"What is this????" william was angry.

At once William's gaze turned to a man who walked up to them.

"You???" william was upset.

A shocked Anna widened her eyes as she saw who the person who had made the female employees there was hysterical,

Then quickly the frightened employees returned to their respective rooms and desks.

"What are you doing here???" ask William sharply.

Alex was still staring flatly at William, though,

"Of course I'm here to pick up my future wife" Alex said.

William frowned, staring at Alex,

"Pick up?? Don't you see Anna's busy with me here??" ask William cynically.

"I didn't allow you to take him, now you can come back. Let's see Anna in a few more rooms" William said, drawing Anna's hand.

But Alex quickly restrains Anna's one hand, and makes William stare at the man sharply.

"Don't I tell you yesterday that I'm going to pick up Anna?? I made an appointment first" Alex said sharply not to be outdone.

William stared in disbelief and held Anna's hand firmly,

"She's my daughter!! This company will also be his!! Now Anna doesn't have time to play around with you!!" william did not want to lose.

Alex narrowed his eyes sharply and smiled cynically,

"Do you think I'm playing around!!!" alex did not accept.

Anna looked at Alex and William in turn and sighed softly.

"Can you calm down!! The employees here are watching us" Anna said, trying to stop the commotion between Alex and her father.

Anna slowly releases her hand from the clutches of Alex and her father. Then looked at her flushed wrist.

Alex and William are shocked to see her and touch Anna's wrists together.

"I'm sorry... Did I hurt you???" alex said worriedly.

"I'm sorry, dad." said William, feeling guilty.

Anna looked at Alex and her father's face, who looked both anxious, and then smiled faintly.

"It's okay, I'm fine" Anna said.

Alex and William's faces were relieved. Anna looked at Alex who was still gently touching her wrist. An idea also appeared in his mind.

"Alex, I need to help my dad out here first. Is... Do you also want to help us???" asked Anna with a smile.

William looked at Anna with an unhappy look. Alex stared intently at William and it was clear that he did not like it.

"Huh.. Alright, I can't refuse your words" Alex said gently as she touched Anna's cheek.

William snorted in annoyance and walked first,

Anna smiles happily and leads Alex's hand to follow her father,

They also went around the room to look at William's new company. After that Anna helped William re-clean some books in one of the rooms that had to be arranged on a shelf.

Alex helps get the book out of the box, while Anna wipes the books and William puts them on the shelf.

They work in silence. Anna noticed Alex's flat face as well as William's. Although they worked together, Anna could still feel the tension between the two men.

"You should compile this book according to its alphabet!!" alex said sharply.

Alex is a neat and detailed person. He likes to compile books based on his alphabet to make them easy to find.

Instantly William fell silent and looked at Alex who was rearranging the books.

"Take my daughter back before late at night" William said suddenly.

After Anna and Alex left, William sighed softly. Maybe it was time for her to accept reality and destiny. He must make peace with his past. William did not want to hurt his daughter.
