the bad thoughts haunt his head.

'Did Alex not believe him and assume that Daniel's last night was right???' thought Anna was sad.

No!! Alex couldn't possibly believe it!!! Anna was sure Alex would have believed her words more!! he is sure in his heart.

The girl sighed slowly, too,

Anna straightened up and looked at Aunt Van,

"Then.. I'll get ready.. Aunty please tell the driver to get ready to take me to Alex's office in a moment" Anna said quickly and then stepped back into the room to prepare.

He should go see Alex now and ask her. Anna didn't want her husband to misunderstand her and keep quiet like last night.

After cleaning up, Anna wears a knee-length dress. While looking in the mirror, Anna accidentally stared at the two red marks on her neck. The girl touched him and looked to frown, was her neck bitten by a mosquito?? think Anna.

Anna shook her head quickly and ignored the red mark on her neck. He's gonna have to get to Alex's office. The girl picked up her blazer and put it on quickly. She must leave immediately for her husband's office.

Alex was checking the report Harry gave him this morning. The man deliberately came early in the morning so that Anna would not be suspicious of him.

Last night, Alex actually called Harry to find out about what happened at last night's party. And also make sure no journalist who issues any kind of news about his wife.

There was a knock on the door from outside. Alex looked at the door.

"Get in!!" says firmly.

Harry opened the door and bowed to Alex,

"Master, outside is Miss Miranda. He said he wanted to see you for a while" Harry said.

Alex was silent for a moment, then a grin appeared on his lips,

"Let him in!!" alex said sharply.

Harry leaned back and stepped out. Not long after that Miranda knocked on the door and entered Alex's room,

"Good morning Mr. Alex" she said softly.

Miranda stepped up to Alex's desk,

"Can I sit down??" ask Miranda slowly.

Alex took his eyes off the file in his hand and looked at Miranda with a difficult look,

"Please sit down" Alex said flatly.

Miranda smiled and began to sit in front of the man. Alex looked at Miranda as she propped her hands up on the table,

"What brings Miss from Fieldbezz company to come early in the morning like this???" alex asked with a faint grin.

Miranda looked at Alex with a look of amazement. Only this time the man was willing to look at her like this,

"Ekhem.. Actually was.. I came here to apologize to you and your wife for last night's incident. Everything that happens is out of my control.. And, about your wife being alone with a guy in the toilet... I told the reporters to shut up and not spread bad news about your wife" Miranda said, pretending to be sad.

"I hope.. Mr. Alex and Miss Anna were able to resolve yesterday's matter well.. Maybe last night Mr. Daniel and Miss Anna didn't mean to do anything that wasn't in the toilet" he continued, trying to heat up.

Alex gritted his teeth firmly and looked at Miranda sharply. Then a grin appeared on his lips,

"Is your acting done????" alex asked sharply.

Miranda raised her face and looked at Alex in surprise,

"A... What do you mean???" he said he didn't understand.

Alex stared more and more at Miranda, the man looked like a lion who wanted to pounce on his prey.

THE CLUCK!!

But immediately Alex's gaze turned to the open door and showed Anna standing in front of the door while looking at Alex in silence. The girl's gaze also led to Miranda sitting in front of her husband,

"Anna.." said Alex slowly.
